This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Bangkok! I stayed for 8 nights while recovering from surgery. From start to finish, the service was absolutely impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained and the staffs were all very kind, attentive, and thoughtful, making a difficult time so much easier for me. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and support. I will definitely be back! 💖💖💖

A good hotel with a location that suited me for business meetings. I normally stay on the river however, on this occasion I needed to be close to this area for work. Well I chose this hotel for that reason and was surprised how good the hotel is. All the staff are great, service is excellent as well as the food standards. I didn’t have time to use all the facilities but will look to stay here again if in Bangkok on business. Within a 5 min walk to the skytrain, you are well connected with the rest of Bangkok

We stayed at this hotel for the first trip to Thailand and had no expectations, but a standard was definitely set by Sun’s hands through the amazing Balinese massage I received. The spa is top tier, and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful as sadly I’m an American tourist that doesn’t speak Thai yet they were very warm and welcoming and provided an extraordinary experience. 10/10 would come back just for the spa alone.

The hotel is not located near the city center, but it’s excellent overall. We stayed on the 13th floor in a spacious room with a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, lots of amenities - though the rooms are outdated and need renovation desperately. Close to mall and transportation (BTS Sky train) which is very convenient. The sky bar was absolutely lovely with nice views. Thank you to the wonderful servers Keng and Ta, great service, very nice and welcoming :) Sky bar had good food, nice seats, environment, and good availability. They also arrange for special occasions (Birthdays, Anniversary and so so as seen in pictures provided) Definitely the sky bar even if you're not staying.
