We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The buffet was exquisite, but above all, the dedication of the staff to ensuring our comfort made the experience truly special. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Luz at the reception, as well as Massy, Toni, Riki, Cristina, Manuel, Alexandra, Moesis, John Kennedy, Juan, Laura, and Sara. Unfortunately, we couldn’t remember all the names, but our gratitude extends to everyone on their team. While all the staff were incredibly polite and professional, the individuals mentioned above truly stood out with their exceptional dedication and service. Just as the ocean holds precious pearls, their hotel’s greatest treasures are their incredible staff. Thank you for the unforgettable time—we will certainly be back!**

This week has been absolutely spectacular during our stay at Vincci La Plantación — truly beyond expectations! Everything was perfect — whatever you could think of, it was already there, ready and waiting. The food was amazing — every night offered something different and delicious, with great variety and quality. Reviewing before we even leave. This place is phenomenal. As far as service goes, flawless. The breakfast is amazing. As fine as the details as the coffee machines. 5 pools and huge rooms, bathrooms and balcony. Love it here!

A lovely hotel with a great buffet restuarant available. The staff went above and beyond and were very welcoming. The pools were great and not too busy. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a beach close by and a chilled out stay.

It was a pleasant hotel, though a bit outdated. The rooms were dated. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was perfect, couldn’t be better. The dinner varied—some evenings were better than others. Allergies were well indicated. A big thanks for the welcome gift. Felt very welcomed.
