Positives: new facilities, very kids friendly, our toddler loves the kids club. The staff are very sweet to the children. The cot in our room is very sturdy and our daughter has been sleeping very well. The playground by the kids pool is also great, all the kids love it.
Negatives: I saw the cleaner using a rag to clean the inside of our used glasses and cups after rinsing them in the sink instead of getting clean ones. It was the same rag she used the wipe all the surfaces. It was disgusting! Staff at reception was frosty on our arrival. The bathrooms are basic, more like three stars not five stars.
Neutral: food at the buffet has been fine, not super exciting but there’s enough variety and changes day to day. The pools are heated but still too cold to swim in (it’s been 20C and cloudy during the day).
I would’ve said 3-4 stars in the review if I hadn’t been so disgusted by how they cleaned our drinking glasses. I’m definitely not coming back here despite all the positives.

Stayed for a week in this hotel. We had the swim up room and very glad we did, was literally in the pool everyday.
CHECK-IN: we were greeted well and lead to the check in desks. The man who checked us in was a little less upbeat compared to his colleagues, a bit too serious, but pleasant man.
ROOM: Upon first glance, the room was modern and luxury, very comfy pillows. There were some batteries missing in the weighing scales, and as someone who weighs herself everyday, was a little gutted. There seemed to be makeup on net and on the curtains tiny holes where past guests must have smoked and burnt it, but wasn’t that bad.
HOUSE KEEPERS: very friendly but if your not an early bird, I advise you put the ‘do not disturb’ on your door, otherwise you’ll have constant knocking, and they won’t leave until you address them.
FOOD AND DRINK: a good selection of restaurants/bars, with their own uniqueness, snack bar was probably are favourite as it was closest to our room and mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken was delicious. All the food and drink we consumed was included in our all inclusive. Our minibar in our room was refilled every 2 days, which was a nice surprise.
They have some restaurants that are not included in the all inclusive, so we didn’t try them.
There is a gym and a spa, which we didn’t try as wasn’t sure it was included in all inclusive.
Overall very pleasant stay as a young couple, location is quieter so you will need to get the bus which is half an hour away from the busier, partying locations.

Our family of four (with an 8-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl) recently had an amazing stay at the H10 Atlantic Sunset Hotel. Initially, we had reservations at another hotel, but a Google ad for H10 Sunset caught my eye. Instinctively, I felt it would offer higher quality accommodation and better programs for kids, so I re-booked. That decision proved to be absolutely right!
The hotel is located in really nice area. All the facilities, including the rooms, restaurants, and pools, are impeccably maintained, clean and nice. The staff is not just kind and helpful but also cheerful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, even with two kids. We had plenty of space to settle in without feeling cramped. The food options were fantastic, with a wide and kid-friendly selection that featured new items every day. We particularly enjoyed the snacks and cocktails available throughout the day. The kids loved the poolside chips almost as much as they did the water fun park.
The animation team and their programs were incredible. The kids were thrilled with the arts and crafts, poolside games, family water basketball, and giant darts. This gave us adults plenty of time to relax and read by the poolside. Additionally, the staff organized engaging activities that kept the kids entertained for hours, allowing us to truly unwind.
Evenings were a delight with various programs after dinner, including mini discos, magicians, and acrobats. Each night offered something new and exciting, and we appreciated the variety of entertainment that catered to both kids and adults.
A highlight for us was the level of care and attention to detail the hotel staff provided. From thoughtful touches in our room to the personalized service at the restaurants, every aspect of our stay felt special and tailored to our needs.
In summary, the H10 Atlantic Sunset Hotel provided us with a perfect blend of relaxation and fun, with excellent facilities and wonderful staff. We can't wait to come back for another family vacation! Highly recommended for families looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday.

Would definitely recommend. Little bit old but very clean with service at its finest.
3 pools accessible - infinity pool with ocean view was amazing.
Room I stayed was 1622 (suite with ocean view, terrace and private outdoor bathtub).
Good service, luggage store service & shower also available after checkout.
Spa was also good but the water temperature was not as hot as I expected. But massage was great (60 euro per person).
Good range of foods in morning breakfast.
Best if you want to stay in hotel and have good rest with your family - children daycare also available.

Brilliant hotel. Lovely rooms, friendly staff.
The food was excellent. Kids had a great time.
unfortunately they charged far to much for food and drink outside the 'package'.
It would have been a 5 star holiday if we hand t been taken advantage of with the food and drinks prices.
3.5 euros for an ice cream.
3.5 euros for half a beer.
Lunch cost us in excess of 50 euros, not what I was expecting.
Half board ended up costing us an extra 535 euros during the week.
