We just came back from our 6 days trip and what a lovely time did we had!! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the view is breathtaking, it is truly unbelievable. What truly makes it so magical this place is the staff!! From the cleaners, to the receptionist, to the waiters/waitresses, everyone! Really sweet warm people, you guys are the best!! Efcharisto :)

Having just returned - reluctantly - from our holiday we have to say we have had the best time in the most beautiful hotel. There is nothing we can think of to be negative about. The hotel was immaculately clean, food was delicious and our room was excellent. The cleaning lady, Amalia kept us amused every day with her imaginative towel displays , all the staff were helpful and friendly, we just loved the whole experience from start to finish.

I don't write reviews often, but I feel morally obligated to warn other families. This hotel poisoned me, my wife, and our 8-year-old son. Within hours of eating at their beach bar, all three of us were violently vomiting. It happened so fast it felt like a nightmare. We couldn't keep down water, medicine, anything. We were throwing up so severely we ended up in the ER, strapped to IVs for over 14 hours, in a foreign country, with our child. The pain was excruciating, the dehydration was dangerous, and the hotel staff… simply didn’t care. When we returned the next day — exhausted, shaken, and unable to eat more than plain rice — the hotel offered us nothing meaningful. No refund, no responsibility, not even a sincere apology. They blamed our food poisoning to the "weather". Just a cold offer to change rooms and waive the €5 room service fee. It was insulting. We were robbed of our vacation, our health, and our trust. And all the hotel could do was shrug and carry on as if nothing happened. Shameful. It took us a month to fully recover. If you value your well-being and dignity, stay far away from this place. This was supposed to be a luxury family escape. It became one of the worst experiences of our lives.

A huge thank you to Franky and Orest for their kindness, professionalism, and for always making me feel welcome. They went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended – you’ll love it there!

Is this place far? Yes, but if you're looking to spend quality time with your friends and family—doing various activities here and there for at least 4–5 days—it's well worth it. Do I need to fight for food? No. Whether you come early or late, you'll get the same thing: abundant food. Do I need to deal with crazy kids? Not really. There are kids, but they're not too wild. You can avoid them by choosing certain areas or visiting at certain times for a more peaceful experience. This place was fantastic—beautiful location, friendly and professional staff. The food was amazing; everything I ate was delicious. The drinks were also great. Overall, the all-in-one package is definitely worth it. There was wifi on the beach. The bars on the beach and the pool now are closed at 6 pm.
