We had an amazing stay at H10 Rubicon Palace for my birthday this week! There are so many activities everyday, multiple pools and various restaurants. Would highly recommend all inclusive as it’s so worth it! Alessandro, Miguel and Marcos in particular were all so friendly, helpful and made our trip so much more fun! Only slight negative was that the beds aren’t the comfiest but the room itself was spacious. Will be recommending this hotel to everyone!

I wouldn't personally say the hotel Is a 5*. The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful. The lifts need some attention as they are intermittent. Pool area could be cleaner but excellent selection of drinks and table service which is nice.

The room was a bit old but the staff is amazing! The facility Are super great and the food was excellent. The location is amazing, you have just 2 small beach at 5 mn walking distance. The activity for adult and kids are really nice. I would even put a 6. Th star to the staff they really are making the extra effort for you to have a nice holidays. The spa is also really great you even have opening hours for kids! Very kids friendly resort

Cannot complain about anything! Staff were professional, friendly and kept the standards high! Clean resort, with lots to do. Only possible bad thing was the food not being properly labeled on some days (being a fussy eater is an issue there) but we spoke to guest relations and they have said they are working on it! Lovely pools, facilities and rooms! Drinks and food were good.
