Sam Collard
Had a fantastic 10 night stay in March with our 2 year old son. Resort was great, really well set up for families and would definitely recommend. Food was of a really good quality and variety with lots of options for the little one.
Swimming pools were clean and well maintained although weren't heated (with a couple of exceptions) so were a little cold on cooler days. We spent our days around the kids pool which was actually quieter than the main pool and always had sun beds available.
Of particular note was the baby club / room which was fantastic - after a few tries we were able to leave our son happily playing with the fantastic staff so we could sit outside and relax for a couple of hours.
We booked a room with separate living room and access to balcony from the bedroom which worked well in the evening once he was in bed and we could chill out.
Resort is a shortish walk along the costal path to a nearby marina which was a great spot for lunch if you want to get out of the resort for the afternoon.
Overall a really great stay and would happily recommend and return again in the future.

A week was not enough.
From start to finish we had brilliant family holiday.With all the pools and slides, kids club activities, shows in the evenings the kids were never bored. Thanks to all the animation team for all there hard work, shout to Zach who always put a smile on the kids faces. Not forgetting the rest of the staff, receptionists and porter were always friendly and helpful, the chefs and restaurant staff for all the gorgeous food served up each day, cleaning staff as the hotel was always spotless and the hard working bartenders for all the lovely beer…😊

This is a great hotel for families in a good location for local beaches and Playa Blanca. The family connecting rooms were really large and good quality. Staff and service were always pleasant and helpful. The food is good quality and they go the extra mile with a variety of fish they cook fresh and offering a range of smoothies and fresh juices at the breakfast buffet. A special mention for Alexander in the buffet restaurant who was always super friendly and attentive, making time to chat to the kids and make them laugh despite being so busy.

Great experience. Staff are very friendly and add to the over all experience of holiday. Would like to thank Alex for his positive attitude,good work ethic and kind friendly nature always providing service with a smile. Also would like to mention Zak as he is fully inclusive to everyone and helped us navigate activities for the kids.
Rooms have everything that is needed few minor repairs needed to room but doesn't jeopardise holiday or experience just common wear and tear of usage.
Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Majid was a wonderful host and really look after us at the table - keeping our glasses full with wine and looking after our 6 year old daughter. He even spilled the secret ingredients for the restaurant’s mushroom sauce by personally consulting the chef and sharing with us. Very full bellies and happy!
