- Drinks included with lunch and dinner, including water, juice, soft drinks, beer and wine (a 40% discount will be applied to other drinks ordered from the restaurant drinks list)

- Drinks in the La Palmera Hall Bar (9am to 12midnight). Food including sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, pastries and ice creams (6.30pm to 12midnight)
- Drinks in the Bar Atico (11am to 6pm)
- A selection of drinks and buffet-style snacks and hot and cold food is available from the pool bar (10.30am to 6pm)
- 30% discount on meals at the La Laja a la Carte Restaurant (6.30pm to 10pm, closed Sunday to Monday)

Lovely hotel, has all the facilities for families, young couples and those of us that are matured in life. Staff are very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Food is very good indeed, a great choice each day for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Great entertainment each night well supported. Hotel is having a closure end of January for a refurbishment, costing quite a few million euros, 7 months closed. It will be very impressive, I am sure once completed. Yes it's needed because it's a little dated in area's. Love the Adults only area for relaxing, quietness and swimming pool facilities on top deck floor 6. All in all it's a lovely hotel and not too far from the front if you like beach and sea areas of El Duque.. *****

A great hotel! Very spacious, open design with beautiful plants inside and out. Lots of areas dotted around the place where you can relax or sunbathe. Amazing views from the top. The food is very good if you're on half board and the snack bar near the pool serves excellent food at lunchtime. The beach isn't far away and there's a handy bus stop outside.

We love this hotel, so Jan 2026 now booked. 🥳 They are closing shortly for a refurb, so I hope they don't make it too clinical like most other hotels in the area and lose it's warmth. Staff for the main part are ok, a few are really lovely. Food is excellent - no-one could say there wasn't something to eat at every meal time, unless super fussy. The alcohol served is good quality. Branded soft drinks are served at the main bar. Not everything is included with 'AI', some of which being charged is rather bizarre. 🤔 Pool area is fantastic. We were there most days, all day. Very child friendly. Rooms are a great size, though could be doing with more storage, like drawers. Housekeeping deserve a mention. They visit twice a day. There's always fresh towels and bed was changed as requested. ATM I believe it's more 4 stars, but excellent none the less. I highly recommend.

Great pool and amenities on site. Downhill/uphill walk to the beaches make it a planned activity. Music interrupts an otherwise peaceful environment, however balances out with regular activities for kids and adults. Kids club provides a safe environment for supervised play, well organized by the young staff.

A lovely hotel, great distance from the beach, so far enough away to be outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to join when you want to. House keeping left a lot to be desired but food was excellent with great variety, and options, constantly fresh and replenished and rooms were great.
Stars of the show are the entertainment team. A real credit to the hotel. They were fantastic with the children, kids club was a lovely place for the kids to get away from the pool and enjoy some activities, Mica and Marisol are such kind, fun people. My son was very pleased to have "duck man" and "crazy man" to play with. They spent so much time playing and interacting with the kids even when they were eating their breakfast. My son is 6 and my daughter 2 and they loved everything about the team, including the mini disco. Shout out also to the great waiters in the reception bar, great cocktails and again wonderful with the kids
