This Hotel is absolutely stunning and we've came back for the past 4 years. Food is delicious with amazing choices and as we don't tend to drink a lot we go half board. If you want to see the real Tenerife then see the lovely Genevieve to hire a car, and ask for recommendations of places to visit, she's a wealth of knowledge. The Spa and gym are great for burning off all the food you'll eat... or at least some of it. The entertainment is fun and family friendly, dancers, singers, kids clubs and this time there was an adult only craft activity ran by a lovely woman from Letiz Glass Experience, where I was guided to make my own glass pendant...a lovely memory of my trip and certainly something I'd recommend taking part in. The staff covering this Hotel are just exceptional, highly talented, friendly, so very kind and accommodating. I'll be sad to go home but I will look forward to returning next year for a relaxing holiday. Massive thank you for always making our holiday so special and memorable. 🙏🥰

Relaxing hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, an infinity pool, sea and mountain views, a lovely balcony and perhaps the highlight: a very well-managed breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. I don't often recommend buffets, but this one really does stand out positively. There are plenty of options, many items are freshly made while you wait, signage and availability is great as well. Only negative is that it can be a difficult place to relax, due to an overall high noise level. Massages and spa experiences are available in the hotel, but we found them to be rather expensive so we didn't try those. There's music playing more or less constantly from the nearby Hard Rock Hotel, which was annoying at first, so it's something to be aware of. The music does stop around 18, and it's quiet in the evenings. Bed is nice and firm, and I had some of my best sleep there. Thumbs up to the hotel staff for doing a great job.

We completed the online check-in and even uploaded photos of our passports, yet upon arrival we still had to hand over our passports so they could take another copy. That felt unnecessary and inconsistent. Our swim-up room was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. No complaints about the room itself. However, the housekeeping really let the hotel down. Every single day something basic was forgotten: no refill of soap, no new toilet paper, the ashtray wasn’t emptied. Our terrace was only cleaned once during the entire week, even though the saltwater pool leaves constant salt stains on the floors. The Wi-Fi was also disappointing — slow, unstable and regularly dropping out. Definitely below 5-star expectations. The food in the main Market Hall restaurant was excellent, although drink service could be a bit faster. We also loved the meals at Strombolli and Route 66, both were top quality. One thing that really stood out: at the pool bar you’re not allowed to enter with wet swimwear… in a pool bar. Staff could be quite abrupt about it too. Maybe consider adding an outdoor serving area so guests can still order drinks normally.

We had a lovely stay at H10 Tenerife. We paid for the upgraded Privelege all inclusive and because we had a 3 month old baby with us, I wouldn't say it was worth the extra. The privelege private pool is a quiet zone and the restaurants / private bars are v quiet. I also don't think the rooms are any different to the 'normal' rooms. If travelling as adults then yes I'd say it's worth it, although we've paid for upgraded all inclusives in other hotels and felt the differences have been greater before (ie. extra alcohol etc.). The staff are all very friendly and the service was great. They were especially accommodating with our 3 month old. The food was also lovely. There isn't a huge amount to do in the area but that's fine as it's an all inclusive hotel.

We have just had a Christmas break here. The staff are amazing, we find them so happy and accommodating. The Christmas evening meal was one of the best meals I have had. The choice was enormous and everything was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. If anyone from H10 Atlantic Sunset reads this please pass our thanks onto your staff for making our Christmas very special.
