Upgraded to a sea room view and it was completely worth the money for the views and was more peaceful than the pool view room we initially had.
Great that they do a later breakfast from 10am. Perfect for the teenagers and also for myself as I tend to eat breakfast at this time normally.
Location is perfect right by the beach and bars/ restaurants.
Air conditioning in the rooms we had weren't great.
Hotel is very kid friendly, our teenagers really enjoyed the pool.
The main restaurant is in the basement and is very hot. If I were to come again I would only do bed and breakfast as the breakfast was in the pool bar so had natural light coming in and a breeze from outside. Food was typical of all inclusive.
Unfortunately the gym is in the basement , no air con and is a bit too isolated for a lone person to be working out in.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially one of the waiter's working in the Brandy Well Pub, always making sure we had a drink on hand! The room was cleaned most days, but that certainly did not bother us. The pool bar had excellent food, but drink service tended to be a bit slow at times. The man working the check in desk was extremely helpful, and gave us plenty of tips about the local area. Loved the energy the woman doing the pool activities and karaoke! Had a few minor issues such as our door being hard to open, but that did not bother us. The buffet food wasn't always the best, had cold pasta a few times, but for an all inclusive the food options were great. We would certainly come back again!

Me and my other half went here in July and everything was amazing! Entertainment was spot on and so good. Such a good variety of food, as a picky eater I still ate just fine!
Staff were really nice and friendly. Helped when and where they could! The location is so close to the beach and our room was less than 2 minutes from the beach. There’s plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, bike rentals all in walking distance!
The only down fall is that room service skipped us a few times even though we were out all day and had the sign up saying that we needed it done.

A lovely small hotel, perfect for a lazy family holiday in Costa Teguise. The hotel is in a beautiful location only a step away from the beach and local shops/restaurants. Wide variety of delicious food most of the days, as well as some all inclusive drinks to choose from. The friendly staff is working tirelessly making sure the plates during meals are collected promptly and the pool area is kept tidy. I've noticed there were a lot of guests with mobility difficulties and it looked like the hotel was well adjusted for their needs. The pool, though looking small, was enough for the amount of guests using it (up to 1.35m deep) and we could always find a sunbed or two no matter the time of the day. The entertainment team was making sure there was something to do for all ages.
What could work better, was the quality of the 4th bed in the room (for children) as it was very uncomfortable. Also, the evening entertainment was starting quite late, 9.30 pm in the lobby area and, if you wanted to come at that time, it was difficult to find a seat.

Very disappointing. There is flaking paint everywhere. Used cigarette ends everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Uncooked meat. Not enough sunbeds and what is there is taken by other people's towels who aren't even sat by the pool. The pool is small and very cold. The location is OK being by the beach, shops and bars but there isn't anything else to do. This was our honeymoon and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. We decided to pay extra money to leave 24 hours early. When we told the staff we were leaving they didn't ask us why or if there was a reason/problem. Doesn't look anything like the pictures! Wish I had taken more of my own pictures for this review.
