Excellent hotel and staff, simply outstanding. If you can stretch to it go for privilege sea view package. This gives you access to to the privilege restaurant pool and lounge. The food in the hotel is great with the privilege three themed restaurants Japanese Italian and steakhouse plus others for other guests. The various pool areas are kept pristine as is the entire complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our one week break and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return

Had an issue with air con in room (still not fixed) No mini bar upon arrival as promised Ladies toilet by main pool smells like wee and no toilet paper. I feel like the privilege pool should be the one heated. Overall a beautiful hotel with incredible staff, just a few tweaks needed to make me give 5 stars

We have loved our stay here. Accommodation has been exceptional, facilities have been very extensive and impressive - particularly the all inclusive package which has made us feel incredibly relaxed and stress-free with all the options of food and drink. Entertainment wise, we have been very pleased with all the activities and the entertainment in the piano bar. Marta in particular has been incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and made the effort to speak with us. Thank you all at H10.

The hotel is lovely. We've spent a lot of time in the lobby bar which is very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are nice, lovely big balcony. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Fabio the barman is an absolute treasure. The food is very good and beautifully presented. Lots of variety. The scenery is fabulous and there is a good walk along the coast to the marina. I cannot find any fault with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed for three nights at this hotel. The rooms are clean and feature a stylish American decor with a black and white theme, creating an upscale atmosphere. The lobby is particularly impressive with its high ceilings and elegant dolphin decorations, living up to its 5-star reputation. In terms of service, the staff was helpful, although not overly friendly. This is somewhat understandable given the high volume of tourists they cater to daily. However, when it comes to dining, the experience didn't quite meet 5-star expectations. I'd rate the food at 3 stars. The hot dishes, including fish, sausages, beef, and pork, lacked quality. The buffet chefs seemed inexperienced, with some fish undercooked and nearly raw. The paella was disappointing, falling short of even basic supermarket standards. Additionally, the fruit selection mainly consisted of canned rather than fresh options. The hotel is situated in a clean, newly developed area. Though the neighborhood feels a bit sparse compared to the East Coast, it's conveniently close to attractions like Timayafa and several volcanoes.
