An amazing find! We traveled to Bangkok for 4 days and stayed in the family suite with the kids in one room and we had another room. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were great with an amazing view and the amenities were awesome. The kids loved the pool and great view of the city from the pool. Another positive was the club amenities since the we got the breakfast in the morning and the afternoon happy hour and snacks after a long day of tours.
Definitely would recommend this hotel for your stay.

It was phenomenal. First things first the rooms were amazing, they are spacious and the beds were comfortable. You were able to see both city and the river side if you booked a room just close enough to both and the view was amazing. Can’t forget the amazing hospitality and professionalism they showed when you show up to the hotel and during breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to visit Bangkok I would definitely stay there once again.

We stayed only one night as they were not very helpful in adding us another night on a good price. The rooms are very big. A bit overkill. The view is nice. But not easy to keep the room dark in the morning.
Its a big hotel with a very good breakfast choice. The boat shuttle with connection to the hop on/hop off we did not use. A shuttle every hour and then waiting again ... we took a cab to the grand palace for 100 baht using the meter. AC and dropped off in front of the entry. The boat option is too limited. During holidays we don't want to be bind to schedules. The staff is good, friendly and helpful. Although we did not test other hotels we were quite pleased with this one !

Truly a 5 star hotel experience. Beautifully designed rooms that are spacious and clean. The hotel was family-friendly. Location alongside the river was an experience in itself. Staff were very kind and created a warm atmosphere. Would recommend this hotel to others and will be a return customer.

What a lovely hotel, we decided to upgrade when we got there, how often do you get to stay on the Bangkok riverside, seemed a waste not to have a river view room. It was only like $30 NZ to upgrade per night. We were so pleased we did. The room was huge, it was a great room, but the views across the river just made it! They were fantastic, we could watch for hours all the activities going on along the river. I just wish we had a deck we could sit out on to watch. all the party boats, cargo etc. At night it was a beautiful sight with all the lights. One of our goals was to go to breakfast, apparently amazing, but we never made it. We did have dinner outside by the river edge and really enjoyed the food, service and views, even the screeching Karaoke across the other side of the river, was a bit of a laugh. We walked to the train and boats and malls; it was a great location if you are up for a bit of a walk in the sun. But sometimes we took the boat service they ran every 30 minutes to the Sathorn pier and from there you could catch other ferries or the train so it was easy to get around, plus they went direct to icon Siam mall 4 times a day, so very easy to get around. The pool was a nice area, the staff there were great, you got a fab view of the river at one end. Plenty of loungers available and pool was a nice temperature to cool down. It was not crowded. They also had a nice cafe in the foyer, where you could get coffee, breakfast, and cakes, pastries.
711 30 seconds away, I would definitely come back. We visited in March 24
