Probably great if you're a local or from Mexico but I don't recommend if you're from the United States. Drink options were limited though good. Only one place for breakfast and lunch meant lines unless you got there early. Like the minute it opened early. Pools were cool and better than others we've had but towel service wasn't great. Biggest issue was the rooms. Nothing seemed to work. Front door didn't seal, AC couldn't get below 25C, bathroom door couldn't close and was loud, shower had issues etc. Service was a mixed bag, either 5 star or 1 star.

We won this trip and were so excited for a little getaway. When you first walk in the hotel the lobby is stunning and has great views. The staff has been wonderful. Our room is small but the bed is comfy. HOWEVER the food is subpar at best and the drinks have almost no alcohol in them. As for the resort there is NOTHING to do here that doesn’t cost extra. We have been going to bed after our mediocre (at best) dinner since there is nothing else to do. We will not be back.

Be Cautious before booking. they are very strict about their cancellation policy! I have an upcoming stay, after booking i started reading the reviews and now i have doubts about staying at this place! within 48 hours i decided i would like to get a refund for my upcoming trip and as per management , my request was DENIED!!!! I am now considering spending additional money and staying at another resort where the future customer concerns are important and taken into consideration.......

Shout out to the best ever bartender! Always very attentive and helpful Pedro! Pedro is definitely the best and always made it so much fun to head down to the adults only area, would come back just because of him! Also can’t forget Luis at check in that is a total sweety and very willing to give

We stayed at Krystal Grand Los Cabos July 13-18. It was a beautiful resort. This review is mainly to say thank you to the staff at The Grill restaurant. The food was amazing; I had a perfectly grilled filet and my friend had the shrimp & bacon entree. We received bar service at the table where our drinks were made to order on the spot. To top it off, our server, Ulisses, was the best. We appreciate good food and service. ❤️🙏🏾
