During my hotel stay, the staff welcomed us warmly, which started things off on a positive note. The room was spotless and had a fantastic view and I liked the attention to detail in the decor.
The hotel layout was superb. The Historical Ruins of Balaclava was a fascinating site and the tortoise & animal farm was a charming addition for animal lovers. I loved the the waterfalls and banyan trees. The diverse food selection at the main restaurant was a culinary delight.
However, I was disappointed that even though I was an all-inclusive guest, I couldn't access all the restaurants.
My experience with the staff was a mix of highs and lows. Some were friendly and attentive, but others seemed inconsistent, especially in how they treated different guests. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and made some great memories.

I had the pleasure to stay at this amazing hotel . The place is amazing. The most of the staff is amazing, always smiling and makes you feel welcomed. The only exception to this was Mr Rakesh who without reason was rude. It was my first time at the beach and found him close to the restaurant and I ask him where is the washroom and the answer was “ go here you can’t be like this “ something that makes me feel bad and l just been lost . Next day I came to the bar and I ordered a drink again he was there and I just showed where is my location, the answer was “ Wait here l will not bring you “ . I do understand that everyone works in their area , but is the way you talk to someone.. He could just inform his colleagues.
The food was delicious and room big and clean ))

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius. From the moment I stepped in I was greeting by Laeticia, a warm and attentive staff, who facilitated my check-in.
The room was spacious, clean and well-decorated, providing a warm and comfortable retreat after an exhausted day. Mine overlooked that pool and idea for a morning swim.
The gym is well equipped, and I exercise at 05h00 in tranquility of the pre-dawn moment. At dawn I strolled the beach and photographed the beautiful. However, sunset was divine, providing excellent opportunity for photography.
Dining options were impressive offering a large variety. I was impressed by their vegetarian offers.
The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the beach.
I will visit again for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

We absolutely loved this place, especially for the price. It's truly an all-in-one package.
Our room was very spacious with a balcony and the perfect soaking tub for couples.
The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. They helped us with everything we could think to ask for!
Between the ruins of a French navel fort, the beautiful pool, the sports activities, and the amazing food and drinks, we were really spoiled for choice during our stay.
We would love to make it back here one day.

Visited Maritim 10 years back but still missed so much.Very good resort to stay. Location is awesome. U can have different rides near by. The management is too good. Being vegetarian we had very little options in food there but the manager n staff took care very nicely. In morning we used to give them our dinner menu list n they cook delicious vegetarian meals for us . The service is very good. Thank u Maritim staff.Loved to stay there.
