We have been staying here for the past three days, this hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and always trying to ensure that we are happy. The breakfast as well with lots of options available. A special mention to Ilyas (Sorry might have misspelled his name) he is the guy that welcomes when your about to enter the hotel. He always makes you feel welcomed, always smiling, always courteous, great with the kids and has a fantastic and genuine persona about him. Thank you for your hospitality. Will be back again for sure.

The hotel has beautiful aesthetic and very clean. Everywhere had very pleasant smell. I loved the pools. Foods are also lovely. At the breakfast has so wide range to choose from. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The buggy service is very helpful to get to your room easily. The team is very professional and helpful. We had a great time during our stay at this hotel. I would recommend to everyone we will definitely come back next time.

Brilliant service here, with Jag at the front desk especially excellent. The whole team are so considerate and proactive. I ate at two restaurants are received excellent service in both, with the staff are Tambo especially enthusiastic and happy to talk you through the menu. The rooms are large and well equipped, the food is delicious and it is well located, with the town close by but the hotel is still in a quiet location.

Avista is a gem of a property nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Patong but not very far from it either! The rooms are very comfortable. Property is beautiful. Although it can be challenging to navigate through this vast property initially, but once you get a hang of it. It won’t be a problem. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a very elaborate spread. The staff was very courteous and hospitable and prompt with their service. Absolutely recommend the pizza from the in room dining menu. Too good. The staff from all sections, front office, f&b service, housekeeping, pool bar staff, bell boys, in room dining were very professional and warm. We would like to give our special thanks to Mr Jagdish from front office and Ms Annie from the tours section. They were very very helpful during our stay. And would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to them. Yazz from the bell desk is a very warm and welcoming person who is always there to welcome with a warm smile. Even when driving the golf cart, he was always smiling and helpful. We will definitely return again.

I stayed at your hotel for the 6-night vacation, and I was very impressed with the level of hospitality as similar as past visit 2015. All staff was incredibly Friendly and helpful. The room was a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the restaurants served delicious, fresh meals. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and memorable experience. Hope we can see you and your team again soon. The resort is good for couples and family. I joint nature hiking trial with hotel guests over the world 🌎 and hotel guide Khun Nu and Oop took care us a lot and taught us the species of trees and fruits with function. Thank you very much for taking individual and group photos for us. What an unforgettable memory to have nature trial from hotel to freedom beach.
