During my official trip I stayed here for 3/4 days perfect stay for high standards. The morning buffet is mind-blowing with unlimited options. The hotel has an underpass that connects to the Mall which is convenient to explore indoor as well as outdoor restaurants. Overall it's a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here in Centara Grand. We chose to stay here for our Bangkok travel since the reviews were good and it is within our budget. We booked two rooms and they were clean. We also had our breakfast buffet and they were good too. We also enjoyed swimming in their pool. We also liked drinking our welcome drink in their bar. Everything went smoothly. And I think this could be one of the best hotel I have been to. Thank you, Centara for making our stay special.

Pros: Overall is a good hotel. Lovely welcome amenity for my anniversary trip. Bed is comfy, bathroom need a new grouting. Breakfast has variety of choices. Staff at restaurant and porter is friendly and helpful. Cons: arriving at midnight not so much around but during the day is so convenient as the mall is next door. The night receptionist need to improve her service, I didn't feel welcome at all, literally just like robot, not Centara standard in somewhere else. The drinks at Skybar is way overpriced, too many mosquitoes and old decorations. You're expecting a legit drink for THB 500+service charge.

Beautiful hotel!!! Breakfast buffet was amazing and there are variety of restaurants inside the hotel. Excellent service too! I had an amazing massage from Sun! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!! I get massages once a month back in US- but Sun completely gave me the best massage I have had in a long Time. Thank you so much Sun!! Excellent way to relax after long flight.

The food at Dynasty restaurant is very tasty, and the service is warm and welcoming. I’ve been here twice already and still enjoy everything. The private rooms for lunch and dinner are also great. Special thanks to the staff members—Tom (ต้อม), Nan (แนน), Ploy (พลอย), and P (พี)—for their friendly and attentive service.
