  • Non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, water, tea and coffee served during meals

  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, tea, coffee and mineral water served at the Hibiscus Pool Bar (10am to 12 midnight). Spirits are subject to an additional charge. The bar is open until 1am, with a charge for all drinks after midnight
  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices and beer served at the Upepo Beach Bar (10am to 6pm)

The hotel is beautiful...we enjoyed every minute at the resort. The staff are super friendly and helpful...they are such kind souls. The food was amazing... The rooms were clean and I love the beach villas which are not even 50m from the beach. The beach was beautiful..low tide is not nice but that's nature.... High tide we could swim and it was lovely. Security is really good. All inclusive is amazing and will definitely recommend that. Only suggestion would be..please open your pool earlier and close it later...it's really hot that part of the world...and water was so warm.

The hotel is not new, there is a smell of moisture in the rooms, especially if you turn on the air conditioning. Therefore, we did not use air conditioning and we were very hot at night. The service is excellent throughout the hotel: at the reception, in the restaurant, during massages and housekeeping - everyone is friendly and smiling. Delicious food, quite a large selection of dishes. Another minus is the beach, it is dirty due to the tides. also, it is better not to leave the hotel premises, especially in the evening

We stayed at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach for 7 nights and it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and cleaned twice a day. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food was tasty, though occasionally a bit cold. The beach could use occasional algae cleanup. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Like paradise!! Beautiful garden, big rooms and bathrooms, lovely and helpful stuff. Food is amazing. Fresh juice for breakfast was more than refreshing! Beach is nice and beachboys are not allowed to come to the beach in front of the hotel, that was very good!

I shared feedback already with the manager Ali when I visited in September with my best friend. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were extremely rude. Room smell like feeces… Pictures aren’t accurate & it’s outdated. Turned me off from visiting Zanzibar again but decided to holiday again in the island & got the BEST experience ever (including compared to other destinations). Showed me that my first experience was particular to this hotel. Honestly stay away.
