  • Breakfast (7.30am to 10am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7.30pm to 10pm) at the Palm Restaurant
  • Non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, water, tea and coffee served during meals
  • Light lunch at the beach
  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, tea, coffee and mineral water served at the Hibiscus Pool Bar (10am to 12 midnight). Spirits are subject to an additional charge. The bar is open until 1am, with a charge for all drinks after midnight
  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices and beer served at the Upepo Beach Bar (10am to 6pm)
  • Aqua aerobics, stretching, canoeing (30 minutes per day), beach volleyball, beach football, table tennis, darts, indoor games, evening entertainment programme and disco

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made me feel truly valued as a guest. A big and heartfelt thank you to Jamal, the Recreation Manager, whose leadership and passion clearly reflect in the amazing energy of the entire team. Special appreciation also goes to Suzan, Janet, Lighteness, Zabibu, Kudra, and Kassim from the animation team Harun, Federic and all the staff from Bar, you are all incredible! Your enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication made every day enjoyable and memorable. The entertainment and activities were top-notch, with the fashion show being the absolute highlight — easily the best I’ve ever seen. It was vibrant, well-organized, and full of fun, showing how much effort and creativity the animation team puts into their work. The room was amazing — very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities and entertainment. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, fun, and exceptional service. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and entertaining stay, and I cannot wait to return again. Thank you all for making my stay so special!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable — the perfect place to relax after long days in the sun. A huge thank-you to Jamal, who always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. The painter was really good We also had an amazing experience with the diving team, especially Omary, who made our dives unforgettable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and ensured we always felt safe and excited to explore the underwater world. The entertainment team was another highlight of our stay. Joseph kept the atmosphere lively and fun every single day, and thanks to Herieth and the beach volleyball team, we enjoyed some of the most fun and energetic games right on the beach. Their enthusiasm is contagious! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent service, great activities, and staff who truly make a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!
