Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, we stayed all inclusive and found the selection of drinks available very good. The food I couldn't fault, there was a good selection of quality food available. The pool area was clean and tidy, always plenty of sun beds, daily activities on offer in and out of the pool. The evening music was enjoyable with a variation of musicians and bands. The hotel is set into the cliff so walking down 5-10 mins is very pleasant and takes you to the beach and shops, the walk back up takes a little more time- there is a shuttle run by the hotel if wanted. Taxis are readily available outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Perfect location for a relaxing adults only quiet holiday. Facilities very clean & entertainment was excellent. Pool/gym/yoga/wellness center/aqua spin, all sorts of daytime classes & musical entertainment of an evening. The soap making class was lovely. Food was very high quality & all staff were extremely polite & helpful. Big shout out to Alberto in the restaurant area & Louisa, Melissa, Layla & Rafa from the entertainment team. They made our holiday perfect 🤩!

We really enjoyed this hotel, staying five days in a Level suite in January, which was a big room (but not with a separate seating area , that must be the Master suite.) We were half board and found access to the Level lounge was a real bonus if you had a snack attack during the day. The small buffet in the Level lounge was always well stocked, alcohol included. You have an “a La Carte” fresh cooked breakfast in this area too, and I was soon a convert to this versus the main buffet. There’s less choice, but it’s much more relaxing eating here. The only downside is that you don't really get much of a view from this part of the hotel versus other areas.
We attended a few activity classes laid on by the hotel - yoga, stretching, coffee making and others. Louisa, Layla and the other teachers were all great, very friendly and helpful, as we found all of the staff too.
The hotel has beautiful grounds, views over the town to the sea, is very clean and kept in great shape. Pools are clean and warm. It’s in a nice area, ten minutes walk from the beach and promenade plus the upmarket shopping mall.
The food at the buffet was what we expected, but if you get a good table overlooking the bay it’s worth eating here just for that. We found the beachfront promenade busy even in January, and our “adults only” hotel meant we avoided the procession of prams and toddlers frequenting other restaurants. Evening entertainment was available if that’s your thing, the usual singers, bands and so on, but I really wouldn’t have missed this if it wasn’t on. What’s wrong with a bit of peace and quiet on an evening?
All in all, however, if we come back to Adeje I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is like no other I have ever stayed in. Being adults only, it is so nice and peaceful, with amazing views from high up on the hill. Still only about a 10 minute walk to the beach though, but we were very happy to stay around the beautiful pool. We enjoyed the yoga, with the amazing Louisa. I was so relaxed I fell asleep and had to be woken by her. Lol. I also did the Aqua Relax with her in the pool and managed to stay awake, thankfully. There is also a very good Aqua bike class with Maria, where your bike is in the pool! Yes, that's right!
The food in the hotel is also very high quality. Not your typical boring samey buffet. The food did vary every evening, which was great. Waiting staff are very attentive. We especially liked Alberto, as he was laid back but also funny when you get him chatting. All of the staff are incredible though to be fair. We would definitely consider coming back here again in the future xx

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff - Isal was the most lovely waitress and really helpful and kind. Her english was also great to support with my peanut allergy. Head Chef Gladys understood that eating off the buffet is full of cross contamination and they made me my own 3 course meal every night! The best 🌟 We will definitely return!
