Went as a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids aged 9, 11 and 16 and got interconnecting sea view rooms. Was perfect size. Comfy beds. Great balcony with seats. Amazing powerful showers, fridge, kettle and all amenities you could want. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel tried to vary it each day. Staff were very warm and friendly. Heated pool and 5 min walk to sandy beach protected from the waves. Free car park and walking distance to town. We ate out for all our dinners and all the restaurants did good food. We hired a car and did all the main tourist attractions which I fully recommend. Only negative is the air conditioning was still on winter settings so didn't keep the room very cool but as the nights were cool, we opened the balcony door for a couple of hours that did the trick. Also think it was really good to provide free water fountains and jugs to fill with cold fresh water near to the rooms so avoid having to buy bottled water and add to plastic waste.

I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Lanzarote with my 6-year-old, and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were modern, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The food was excellent throughout our visit, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes, and the drinks were of high quality as well. My son used the on-site kids’ club a couple of times and seemed to really enjoy it, but we spent most of our time in the kids’ pool, which was clean and slightly heated—perfect for little ones! What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Whether it was Lola at reception, Christian in the kids’ club, or Maria in the kitchen, every member of the team was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their friendliness and dedication made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend this resort for young families looking for a stress-free, fun, and relaxing holiday.

This was the best holiday I have ever been on! The staff were super friendly and supportive, especially as I am gluten intolerant, they are SUPER careful about food and make sure it’s made to the highest standards! There was always something to do, whether it be darts, games or social events! Room service was brilliant as well, the beds made to perfection every single day! Overall it was the best holiday and location!

Rooms are basic, just want you need. Frustrating that coffee pods don't get renewed but TV's available and the accommodation staff are excellent. Hotel staff are always attentive and work hard to ensure an enjoyable staff. The Kids Club was good entertainment however the children's disco was a big win for our 4 year old!!! Great memories made there!! Swimming pools are all perfect for all ages and the pool staff are always alert too. Great hotel, great team combined for a great stay!!

We had a great stay at Iberostar. Without exception, all employees are extremely friendly and courteous. We booked Star Prestige and got one of the best rooms in the hotel, with the best view of the sea and our own jacuzzi. Really fantastic. The daily meals were always freshly prepared and delicious, leaving nothing to be desired. The many bars and opportunities to get drinks throughout the day are also just great. There are 3 areas in the hotel, one exclusively for parents with children, another only for adults and a third a mix of both. Very family friendly, always in a good mood with lots of entertainment programs for the little ones. We have decided and will definitely come more often. The best hotel in Lanzarote, in every way.
