We had a great time at this hotel. We are a large group and never had any problems to do all activities together. Alcohol could be better quality. Pedro at the swim up bar is a great guy! The views from the altitude tower are amazing. There is an Adult only area which helped us to really enjoy our time without being annoyed by children

This place is great and we had a wonderful time! Came from San Diego with a 3 year old and we thoroughly enjoyed the resort, the workers, the service, the room. I mean this resort really goes all out for their guests so it’s hard to understand the negative reviews. The water slide section was amazing for our kiddo and the 2 pools were nice & clean. Big thanks to Mario the concierge for giving us key details about the resort (restaurants, hours, events, etc). He is the best! And also Rodrigo who’s a poolside food server- wow! This guy hustles and really goes out of his way to make sure you get your food & drinks.
All and all we were so happy for our 6 day stay and would highly recommend - not to mention all food & drinks are included! AND if you like to surf, there’s a great wave right outside- just a 5 minute walk down the beach.

Rodrigo is the hardest working guy there. ALWAYS going above and beyond for everyone. He definitely made our trip one to remember. From specialty drinks to running to 3 different bars for a different vodka he’s the absolute best.
Yolanda was one of our favourite breakfast and dinner servers. Always remembered us and paid close attention to detail. Beautiful inside and out

Definitely meet my expectations for all the facilities comparing with the price we paid! The surprise is the excellent staffs here! They are so professional and passionate. I feel an VIP so I tipped a bit! The best part I love about the hotel is the Kids Camp! Teacher Tania is an absolutely angel. She guide my kids to make at least 3 crafts a day! Which also gave us some time to lay back! I buffet is always welcoming, some of the foods might not be my favourite but the service was super excellent! While the only thing about this resort is the size is not as big as I imagine so you might get bored in the 3rd days, so the artwalk night on Thursday at San Jose and glass boat to the Arch at San Lucas are definitely the to go exploration!

Our company All Inclusive Outlet recently did a site inspection of this property. I walked away being very impressed. I pay attention to the guests staying there and they looked to be relaxed and having a good time. As a travel agent that makes or breaks a property for me. Areas were clean and the rooms we saw beautiful. This is a budget friendly resort great for families, friends, couples, and solo travelers. Views were amazing and pools wonderful! The Sales Manager Jonathan and Sales reps were gracious and informative. If someone were looking for a good budget all inclusive in this destination, this would be a good choice.
