Went to this hotel with high expectations which I would say were fulfilled on the whole.Beautiful room which was well serviced during our stay. The hotel was calm and quiet and kept spotlessly clean with courteous and hardworking staff. Breakfast Buffet was excellent and the staff worked tirelessly to keep the food topped up and to keep clearing the tables. As a one off we enjoyed the evening buffet one evening and it was good quality and great value for 25 Euros. Only slight niggle was the need to shower in a public toilet within the hotel on our last day because of a late departure. You would think a hotel of this standard would allocate a couple of rooms for this purpose. Travelled on a package with Jet2 and I was impressed with the overall service that they provided.

We stayed ay the Hotel last month (March) but would probably not return again for some time as there is a new hotel being built next door. Sunbeds very uncomfortable. Some prepared cooked food at breakfast was cold, not even lukewarm. Location of Hotel is excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Located on the marina a shines throw from lots of restaurants. Extremely clean and calm hotel with a selection of pools. Rooms are a good size with a bright airy feel. Breakfast buffet was of a great standard with plenty of choice.

From the moment you arrive you know you are in a magical place. A glass of Prosecco upon arrival, exceptional front desk and a porter to take you and your bags to the room. Our accommodation was top notch, a living area leading onto a balcony overlooking one of the pools and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast offered a considerable choice and its location on the site next to pools was a lovely way t start the day. There are both daytime activities and evening entertainment. We did painting on one of the days and learned so much from the instructor, and the wine was an added bonus. Location wise you a close to a large number of high quality restaurants by the harbour. It is about a two kilometre walk to the main strip, which with the fine weather is a great excursion.

Just superb, we booked club room. Room was huge. Facilities are great we went to a few of the evening entertainments, the one in the church was especially good. Attracts nice quiet clientele in my view. Club rooms had so many extras, hadn’t realised it would include afternoon tea like a top London hotel, even though we booked bed and breakfast. Also a free help yourself bar in the evening.Also fluffy dressing gowns, slippers, nice toiletries from rituals. Loungers in club are were wooden with thick mattress, a swim up bar and 2 jacuzzi just for club rooms. Breakfast in club was superb too. Staff super helpful. We used 3 of the onsite restaurants all good. Location was great easy stroll through hotel to loads of restaurants and shops. Very very pretty.
