This really is an excellent place to stay, from the warm welcome on arrival right through to the assistance at departure. The rooms are very clean and refreshed every day with water, coffee etc all being topped up. The food is top notch with an amazing selection at the buffets which had variations every day. Always hot and fresh. The salads, in particular, were amazing. The hotel itself is so well laid out with great views. It’s very clean and always plenty of staff around to help out. The pools all offer something different, from the kids mini water park, through to the quieter infinity pools. You can also take a walk along the fronts to some of the beaches.

Our stay at Atlantic sunset was in all categories exceptional! The hotel is a beautiful and clean building with a good variety of food choices. Our sons are a bit picky eaters, but we could always find something for them to eat as well as for us as we prefer a bit fancy meals. The room we had was on the ground floor with a pool view and easy access to the pool and kids club which was clean and comfortable. We got the h-10 app to make it easy to book the restaurants and see what the schedule was for the day, we recommend you do the same. The value for money is one of the best that I’ve experienced. Unfortunately our son had an accident during our stay and he had to be hospitalized and have a surgery, the hotel staff were VERY helpful and supportive to us in every way possible, all from helping him to get into the doctors hands and making the final days as comfortable and safe as possible. I also had my birthday two days after my sons accident and guest relations department made sure that our experience was perfect. I could keep on writing many more positive things about Atlantic sunset but to summarize them all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you choose this hotel.

We had a great family holiday, the kids loved every minute. The service is excellent. The privilege tier is highly recommended with its own restaurant and rooftop pool, but you'll enjoy the hotel without it too. The only thing that could be better is the pool bar, which is lacking some kids dishes, and it would have been even better if there was poolside service.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were cosseted and spoiled. Staff were so welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculately clean, well equipped and spacious. Huge bath towels and super size comfortable bed. The food in the buffet restaurant was exceptional, catering for all tastes and dietary needs. Everywhere was clean and calm. Beautiful pool areas, lots of sun beds and reasonable bar prices for drinks. Overall a fantastic experience that lives up to the five stars. I would highly recommend this hotel for a sumptuous holiday

We visited this hotel for a vacation in March. It is large, but the complex is rather elongated and therefore doesn't seem too "bulky". It is well outside the main touristic area and therefore rather quiet. However, if you want to go out in the evening, this might be a problem. The outdoor area with the 3 pools is beautifully designed and typical of the country, the rooms are large, nicely furnished and very well equipped. The restaurants offer high-quality and varied cuisine, the menu in the main restaurant changes daily (but repeats itself after a week). Varied live entertainment by local artists is offered every evening. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel is very family-friendly (playground, children's pool, daily program for children, food offer, ....). However, due to the lack of children, we can only judge this superficially. We really enjoyed our stay and would book there again at any time. The only drawback: half of the rooms face the pool area with more or less direct sea views, the other half face the pool area of the neighboring hotel (with side sea views). The neighboring hotel plays music very loudly during the day, which you can also hear in the room, and the balcony is usually in the shade during the day. This didn't bother us as we were only in the room late in the evening / at night - it was quiet and we slept well. However, if you want to spend a lot of time in the room / on the balcony, you should insist on a room on the other side (even room numbers).
