Hotel is good value for money. Lisa the guest relation host was lovely. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and we were upgraded to a junior suite. Yes they are quite dated, but everywhere is spotlessly clean. Food was average but fresh and there is a microwave if it needs reheating.

My husband and I visited this hotel three times in the last year because it is such a great place to holiday and return to. The rooms we stayed in all had a fantastic view of the pool area. The food in the restaurant is always of a high quality with plenty of options. The restaurant staff are always very polite and helpful. The entertainment is the best we have ever had at any hotel which is the reason why we have returned and intend to do so later in the year. The Entertainment Manager, Miguel and his team work very hard to provide a varied program throughout each day and also every evening. The outdoor games area at the side of the hotel near the Spa is extensively used so as not to disturb guests by the pool along with the darts area which is in an enclosed courtyard. All the activities they put on every day are great fun and an integral part of our holiday. All the staff throughout the hotel are extremely pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to see what the hotel has to offer next time we visit.

We had a week's half board here. The room has a kitchen but no access to it so if we used the chips for coffee we had no way to clean them. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The half board was great. A great selection for breakfast and a wide selection for dinner. Did not have lunch. I would say a car is necessary here to get to good beaches or visit attractions. We did not use the pool due to spending our time elsewhere.

It's a great place to stay for a reasonably price. The hotel is at a convenient place,the bus stop is just front of the hotel to everywhere. The ''rooms'' (more like apartment) are big size,most with a nice balcony. The pool area is nice with a good view to the mountains and the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast at the hotel and we had plenty of choice. The only bad thing is our holiday is already over. :)

I had to stay in this hotel because of a missed flight and it was one of the only options at midnight. I've been to MGM hotel once and had good experience last time. After entering my room, I was shocked that it's classified as a 5 star hotel! It's more like a 2 star hotel. Everything is old and there is even mould in bathrooms. Most of the furniture looks really old and is scratched everywhere. Someone should correct the rating of this hotel to 2 stars! After this experience I'm going to avoid MGM.
