Perfect hotel for families with kids. There are a lot of activities for 4-11 years old. It is not a packed resort. Restaurant it is big enough for breakfast and main meals if you go all inclusive. 5 min walking from Flamingo beach, that it is the best path around Play Blanca. The room is very spacious. We were travelling with a baby so his cot could be in the living room. Nice pools, great kids pool. Entertainment is good as well. Gym, spa. Mini supermarket on-site. I would just say that charging Euro 15 for the spa usage seems a bit ridiculous if you are a guest at the hotel.

Just returned from a wonderful week here. The hotel is immaculate. Our room was in the Prestige area which was perfect; sea views, great rooms and balcony. The maids were wonderful-nothing was too much trouble.Food was outstanding:-smoked salmon for breakfast,fillet steaks,salmon,sea bass all cooked to order. Choice and quality were outstanding. Well done to all involved in catering for guests.

Perfectly situated , providing easy access to attractions. Scenic views and proximity to local landmarks. The hotel restaurant offers delicious meals with a diverse menu and the Star Prestige Pool bar the best cocktails! Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Star prestige is a fantastic upgrade. Top-notch pool and the bar staff at the pool is a tremendous resource! Always taking care of your drink and making sure your glass is always full. SPA facilities are nice. The fitness center features modern equipment and is well-maintained . Counting to be back again!

The SP bar was brilliant. The guys that run it are superb. Charaf, Raul and all the other guys there always happy and going out of their way to keep every guest with a drink! A lot of bar staff in the UK could learn from these guys on what brilliant customer service looks like. The SP bar was a highlight of our stay because of the team at this bar. 💯%

We are at the end of a fantastic week here. The room was terrific, we were upgraded to a junior suite and had star prestige access to the adults only area and restaurant. From there we could access the main restaurant and all food, facilities and everything else was great. The best thing about the hotel is the staff - the service was always first class and all of the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. The location of the hotel is great, it is perfectly situated and while it’s tempting never to leave the hotel grounds it is just a short walk from the town and the marina is just a little further. It is a hotel we would look forward to returning to again!
