I am just checking out after three nights here. Great staff, amazing room, and (for me personally) great location. Breakfast buffet is a must! Loved that I had a bathtub and separate shower, as well as living room. It was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch or at the table instead of sitting on the bed. Bed was very comfortable and they even have a pillow menu - which I thought was nice. Great experience, great hotel, and the staff is amazing!

Loved this hotel. The staff was knowledgable and very accommodating. Everyone was warm and welcoming, the hotel room itself was clean and roomy. There is a bit of a musty smell in the hallways and in the rooms, but they do their best to get rid of it with some incense plug ins in the hallway. The staff is really what makes this hotel. Absolute excellent staff. They kept calling me sir, but that's understandable considering I'm pretty androgynous/masc looking, never had the heart to tell them I'm a Ms. Always felt safe at this hotel and the surrounding area even looking as lesbian and tatted as I am. Room service food is a little flavor lacking at times, but that's expected for a hotel that caters towards more western customers. Stayed here for my entire 6 night stay and loved that it's right next to the BTS station; walkable distance to Terminal 21 too. I went there a couple times for the food court and loved it. There is also a fair with street food and some trinket/clothing stalls as well. It's called SW1 and is open 16:00-00:00, I loved going there and grabbing something to eat or a drink, very vibrant at night ... even when sprinkling. Highly recommend if you're looking for something price friendly, clean and accommodating. They also have a great daily breakfast buffet that I took advantage of every morning.

When we arrived we were disappointed with the plainness of the room, it felt a bit tired. However the bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure, the room was quiet at night. The location was also amazing with just a short walk to trains and Terminal 21. The hotel also provides an HDMI cable for the TV which connects to an iPhone. Breakfast buffet was good, we ate early and avoided the rush. The pool was across the road do we didn’t use but it looked ok. Laundry was so expensive we dropped it off down the road and it cost a third less. Overall I would recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very unpleasant. The first issue was the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager. Not only was the attitude inappropriate, but when I faced issues, there was absolutely no cooperation. Moreover, I suffered food poisoning after consuming a meal at the hotel. When I decided to leave, I requested a refund for both the accommodation and the meal. However, the hotel manager refused to refund the costs, citing the hotel’s policy of no refunds. Overall, this experience was completely disappointing and frustrating. I would recommend that others thoroughly read reviews and consider others’ experiences before booking 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Decent room. Hot water and water pressure. My room only had the shower in the bathtub. Bed was okay for a couple of nights. AC worked well. Didn't use house keeping. Didn't visit the pool area. A bit noisy area and you can here noise in the middle of the night, when your neighbor is having a late night drink etc. Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. You need to pay a deposit of 1000 baht, you can pay by cash or credit card only.
