I recently stayed here as my first proper Las Vegas hotel experience since the last time I was around, I was too young to get the full experience. Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything is. Even with the layout being as large as it is, I'm going to commend the staff here for making my stay one of the best I've ever had. I recommend trying to get a Tower room as it offers great views of the Strip. If I had to come back to Vegas, the Luxor is at the top of the list.

This hotel should be on your list to walk through while visiting the Las Vegas strip. It is very impressive inside and worth the time to do a walk-through. I did not stay at this hotel. I did however, unfortunately visit the buffet for lunch. I do not recommend this buffet at all. The staff was very attending but the food selection was very limited for lunch and you can find a better experience elsewhere.

This hotel doesn't everything in its power to barely be ADA compliant. Do not stay here if you have mobility issues. There is a severe lack of signage for those walking. Overall very bad area for those with mobility issues. Go anywhere else. I know the pyramid is cool, but the parking is awful and you spend an incredible amount of time trying to figure out where everything is. If you have mobility issues, you'll never make it anywhere in this resort. MGM really needs to be more respectful of their guests.
I'm writing this stuck in the bathroom on hold for over 15 minutes. I had to use the bathroom, because I have a medical disorder that causes me to have to use the restroom frequently. I use the restroom, and there is no running water in any of the faucets. I flushed one time, and nothing after that.
Now I'm stuck in the bathroom, not able to clean myself, with no running water whatsoever.
It was a childhood dream to stay here. They really dropped the ball here. I do expect a full refund. This is humiliating to have to sit here like this. I can't do anything until they activate answer the phone and send someone up here to fix this issue. This is taking up valuable time in my trip that's irreplaceable.
This doesn't even make sense how this could happen. I will never stay here again. This is so humiliating, and my special needs son needs to get out. I'm very sore waiting here. I'm helpless.

Great room for the price. The room looked and felt very clean which is always the most important thing to me. Staff was friendly and there was this sense of comradery between us guests because the trips in those elevators are interesting. They go diagonal so it's very unique and some look like they've seen better days, but I never had any issues with them. Would have loved to have seen this hotel in it's hay day.

I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The only positive thing about the rooms was that the bed was comfortable. The AC didn’t work in my room. It was 75 degrees all day and night which is hot and we are not even in the full swing of summer. The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain so you stand in a puddle of soapy water while showering. The water smelled like sulfur and the building itself has a scent of sewage throughout. The staff in the spa, Gloria and the staff working on the inside of the men’s spa were fabulous and the only upside to this hotel. This place was probably cool on 2004. 20 years later, not so much.
