Just returned from this fabulous Hotel. It has a WOW factor as soon as you went through the doors and it doesn't stop there. A rain forest type of look on the second floor. The room we booked - a suite was a little disappointing - mainly because we anticipated a good sea view but didn't get it. Changed rooms and it was a little better. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. I must say the beds were really comfortable though. Other disappointments were 1) Sunbeds so close together - people put their towels on to reserve - management should police it but didn't. 2) Kids everywhere - our fault really as it was a family hotel (and school holidays) but it was over run with Kids. 3) Pools again filled with kids - even the bottom pool (but not as many) 4) Massive disappointment in buffet restaurant where they allowed people in shorts and flip flops to dinner even though there is a sign to say it is not allowed. 5) Lack of Adult entertainment. Now the good bits 1) Food in the buffet restaurants - just fantastic!! Fresh, great presentation, varied , plentiful and extremely tasteful 2) The decor and layout was really impressive 3) Great location 4) The staff were just brilliant - special mention to Gabriel in Guest Relations and Avra (I think that was her name - began with an A anyway!!!) was so so nice and helpful on reception. 5) So so clean. Would we go here again - yes but not in school holidays!!

Amazing, absolutely amazing. This was our second time staying here. It's our must stay hotel in Playa Blanca. Where to start?! From being greeted even before the entrance to whisk our suitcases to our rooms, then served champagne whilst checking in to the personal notes from guest services in our room. A complimentary Spa treatment each (which we actually forgot to use 🤣) our room was decorated by the hotel for my boyfriends Birthday, balloons, banner and a beautiful chocolate cake in the fridge! Even a candle and matches for a little birthday party! The breakfast buffet is 10/10 and caters for everyone! From English breakfasts to pastries... I love churros and being able to have these for breakfast with hot chocolate is fantastic! Our fridge was restocked everyday with two bottles of water. I cannot emphasise how useful it is to have a fridge in your room instead of a minibar, this allows you to bring in drinks bought from the shops, salads, anything to make a picnic for the beach - great for couples and families! Well done Yaiza for this! We love it. I could go on and on, Thankyou to all the staff, from the pool all the way to the reception for making our stay memorable and to celebrate a birthday! We will be back soon!

Such a brilliant hotel made extra special by the lovely staff working there. Great facilities and food and close access to the beach. The only issue we had was it was quite windy so the outdoor pools got too cold, would be nice if children were allowed in the inside pool, even just on cold days? And the bed in the room was 2 singles pushed together so would work their way apart, would be helped even just with a large sheet. Overall though we had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel, a little dated but amazing experience. Centrally located beside the beach and loads to so for kids. Food was fab and staff were so helpful. If you have older kids I would recommend interconnecting rooms rather then the family suites as they are more suited to younger family's.

This is our 3rd trip to Princesa Yaiza Hotel Resort, we loved every minute of it, friendly staff throughout the hotel, plenty of kids entertainment and excellent food. Shout out to Hassan from the pool bar, excellent customer service on his part, Darya from customer relation who ensured that our stay was satisfactory and professionally handled all aspects of our stay and Basco (sorry if i misspelt the name) who is always friendly and helpful in the years i have met him. love it and we will be back soon . Thanks again Team!
