We recently arrived at Secrets Lanzarote and were greeted with the signature “Welcome Home,” a touch that always makes us feel special as returning guests to Secrets resorts. It set the tone for another incredible experience.
Our standard room, 637, overlooks the pool and is simply perfect—exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The room is spacious, well-appointed, and offers all the comforts you’d expect from a top-tier resort. One small suggestion: adding hot chocolate to the drinks machine would be a delightful touch for those cozy evenings.
On our first night, we dined at the buffet. My wife, a vegetarian, was impressed by the variety and quality of the options available, which made her dining experience enjoyable. Meanwhile, as a meat lover, I indulged in the high-protein, seven-course selection—and wow, it was fantastic! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring a diverse array of choices to suit every palate. Whether you’re looking for something light or a hearty start to your day, there’s something for everyone.
Secrets Lanzarote exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and warm hospitality makes this resort a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We have just spent a fantastic week with our grown up children! The facilities are first rate, the staff are lovely and always accommodating. I can’t actually find any constructive criticism.
A really unexpected bonus was that at a very modest rate we were able keep one of our rooms for a few hours after checkout. This was pertinent to us as we had evening flights. We were also able to use all the facilities until we physically left the hotel at 4:30pm.
I would highly recommend this resort!

Excellent hotel keeping you the Secrets Brand. Had one of the best steak meals ever there and amazing Italian. Preferred those to the Fish restaurant. The pools are lovely but the main pool could be warmer. Also they should open another bar in the day time (either the piano bad or sports bar). Otherwise it's the perfect hotel

Excellent hotel, lovely quiet location just let down by a few daft things.
Hotel is situated on the edge of Puerto Calero with a lovely harbour area 5 minutes stroll away and miles of moonscape walks with fantastic sea views in the opposite direction.
The hotel is well appointed with good size rooms, with plenty of options on pools/sunbeds, bars, restaurants. Towels available for sunbeds. Well kitted out gym. The staff very welcoming and attentive.
Restaurants are of a good quality and no limit on how often you can visit each as an all inclusive.
So the bits that let it down; in our week’s stay, the spa area of pool, sauna and Turkish bath was closed due to a water leak the previous week, the paddle court was closed due to a damaged glass panel. The table tennis tables have seen better days.
The grim bit was the tennis court. It was a reasonable surface but poorly installed/maintained with large ripples in the tram line areas. But the grim bit was the rubbish dump right at the back of the court that looked horrible and stuck. It was clearly there to service the RV’s that parked adjacent to the hotel on the cliff tops. It could surely be located just a little further away from the hotel but still be accessible.

We loved our recent stay at Secrets. Came for 5 nights with 2 friends and had the most wonderful relaxing time. We were b&b only and didn't feel we were treated any different to the all inclusive or preferred guests as others have said. We even got upgraded to a bigger room so we'd have more space as there were 3 of us. All the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for you and so so friendly. Cocktails at the pool bar were really good! We ate once in the buffet restaurant at night and it was great and once in the fish place on the beach and the food was amazing. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk to the marina, and we did a nice boat tour one afternoon too. The only thing was sometimes sunbeds were hard to find by the pool. Would definitely come back to Secrets!!!
