I am currently staying here with my 14 year old son, hotel is lovely, lots of space around the pool, staff have been fab, nothing is too much trouble. Local restaurants next door to the hotel are amazing. We have booked bed and breakfast and eat out each evening, which is working out very cost effective. Holidaying on your own with your kids can sometimes be a worry, making sure your safe ect. I can honestly say I feel extremely safe here, I would even come and stay on my own. We will definitely be back. 😁😁

Rooms are dated and tired, air con barely worked, only one useable socket to charge equipment unless you unplug fridge/kettle, and shower over bath not the standards of a 5star hotel. However room was kept clean by a friendly maid service daily. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, nice choice of restaurants just outside and a 15/20 min walk to local public beach which was fine for us (although steep walk uphill back to hotel if you aren’t keen on walking,)
Pool area was very busy and beds are packed in probably not the best if you’re wanting a quiet couples holiday but great for families. Breakfast had a good choice

This was our first time staying here, and thoroughly enjoyed it, such a lovely hotel, food was really nice with plenty of choice. Around both pools, there was always plenty of sunbeds to lay on and a nice pool side bar with food. On entering the hotel, there is a lovely waterfall. Rooms were really nice with maid service every day. Entertainment Every night, which was good, and plenty of seating around the stage area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was a5🌟+
It was well designed with areas that acted as chimneys to allow the heat to escape.
The room was welcoming and comfortable. We only did B&B as we like to try different restaurants for dinner . Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always polite. There were none of the pushy sales people that you often find in resorts.
Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, a really enjoyable experience!
Staff are first class, so attentive, helpful, friendly.
Evening entertainment is a high standard in general…but the magic act has got to go🤦♀️
Food is varied, something for everyone! Great standard. And the ice cream machine is wonderful! Great opening times, too.
My only gripe would be the standard of the rooms..I upgraded to a superior room, but decor-wise, it fell short of an expected 5* quality. It was tired&very dated. Toilet ran water constantly, drove me mad. Left me wondering what standard rooms were like if my paid upgrade was so disappointing..I believe the hotel is to undertake an upgrade from Jan 2025 though, so I’m looking forward to seeing the results - they have the opportunity to create something quite special.
