The staff were extremely friendly, especially one of the waiter's working in the Brandy Well Pub, always making sure we had a drink on hand! The room was cleaned most days, but that certainly did not bother us. The pool bar had excellent food, but drink service tended to be a bit slow at times. The man working the check in desk was extremely helpful, and gave us plenty of tips about the local area. Loved the energy the woman doing the pool activities and karaoke! Had a few minor issues such as our door being hard to open, but that did not bother us. The buffet food wasn't always the best, had cold pasta a few times, but for an all inclusive the food options were great. We would certainly come back again!

Wonderful place and we managed to get a sea view from the ground floor balcony. The food, drinks and service were great, and the staff very professional, polite and often fun! Spent two evenings watching evening entertainment and it was brilliant. Spent the rest in the Brandy Well Bar and the staff were amazing, just a shame England played crap! Within walking distance of the waterpark, where we spent a day, along with a day on the beach in the sea, a day out on a Catamaran, and a couple of days by the pool recharging. Would definitely return and book some scuba diving experiences! Shower leaked from under the base onto the floor but nothing a towel couldn't fix for the time we were there. Paint was chipping on balcony but cleaned up everyday, and doesn't really bother us.

So gross. Spend your money elsewhere! June 2024 I hope you like a constant rain of paint chips in public areas and your room. (Not from anyone fixing paint, but from neglect) Nobody sweeps up, there is litter and cigarette butts everywhere. The pool is jam packed all day with lots of chairs ‘reserved’ but not used. There was a dead bird in my stairwell for 2 days. Security is non existent and the doors to the rooms can be tricky to latch. ZERO PRIVACY on the balcony. Had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone, no clothes iron available. If you want some glasses with ice or anything else you must walk to the lobby, as there is no service of any sort to the rooms. Didn’t try the food because this place is filthy. Plus side, you can leave the hotel and easily walk to many things and the front desk staff are friendly.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was gorgeous spacious. Friendly staff, only downside was having to pay extra for branded drinks when all inclusive. The mixers were very sickly. Food in a la cartes was really nice, restaurant also. Plenty shops bars restaurants round area. Lovely walks asking beach. If you like sitting in veranda in sunshine ask for a pool view as we only had sun first thing in morning.

Friendly staff, very very clean rooms and hotel a few mins walk from the beach and numerous shops. Spent a week all inclusive and found the food variety and quality good. Great selection of drinks available and cocktails were good. Some famous drinks like Jack Daniels not included and well known branded ice cream not included, but a nice vanilla and tasty coconut tub included. 😋 Loved the relaxed vibes round the pool, plenty of sunbeds around too! 😎
