Returned from a lovely 2 week break at this Hotel on Sunday. I was there with my wife and 2 children (15 and 12). The kids were living their best lives and made friends quickly with loads of other kids. There was always plenty of things to do. The location is perfect - across the road from a lovely beach, 5 minutes from Playa Blanca and 5 minutes from the Rubicon Marina. Special thanks to Carlos and his team in the restaurants. We were looked after very well and the food was always of excellent quality. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and there was a turn down service every evening while we were out for dinner. Overall, top quality and we are going to book again.

This is our second time back at Yaiza. We visited in January 2022 and it was a little cold and post Covid so a great deal of the facilities such as the kids clubs were not open BUT we loved our time and we couldn’t wait to return in the summer. Now our two are swimming and a little older (3/5) they could have so much fun in the pools. The kids facilities are first class and it gave us both time to relax and enjoy the sun and “us time”. We were bed and breakfast and ate out all nights mostly in the marina where you will find amazing restaurants. Rooms are a little dated but to be honest it adds to the charm of the whole resort. We will be back for sure in a couple of years!

Just returned from this fabulous Hotel. It has a WOW factor as soon as you went through the doors and it doesn't stop there. A rain forest type of look on the second floor. The room we booked - a suite was a little disappointing - mainly because we anticipated a good sea view but didn't get it. Changed rooms and it was a little better. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. I must say the beds were really comfortable though. Other disappointments were 1) Sunbeds so close together - people put their towels on to reserve - management should police it but didn't. 2) Kids everywhere - our fault really as it was a family hotel (and school holidays) but it was over run with Kids. 3) Pools again filled with kids - even the bottom pool (but not as many) 4) Massive disappointment in buffet restaurant where they allowed people in shorts and flip flops to dinner even though there is a sign to say it is not allowed. 5) Lack of Adult entertainment. Now the good bits 1) Food in the buffet restaurants - just fantastic!! Fresh, great presentation, varied , plentiful and extremely tasteful 2) The decor and layout was really impressive 3) Great location 4) The staff were just brilliant - special mention to Gabriel in Guest Relations and Avra (I think that was her name - began with an A anyway!!!) was so so nice and helpful on reception. 5) So so clean. Would we go here again - yes but not in school holidays!!

On my third visit to this place, I have only positive things to say. The staff is dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring guests feel comfortable. Walter, from the guest experience and Diego, the new director, do an outstanding job. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and look forward to reuniting with them. See you all in December

We have spent vacations at this hotel several times. It never fails to impress. Beautiful clean rooms, amazing pools and the food & service is first class. Highly recommended
