Great stay with family of 2 young children. Great entertainment for family especially kids! Animation team especially very good and helpful, with wide range of day and evening entertainment for families. Rooms are a bit dated and housekeeping can be improved. General areas are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast are a bit same-y, dinner more varied - go for the seafood! Overall good stay and enthusiastic staff - would recommend especially for families!

Everywhere is kept very clean, our room was very good and comfortable with balcony, table, chairs and sun loungers. Restaurants are all excellent except the steak restaurant which didn’t have the same quality. Service and the food in the Asian and Italian was first class. Theatre show and dinner was good and gave us something different. Piano bar is lovely along with good entertainment, however slow service is quite frustrating. In fact the first week was dreadful, improved quite a bit on week two.

My partner and I had a fabulous time at the resort. Tonight we attended the dinner show which entailed a three course meal and amazing entertainment. There was a variety of acts including; dancers, singers and other creative performers. I would recommend this to anyone at the H10 Rubicon Palace. Catering staff were lovely and on the ball.

Great stay at the hotel rooms are good and loads going on in the hotel it's like a little village a nice little baby club where can leave little one for couple hours just to relax service is top notch. Food in main restaurant is good although not much variety each day. Great facilities altho disappointed about the spa spent €20 and couldn't enjoy as they didn't say you have to wear the cap they give you to go in water and I couldn't wear due to issues with material making head itchy so all I could do was sit around the pool ... if they stated it before paying wouldn't bothered going in. Will happily come again for everything else

A fantastic hotel - great service, pools, restaurants and location right next to a volcano you can climb up and inside the crater of. There's not many hotels that can boast that!!! Great dinner show too. Highly recommend.
