We just had amazing two days stay at this property. Location, staff, rooms and facilities are all top notch. They have adventure park inside the hotel so kids and even elders remain busy. All in all value for money and amazing weather. Rooms are there in block of 4 and they have golf carts running if you don’t want to walk. I bet you will not take the cart as its so nice to walk around resort. Adventure park requires 7 years of age and 1.3 M of height. They have well trained and cordial staff helping you around the park. It basically has three levels of courses and they are really challenging. Zip line is there which everyone can take and enjoy the day. Pool is really nice and kids friendly. They have very nice seating around pool. Gym is also very nice and well equipped. We couldn’t find table both days at Veranda restaurant for breakfast but hotel has arranged same buffet in one of conference room which saved our time amd hassle of waiting in queues.

Jabal Akhdar consistently offers one of the most comfortable climates in Oman throughout the year, and Dusit D2 Naseem takes full advantage of that. The resort is designed to blend beautifully with its surroundings, offering exceptional outdoor facilities—something still rare to find in Oman. What truly stands out, though, is the magical atmosphere in the evening. Sitting on the balcony in complete silence, surrounded by the soft, thoughtful lighting of the resort, creates a warm and cozy ambiance that's hard to describe. It’s a perfect place to relax, reflect, and simply enjoy the serenity of the mountains.

We had a great experience with the Kids Club thanks to the lovely lady named Fortunate. She was incredibly kind, caring, and creative with the kids. My daughter spent a lot of time there doing arts and crafts, and she absolutely loved it. I really appreciate Fortunate’s patience and the fun activities she organized every day. While the Kids Club space itself could use some renovation—it’s a bit outdated—the quality of care and attention Fortunate provided truly made up for it. I highly recommend the Kids Club, especially if Fortunate is there. She made our stay even more special!

The best getaway in Oman’s heat. The weather was amazing and the property is beautiful. We loved everything during our stay. The adventure park is a must try. Big shoutout to the staff for arranging more vegetarian options for breakfast during our stay. Must Visit

We had an amazing two-day stay! The rooms are spacious, the restaurants are fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, the pool was quite cold, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy swimming. Rajashekar and Basanta were incredibly polite and respectful. They cleaned our room within minutes, leaving it spotless. Truly the best housekeeping team.
