This hotel in Bangkok is one of the best! I highly recommend it! The breakfast is amazing with a lot of options to choose from - European, American, Indian, Chinese, and Thai food! The location is perfect, the bed is super comfortable and you can't hear any outside noise at night! We will definitely come back!

I stayed here for work and found the hotel to be everything you would expect from a five-star place. The rooms were nice, but what made the experience great was the staff - everyone I met was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was also notable: one of the best selections I have seen in any hotel. Nice neighbourhood as well - not too busy but you can walk to everything you need. During the same trip I stayed in another five-star hotel in Bangkok and it was not nearly as good. Next time I’m here, I will come back to the Chatrium.

I had the time of my life in this magnificent hotel. Everything was beyond magical. Staff, food (specially breakfast wow), views, location, cleanliness….everything was perfect. I promised myself to be back to Bangkok just to stay again in this enjoyable hotel. All My family enjoyed it and still talking about it until today. Staff in particular were very helpful, professional and with a big smile no matter what comes their ways. Big, huge THANK YOU to Mr. Max who went above and beyond to retrieve my phone when I left it in a taxi. He didn’t leave out of his way to make sure it’s back with me before my flight. He is a smart, hard-working, honest staff member who clearly loves his job and does the max he can to make the visitors’ stay as good as it can be. Thanks a lot Max. You made my day and my whole visit to your beautiful country.

This hotel was so good we did not want to leave. The rooms were outstanding - comfortable beds, spacious, and remarkably clean. The service was top notch all around too, from front desk to the restaurant staff. Breakfast here was noteworthy too. The hotel also offers a free boat ride to IconSiam which was perfect for crossing over to the other side. The amenities are good too, the gym is a bit outdated but the pool area was great.

Wonderful stay at the Chatrium Hotel. The service was impeccable with the staff always willing to assist.
We had a standard room and it was still amazing with wonderful views and a spacious room. All basic amenities provided. There is even a shared outdoor pool.
The buffet breakfast encompasses a range of cuisines from standard continental to eggs, bacon etc, Indian, Thai, Japanese and Chinese style foods.
