  • Breakfast (7.30am to 10am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7.30pm to 10pm) at the Palm Restaurant
  • Non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, water, tea and coffee served during meals
  • Light lunch at the beach
  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, local beer, selected wines, tea, coffee and mineral water served at the Hibiscus Pool Bar (10am to 12 midnight). Spirits are subject to an additional charge. The bar is open until 1am, with a charge for all drinks after midnight
  • Snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices and beer served at the Upepo Beach Bar (10am to 6pm)
  • Aqua aerobics, stretching, canoeing (30 minutes per day), beach volleyball, beach football, table tennis, darts, indoor games, evening entertainment programme and disco

Our experience at this luxury hotel was amazing! The atmosphere, service, and facilities were all top-class. A big thank you to Jamal, the Recreation Manager, for his excellent work in organizing day activities. He’s always friendly, professional, and full of great ideas to keep guests entertained. Every activity was well planned and enjoyable, making our holiday unforgettable. Truly one of the best hotels with an outstanding recreation team!

Very nice hotel with good and professional staff since we arrived we received an amazing service from all departments. Special thank to the animation team Herieth, Kombo, Veronica, Alessia, Elisa, James, Miraji, Janette and the recreational manager Jamal. We played beach volley tournaments, we partecipated to the fashion show and we really enjoy during our honeymoon. Restaurant and food in general are excellent and very various. Rooms are spaciuos, clean and without moskito. We hope to come back again.

The staff and service were truly excellent and made us feel very welcome. However, the rooms were quite disappointing — they don’t match the standards expected from a 5-star property. The beach experience was also rather average.

A huge thank you to Anna, David, and Dr. Irene for their incredible help with my foot injury. I unfortunately cut my foot quite badly on a seashell in the ocean. Anna, the F&B supervisor, was the first to come to my aid and quickly called for additional support. David from the recreation team arrived with a first aid kit and, since my foot was bleeding, he even carried me on his back all the way to the hotel clinic. It was quite a distance, and both he and Anna went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. Their care and kindness were truly touching. I was also very grateful that Diamond Mapenzi has an onsite clinic, which isn’t something every hotel offers. Dr. Irene treated me right away, carefully cleaning and stitching the wound. She was both highly professional and wonderfully compassionate throughout the process. I’m deeply thankful for the exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism I received. It made a difficult situation so much easier and left me with a very positive impression of the team and the hotel. In addition, the hotel has amazing beach view with about 50-100 meters of white sand bank from the shore. The water is waist level. Food was really good. I particularly enjoyed the food made by a Chef from Sri Lanka.
