Stayed for 2 lovely nights. Every little detail about the resort is beyond excellent. Loved their breakfast food and ambiance. Loved their villas/rooms They serve you in the best way possible. And they welcome you, and then leave you the last day with nice gestures in your room. Greenery is the best you'd imagine. One little thing I have to mention, the season isn't the best now if you wanted the sea waves to reach the resort beach (High tide). I heard it's best between Nov and Jan. But if you're not that big fan of swimming in the sea then it won't make a difference with you.

On the expensive side but genuinely the best hotel and resort we have ever stayed at. We had an unforgettable experience at Anantara, and everything was perfect. The service was great, especially the staff who were always so kind and caring. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back one day. If I had to make a couple of suggestions: provide half board or full board options and also dining options were limited. Other than that, I can't fault anything else. Thank you for an unforgettable time which we will remember forever.

Excellent service, true luxury. Beautiful nature around, even with recent expansion in number of private residences. Super friendly and helpful staff If you expect to have a big sand beach with waves- you’ll need to travel 500meters to the other beach, since lagoon at the resort is beautiful, but very shallow

april 6 - april 11th 2024 mosquitoes at any time of the day, be prepared. we had a beachfront villa (#10) so we were near the restaurants and main pool (walking distance) if ur pool people then it wont bother you that the beach is kinda crappy. its muddy and cant do any snorkelling it is a luxurious resort, but not having a proper beach makes me want to rate down the place. i think if it weren't for the low tide we would have enjoyed it. maybe its the season but phuket is known for some jaw dropping beaches (we have gone out in search for beaches) staff is great, food is good, service is amazing low tide which is from around 1 pm to 6 or 7pm sometimes in the morning theres also low tide so if ur not in a villa with ur private pool you've got to make ur way to the main pool to cool off. breakfast is amazing with their variety of food. toni the parrot likes to hang out at breakfast so take the table by the fruit stand and he could say hi and ask for fruit. kids club is not nearby also not nearby is the activity club for the older ones (kickboxing, rock climbing, game room, archery) its about a 7 mins drive from the main pool (as its on the residential side) so when ur done u have to wait about 10 mins before a buggy comes to get u. couldn't do the zip lining because of the construction (building more residential )

shame on your hotel. not only is everything old in the rooms, but the staff level is at the very bottom. first, they threw away my grapes, which I specially bought at the market outside the hotel, and then they lied that there were supposedly flies there, which were not there! so then my child's customized T-shirt disappeared from the closed territory of the villa, and their only answer is "we can't find it, sorry." Is this a level?? IT'S A DISGRACE! YOU LOST IT AND THE ONLY ANSWER “WE CANNOT FIND IT”. poor service, poor beach without actually sea, oldest rooms. think more than hundred times before staying here. sh!tty place.
