This was our fourth stay at the volcan, although it was 10 years since our last visit. It exceeded our expectations, amazing, spacious rooms, all the staff so friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a great location this is the place to go. We wouldn't stay at any other hotel in lanzarote. Perfectly situated on the marina, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday.

I stayed with my husband in this hotel end of August/beginning of September, I must say the hotel was amazing . We had a such a great time. Very relaxing and the best place to rest. The staff are very nice, and very welcoming. We were staying in the adult section and everything there was amazing, from the pool area to the rooms. We loved it. The food at the buffet was so good we had half board so we experienced breakfast/dinner and the food was really delicious. i really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a realxing vacation in a hotel that checks everything.

Wow! I’m so impressed with my experience at this hotel!! I have stayed here only three nights with my family and we had a great, calm time there. With the money you pay comes with great value , the hotel is very quiet and calm and all staff are welcoming and friendly and the variety of food all is delicious and healthy! My family and me have the best time at this hotel!

Amazing experience everyone looked after us so well they went above and beyond especially Hassan he was a brilliant bar man in the lobby bar ( Pub Los James ) so attentive and so friendly went above and beyond for us was a stand out for us and made us feel so welcome so thank you Hassan. Gabi was another member of the team who went above and beyond for us she wished me a happy birthday and truly made the day more special there was a lovely surprise waiting in the room for me on my birthday and I have to say everyone went above and beyond to make the stay so magical so thank you to all and we will definitely be back

The hotel has a nice location close to the Marina, with a lot of restaurants but it has huge cleaning issues. For the entire trip we did not felt living in a clean room, because we have found a huge cockroach and the bathroom smelled bad. We have complained about this and asked for a better cleaning but the housekeeper continued with a 3-4 min fast cleaning of the room every day. Also, we have paid an extra fee for a room with balcony and sea view, and we were disappointed to receive a room with a pool view. It is a shame and we have felt like being fooled. Another issue was with the room card, which happened not to work one day, when we could not get into our room, and we had to walk to reception 5-6 times because of this issue, which suddenly was working the next day. It is like the receptionist made fool of us.
