Very nice hotel to come rest in couple. The staff is so kind and helpful. Location is ideal with free parking. We recommend renting a car otherwise it is quite an isolated place. The breakfast was good as well, I loved the freshly cooked pancakes every morning with fresh fruits. At nights there were different shows such as flamenco, concerts and dancers in the lobby. The spa was clean, the pool could be a little warmer but the jaccuzi, sauna and hamman were great. Many relaxing fancy showers and a rock walking pool. We paid 95€ extra for a full stay spa access which we found quite worth the price. Many cats are wandering around the hotel and they look really well cared of, fur is clean and soft, friendly and come towards us for pets. That is really a plus for me since I'm a cat-person ! Will certainly come back here if we visit Lanzarote again 🏝️

Just returned from a 5 day break. Everything was fantastic! We went for b&b. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Staff friendly with the hotel being super clean. Rooms were perfectly clean each day. 10 minute walk to the marina with restaurants and bars. We will be back!

A excellent hotel choice for the solo traveller or couples. A chilled atmosphere with privacy and seclusion if you should so desire. Staff are well trained and professional, friendly but with boundaries of respect, which you could sense was required both ways which keeps the more extroverted in check. The reception and portete were truly excellent. Food is good, I stuck with the buffet which was good but other restaurants are available which appeared more refined. However, the buffet offered steak and other cuts of meat cooked to preference, and very friendly and pleased to serve. Cocktails and drinks were good and guests were enjoying and savouring their drinks rather than a desire to get drunk. I note that I arrived an hour early and left an hour after checkout but was provided with a all inclusive card so could obtain refreshments which was a lovely touch. Some good runs or walks available from the hotel for sunrise and sunset. Recommended.

We spent a bit more than a week here recently and overall had an enjoyable time. The hotel is well located and close to Puerto Calero, which has a nice selection of restaurants, as well as only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. We went for the breakfast only option, which in hindsight was the right choice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms - although a bit dated (one time the water didn’t work, another time we had no electricity, so clearly there are some infrastructure issues) - are spacious and comfortable. We got a lovely birthday surprise and on another day we again received a complementary bottle of cava to make up for a bad experience (see below, last paragraph of review). This was greatly appreciated and the guest experience team tries to make everyone welcome and attempts to sort out complaints promptly. The hotel complex is well designed and feels relaxing and inviting. As some other reviews wrote, the food is good but not outstanding. The breakfast offers plenty of variety but for a five star hotel it does feel slightly too basic (e.g., the coffee is not that good, the orange juice is tasty but not entirely freshly squeezed - it felt like a mix of fresh and concentrate orange juice - and the bread selection could be more holistic). During peak hours, it was also busy and some tables inside are close to each other, so it gets hectic. Also the buffet in the evening (World Café) offers more of a 4 star than a 5 star experience. There are good dishes but the theming is relatively uniform. From the a la carte restaurants, we only tried the Italian one (Portofino). The pizza was ok but not comparable in quality to what you get in a good Italian pizzeria. The risotto, on the other hand, was delicious and definitely expertly prepared. Now for the not so nice part: One evening we went to the World Café buffet restaurant and next to us was seated a couple from Scotland with an extremely drunk and disruptive man, who was harassing the waiting staff, kicked over his chair, spilled the full glass of white wine of his partner into the cooling bucket and was outright nasty and confrontational to his own partner and other guests, including to my girlfriend. She launched a complaint but by that time the couple was already leaving, so it doesn’t seem like they faced any consequences. A guest in such an intoxicated and aggressive state should not be admitted to a restaurant where people just want to have a good meal. The hotel staff was apologetic but the next few days we saw this couple again several times in the hotel complex - and the whole thing left a sour aftertaste. Overall, the hotel should be more resolute with such incidents and have zero tolerance for aggressive and frankly unacceptable behavior like that.

We stayed here with my parents for ten nights (bed & breakfast) and we have very mixed feelings about our experience. Starting with the positives, the hotel itself is beautiful and on the whole the customer service we experienced from the staff on site was very good. A special shout out here to the reception team and specifically Airam (I apologise if I've spelt that incorrectly). I can't imagine someone better suited to his role and he gives guests an incredible first impression for the hotel. I'd also like to praise the bartenders and the cocktails were very good. On the negative side of things, the food we had at breakfast was incredibly poor to the point where we couldn't get a boiled egg that was actually cooked. The coffee was also objectively terrible and inconsistently brewed. We would expect far better for a five star resort. I also got the impression that the hotel was massively understaffed in terms of waiters at both breakfast and lunch and my partner said the same about the cafe(she even went to reception to complain about this as she waited 30 minutes to be served). My final negative point is around my parents' room. They paid around €450 to upgrade to a sea view (they were in room 456) and I've attached a photo of their view. I think that is absolutely disgraceful customer service and put a negative on their stay right from their first morning
