We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and we’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to your exceptional team. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff made a great impression with their respectful, friendly demeanor. They were attentive and did their best to assist us with all our requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The F&B staff were equally impressive—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond by setting up the bathtub with foam, creating a relaxing and thoughtful surprise for us. It’s the little details like these that made our stay so memorable. Thank you again for the excellent service. We look forward to returning in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Resort in Mauritius! The property is stunning and set in an exotic, picturesque location that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The food was delicious with a great variety, and a special mention to Chef Jayanti, who was very warm and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mayank, the Guest Relations Manager, for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. His hospitality made a big difference. Also, thanking Mr. Deepak at the front office for the seamless check-in experience and for generously upgrading our rooms — it was the perfect start to our vacation. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Mauritius!

Beautiful hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped. Lovely surroundings. The restaurants offer a good variety of tasty food and the overall setting is truly enjoyable. However, I did feel a slight lack of the warm Mauritian hospitality one would expect. Also, note that if you're not on an all-inclusive basis, you'll need to pay for water at the restaurants—which I personally believe should always be complimentary in any hotel. Despite that, it was a very good stay.

The resort itself is simply stunning—beautiful beachfront views, lush greenery, and impeccable facilities. My room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of the ocean. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the luxury spa. It's a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Dining was another highlight. There are several on-site restaurants with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. A standout part of my trip was dining at the indian restaurant, especially with the help of SWAPNALI, who took care of us during our meals. Her warm, welcoming nature and expert recommendations made each dining experience so much more enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our choices, making every meal feel personalized. It’s rare to encounter such attentive service, and she truly made us feel special. Overall, my stay was everything I hoped for and more. The service, the environment, and the attention to detail made it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning to the InterContinental for another unforgettable vacation

Intercontinental Balaclava was one of best holidays across continents! Set in a beautiful ambience along the beach with stunning views, It has all the charm of a beautiful resort! We felt very welcome right from the beginning with a warm welcome from Rochelle.She showed us around the place and arranged transfer of the luggage. The room ( 2 bedroom suite was just perfect for the week long holiday. The facilities in the resort were excellent with a high quality service. The Spa was just what we needed to unwind…. The boathouse had excellent facilities including snorkelling, kayaking and water sports like water skiing all free of cost!Warren and John were helpful in guiding us. The food was excellent and the staff, Jayawantee, Suresh, Bishal, Kunal, Muralithatan and Hariharan were there helping us with choice of dishes with a radiant smile and service! Kevin and Ateesh were helpful in finding us a suitable car rental. It was very nice to chat with Sujay Chatterjee, head chef during our dinner. The senior management was very engaging.Emmanuel the chief executive made it a point to chat with us during the cocktail event.
