Maddin
The romance and service of the hotel are in their own league. Incredible for very romantic relaxation. Not necessarily the right place if you want plenty of action and entertainment. Initially we felt like we're alone here only to learn that it is fully booked. Given that there are only 55 rooms but 4 restaurants with a 100+ seats each it occurred to us that it's intended to feel like you have your own private resorts with amazing service and privacy. Once you get used to that and accept that contrary to popular belief the food is stunning even though it's sold in low volumes everything was fresh and across the board they're cooking is excellent. Interesting choices of spices and approaches to known dishes with an interesting twist. The staff here is very motivated and always provides the feeling that they deeply care for your needs and aren't bothered by requests but rather happy about being able to help.

Overall our stay was marvelous! We enjoyed the calmness at night as we needed a quiet place to wind down.
We didn’t suffer from insects or lizards within the room though they were plenty outside because of the nature.
To avoid that you must keep your doors locked at all times and plug insects repellents.
As for the hygiene, overall it was fair enough, sheets/towels are clean, housekeeping are keen to attend to all needs.
Though the swimming pool could benefit from more frequent cleaning and so are the corridors of the hotel.
Yet the hearing system is excellent for the pool.
Staff were great! I believe they made our stay wonderful, they are welcoming every single day, polite and helpful. Even when challenged, they humbly refer to their manager.
“Nick” in the restaurant during breakfast time is an excellent example of good customer service, he is quick, smart and friendly.
Food options are limited and not so fine, for breakfast it is good enough but the same menu every day and for the dinner buffer it did not seem fresh. So do prepare yourself to eat outside.
The spa services were nice but the meditation session could be improved.
Overall, it is not as bad as some reviews suggest it to be.

Loved the hotel. Went for dinner only but it was such a wholesome experience with an amazing environment. The staff were friendly. Only thing for me (not hotel related) was the way there.. the road at night is kind of spooky.. but once you get to the hotel it is very welcoming..

Still thinking about our stay at Le Jadis last week-end. It was actually our second stay and to all couples and families let me tell you why I recommend you this hotel:
1. Some rooms offer private pools; romantic for couple and so practical for parents for so many reasons.
2. Hotel pool with integrated bar which again is so practical for parents 😏
3. Cherry on top for us is the pool with the sand, our little girl just loved it and we got some rest while she was playing in the sand safely in front of us.
Also, we really appreciate the kindness of the staffs regarding our baby and for providing appropriate meals to her at her usual time. Thank you team!

What a Fantastic boutique resort!
The rooms were designed to make you feel like celebrity
Every detail! From the infinity plunge pool to the deck to the stone tub bath and steam showers! Everything was state of the art beautiful BUT what stuck out most was the service!
Nick Barak Obama Jr was the highlight of our breakfast every morning!
He remembered what we like and brought it out as soon as we came!
They even took special requests for and catered to it!
Anand at front desk was super warm too!
Overall we had a phenomenal experience!
