The hotel is lovely and it has everything what's needed for holidays. The pools are lovely and very big, it never felt overcrowded. Reserving the sunbeds is not allowed which is a massive plus, you do not get to see crowds of people running to the pool like it's some kind of sale in a supermarket. The buffet restaurant offers a variety of food, which is delicious, it changes so there is always something different to choose from for your main dish. The biggest asset of this hotel is definitely the lovely staff. They are helpful and kind and make you feel at home, the waiters and waitresses in the buffet restaurant are simply superstars! Thank you very much for your kindness and making us feel at home. I will definitely come back, my little girl has also fallen in love with this place.

We’ve just had the best holiday ever! I can’t fault the hotel, it’s extremely clean, the staff were great and the facilities were fab! Our room was cleaned, beds made and towels replaced every day! The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very fresh. There was always something going on in the pool each day for both adults and kids. You weren’t allowed to reserve sunbeds, staff would remove towels in the morning! Which was great as We could always get a sunbed each day around 10am. The pools were never too busy. There was entertainment on every night too. The hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and you are only a 2 minute walk from a lovely shopping centre and a handful of great restaurants. The market is across the road on a Thursday and Saturday, ideal for gifts.we had a late flight home and was able to store our luggage, use the facilities all day and then use a shower room to freshen up, which was a big bonus. We will definitely be returning again.

Just back from a fantastic week at the GF Gran Costa Adeje. The whole experience from checking in to checking out was amazing. The staff are friendly and polite. A special mention to the cleaners who do a fantastic job.
The pools are lovely and clean and you are allowed inflatables which was good.
The roof top pool for adults only was great too.
We stayed Bed and Breakfast and the breakfast each day was very good, lots of choice.
The rooms were lovely, clean and a great size. The beds were so comfortable. The only criticism would be the sofa bed, my son did say it wasn't that comfortable and needs a thicker mattress.
I'd like to make a special mention to our cleaning Lady Raquel, she was amazing. So friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a pay rise.
Looking forward to returning once you reopen after your refurbishment.

First time in hotel. A bit dated but I know it’s closing for the refurbished. Other 4 star hotels much more modern with better food choices. Friendly staff , entertainment was the usual you get at most hotels. Loved the lay out and adults only area where we spent all our 7 days as we totally loved the quiet and the views stunning although snacks terrible better going to restaurant. Overall good experience not sure if we return.

Fantastic place to stay, the room/apartment was spacious and well lit. There was a balcony and drying area, lovely big bathroom. The room cleaning every day was to a very high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast catered for every taste, lots of fresh fruit and pastries for me! Exceeded my expectations. The nights were quiet (contrary to some reviews I'd read previous to visiting). Slept well in the cool room and comfy bed!
