Superb service and friendly staff all over the place.
The welcoming and check in was seamless
The room was tidy and clean. Spacious and equipped with all amenities. Nice welcoming kit provided by the butler.
The facilities are mainly around the lobby designed in unique classical/vintage theme.
The food is really tasty in restaurants and the in room service.
The breakfast buffet has wide variety of high quality food.
The gym is fully equipped and spacious available 24 hrs.
The beach is clean and has very lovely views of sunsets and Le Monte mountain.
The library is amazing quiet place for relaxing and reading.
The resort is definitely recommended.

We are currently staying at the JW Marriott for the second time, but we will not be coming back. Unfortunately the service has made a turn for the worse. While there are still some excellent staff members who remember your name and remember all your preferences after the first interaction, the overall quality of service has dramatically changed. The butler service used to check in multiple times a day last time and we barely saw them this time. Our room was not serviced multiple times and there were often items missing. The restaurant staff would ignore requests or mix up orders. We also didn’t get any recognition as gold members paying full price, while other guests who booked via third party booking platforms received massive upgrades. The restaurant menus are also worse and they seem to be only concentrating on the evening buffet, while food prices increased. It was also hard to get sun beds at the beach most days, unless you reserved them ahead of breakfast, which we absolutely hate to do.
And that is just too bad, as they improved some of the facilities. The rooms got some nice upgrades and the new breakfast buffet is stunning. They also got rid of the cats roaming around. Overall the resort has such a nice vibe and a stunning backdrop of the mountain.
We still had a relaxing vacation, but for this price point we just expect a higher level and consistency of service.

This is one of the best hotels we experienced. Staff is truly amazing, welcoming and polite. Resort is very well maintained and stunning. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here. Views of Le Morne are beautiful. They offer free drinks at the beach (water, some juices etc.). Sand is nice and you should not worry about coral remains. This was really an amazing experience, well done to the whole team!

Amazing resort with very friendly staff. I really loved the ambiance around the pool, restaurants and reception. Dalini from the reception went above and beyond to ensure our visit was amazing.

Very unfriendly, didn't want us on the beach in front of their hotel even though it is public. They called the police to remove us from the beach, but the police couldn't do anything because the beach is public. Stand firm and don't be intimidated! Keep enjoying the view.
