Very good holiday option for young families. Staff are friendly and the kids club and soft play are great. The building itself is a little dated and the pools (particularly the kids pools) would benefit from heating to a higher temperature. The restaurants and bars are good though room service could be improved (you can’t buy a single glass of wine for example, which I wouldn’t expect from a hotel that describes itself as five stars). We loved the location by the beach and marina.

Truly a 5+star hotel. Upgraded room without fuss. Staff are great, food really good and facilities overall are top notch. The central, beach-front location is perfect to navigate the whole area. Highly recommended if you want to indulge.

I can't fault anything, the cleanest hotel I have ever been in and they offer more services then any other hotel they will even wash your clothes and return them at no cost . Room service was great. The restaurant changes each night for a different style buffet but has general things even fussy people can eat. The swimming pools are massive and plenty of chairs no need to get up super early to find one. The staff always say hello and are always smiling they can't do enough for you . You can swap out your towels as many times as you like at the pool hut. I would 100% recommend this hotel .

This place is well run and maintained, great staff, geared up to look after people from all demographics but especially families with small children. Brilliant. We’ll be back for sure. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and well run. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. And we met plenty of other people who were returning guests, I can see why. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, breakfast staff at both venues and the staff by the family pool and in soft play. Well done to you all, bravo.

Gydo Herlaar

Great and luxurious resort on the perfect location on Lanzarote! The rooms are all quite big suites. The hotel is clean, well maintained and has a lot of facilities. The room cleaning is also good, and in the evening, they have an extra bed making service coming by. There were quite some people, but it didn't feel busy. They have 3 big pools, 1 with sea water and some smaller ones for kids. And they have a jacuzzi. If you walk down from the pools, you can walk directly to the beach, which is directly next to the resort. The gym is very big and had everything we needed. We really loved the breakfast. They have 3 rooms with different ambience, but the same food, so you can choose where you want to eat in the morning. They also really have a lot of options. The staff helped us very well and they always were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and we think this is worth the money. Thanks for the great care!
