I had such an amazing stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort and I can honestly say that all the great reviews I read beforehand were absolutely true! From the very first day I contacted the resort until the day we checked out, every single staff member provided outstanding hospitality and service. The staff here are incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They were always ready to cater to every need and personal request throughout our stay. Even the housekeeping staff and team members we casually passed by would warmly greet us with such happy and welcoming smiles, which truly made us feel valued and at home. This resort truly deserves its 5-star reputation based on the hospitality they provide. There were so many thoughtful and extravagant services during our stay that I honestly can’t list them all here — you really have to experience it yourself to understand how exceptional they are. Every penny spent here was absolutely worth it! The resort is very family- and kids-friendly, with such a cozy and relaxing environment. Every corner of the resort is beautiful and Instagram-worthy, and the sunset views here are simply breathtaking. This is definitely a resort I would gladly return to again, and I truly wouldn’t mind spending extra for the amazing hospitality and memorable experience they provide. Highly recommended!

love everything about this hotel.room with breathtaking view, bed and pillows that makes me dont ever want to get up, nice and big swimming pool for both kids and adult. delicious breakfast and most importantly this resort makes me feel so calm and relax. i will surely come again for my 2nd visit soon. thank you for the great hospitality from your concierge to every staff of the hotel. i really appreciated the deco for my anniversary and also fruits and cake was such a nice memorable gesture during my stay. and the best part is that there is water and ice dispenser available on all floors. the view from the hotel elevator is so beautiful. waking up to the sound of waves and bird chirping is such a great feeling.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel’s pool connects directly to the beach, offering beautiful views. I booked a sea-view room, and the balcony overlooks the ocean—very relaxing. There are also plenty of good restaurants and night markets nearby. Housekeeping comes daily to clean the room and replace amenities. Using Grab to get to nearby attractions (like the Floating Mosque and Gurney Plaza) is fairly convenient. Although the room rate is on the higher side for George Town, I think it’s well worth it.

Because we had stayed here previously, we chose PARKROYAL Penang Resort once again to celebrate our anniversary. The main reason for selecting this hotel is its peaceful and beautiful environment, as well as its beachfront location which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a greater sense of privacy. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the hotel for the thoughtful surprise anniversary cake that was delivered to our room. It was truly a wonderful gesture. The cake was very moist and absolutely delicious, making our celebration even more memorable. However, there are a few areas that may require attention from the hotel management. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, which caused the bathroom floor to become wet. In addition, the drainage in the shower room appeared to be clogged. We hope these issues can be addressed to further improve the overall guest experience.

We are extremely satisfied with the excellent service at PARKROYAL Penang Resort. From the parking area until the end of our event, every staff member was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The dining room setup was beautiful, well-prepared, elegant, and exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking sea view during sunset made the atmosphere even more special, relaxing, and unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Balu, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent coordination and warm hospitality throughout our experience. The hotel team was very accommodating and able to fulfill all our requests perfectly. The food and beverages were delicious with a wide variety of choices. The service from the lobby staff, café team, and event crew was outstanding throughout the entire event. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated as guests. Definitely deserving of 5⭐️!
