We just stayed here for our first time and my whole family loved it! Our room was very nice with a big balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The service was excellent, everyone was very nice and attentive. Room service was great, pool service was and restaurant service oh and the spa service. We were very impressed by the service here. The good was so good everywhere we went and the dessert was always delicious. We can't wait to come back. My kids loved it! The girls on the kids club were so nice and playful with our kids. The beach was very beautiful and clean and so we're the pools.

This was our third trip to Cabo. We stayed twice at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, and this was our first time at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. Overall, I’d rate this stay 6/10. Food: Unfortunately, most restaurants felt very similar in taste and variety. I’d give the food 5/10. Service: This was the highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Top-notch service. Drinks: Average overall — nothing bad, but nothing memorable. 6/10. Rooms & Comfort: The beds and pillows were not comfortable. When I asked for a softer pillow, I was offered a blanket instead since they don’t carry soft pillows. This was disappointing. Entertainment: Decent variety and enjoyable overall. 7/10. Pools: Nice pool areas and atmosphere. 7/10. Overall: While the service was excellent, the food quality and room comfort were below expectations compared to our previous stays in Cabo. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

It’s gorgeous here, but I’m writing a review for the amazing staff. My family is a group of 13 and at every turn the staff at Ziva met us with kindness, patience and so much joy. The staff around the pool and beach really made our stay beyond fun. The games and activities for the kids and the exercise classes had us laughing and moving and grateful. The emotional labor behind those jobs is huge and they made it look easy. The shows at night were also really great. Such talented people. We loved it here. Thank you especially to Giselle the inflatable deer, Raul the push up champion. Special shout out to the Japanese restaurant - best dinner of them all.

This place is truly amazing. From the moment you roll in they look after you very well. Lots of variety for food and drink options. The staff we encountered were amazing. We spent most time at the adult pool relaxing. We did spend some time in the massive regular pool area and down by the beach and no complaints. Our room was on the 6th floor over looking the adult pool area and had a great ocean view. We had a king room with a small living room, large TV and great bathroom. My wife did the yoga class in the morning out in the main area a couple of times and said she enjoyed it. The beach area is also massive. Lots of chairs and umbrellas, cabanas. Beach volleyball and other games are set up along the beach. We stayed for 7 days, wish it was longer. My only complaint...get a better coffee shop with bigger coffee cups.

We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva, and the reason is truly the amazing staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, remembered, and cared for. Mario at the Indian restaurant delivered not only fantastic food but outstanding hospitality, he also made sure we got our chai on top of a new kind they were making as well! Special recognition to Jonathon, Ingrid, and Victor, Gissel, Carlos, Clyde, Noe, Margarita, Genova for their exceptional service, kind and positive energy— remembering my name and consistently checking in made our stay feel truly special, that I will hold closely to my heart. There are names I probably left out by accident, because all in all, everyone was so welcoming there. Remember to take the time to get to know these wonderful people when you visit, it makes the experience even better. Beautiful resort, great food, gorgeous views, rooms were spotless, and unforgettable service. We can’t wait to return!
