Good hotel food very good as were the rooms. Rules like no towels to reserve sunbeds not upheld. The restaurant was very good. However, a clear indication of which dish is vegetarian would make it great

We were recommended to be live experience Lanzarote,..it didn't disappoint. The staff were professional & polite in the hotel. The entertainment guys were great around the pool area..they wouldn't hassle you too much. You had lots of choice of different foods to eat; even if you were fussy, you would still find something to eat;; & there were plenty of hot plates. Our room was very clean & we loved how spacious it was. The cleaners came everyday & did a fab job. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beachfront & bars & restaurants. We will be back...absolutely loved the hotel.

2nd time staying at this hotel, loved it as usual. All the staff at the hotel are friendly & helpful. It is well positioned right on the beach front with plenty of bars a short stroll away. The pool seemed to be slightly heated so great for a dip even over new year. The rooms could do with a little face lift & the room safes were not working during our stay but we could leave any valuables at the 24hr reception. The wardrobe also could do with extra lighting over it, unable to see our clothes in the evening & resorted to using torch on phone. T.V. had limited British channels. All in all though another great stay over 23/24 new year, will return in the near future & would recommend.

The location of this hotel is great, in between the main beach Playa de las Cucharas as well as a short walk to the great snorkelling beach of Playa del Jablillo. Also an easy walk to shops bars and other attractions such as the Aquarium. The hotel itself is a little tired with peeling paint and could do with a bit more attention to detail in rooms (we had a broken wardrobe door - fixed when mentioned it, broken coffee machine..replaced but next one leaked...) but generally all areas are kept very clean and the staff work very hard and are friendly. The food in the buffet was varied with something new every day (possibly best variety I've seen at a AI) and generally good quality, especially some of the meat, fish and salads, but I think you might struggle as a vegetarian or someone with allergies - lots of nuts in things..which I love but not for everyone. The drinks were fairly mediocre, very sweet, syrupy and lacking variety for a supposedly 4 star AI and apparently no 'virgin cocktails' available for children or non drinkers..first time I've encountered this at an AI. The al a carte Mediterranean was good, nice portions and quality of ingredients, but the Italian (in the same place on a different night) was very disappointing..buffet food was better and definitely more child friendly for fussy eaters. We were a party of 8 travelling with 4 children and they loved the pool and being close to the beach. Also the evening entertainment was good. The rooms were a bit disappointing as we had paid extra for "better together family rooms" but had to ask for any promised extras (no robes or slippers, hot chocolate machine, PlayStation 4) and they seemed reluctant to provide but robes and the PS4 did eventually appear..never got a working coffee machine - but I dont think the extra cost was worth it. Also very disappointed that the mini bar was never restocked - every AI I've ever stayed in this is always replenished throughout your stay but it had a few cans on arrival and when they were gone that was it. Good shower pressure and plentiful hot water was a plus. On balance I'd say the hotel was good, great location, food decent for an AI but definitely could make some improvements. The 'extras' aren't really there to make it feel 4 star.

Just returned from this hotel and had a great time. Have to give a special mention to the animation team's very own (Daniel & Rose-Marie) for keeping the place very lively from morning till very late some days. I would say they are one of the hotels best assets. Loads of activities to take part in , make you feel part of everything thats going on, briliant at thier job. Rooms are basic but clean, premium rooms are bigger with cooking facilities. No problem getting sunbeds even though the hotel was full (easter hols) Different entertainment every night plus there is a great pub attached what shows all the football and has karaoke nights (get your all inclusive drinks in here also) not short on staff either... Will defo go back to this hotel as it is also right on the beach
