This resort is incredible, the sky bar, the food, most importantly the service. So friendly and welcoming. Mr Tony the duty manager & Proy at reception went the extra mile, from flowers to champagne 🍾 for my partner. We loved our romantic room, excellent view & the room was made fresh every day. The pools were incredible and breakfast had more than enough options.

I love this place! The room had an amazing view, and the breakfast was super tasty. They also have halal food for Muslims. The restaurant view was absolutely amazing, and the reception staff were friendly. My only criticism is that the room lighting is quite low and sometimes there's a sewage smell in the bathroom at certain hours. Overall, I would recommend it.

We were expecting more after reading all of the reviews. The views of the resort are spectacular. To navigate this resort you really need to be in pretty decent shape as the resort is set on a hill and has many many stairs. The staff wasn't the most friendly, but luckily we didn't need them much aside from check in and luggage assistance. The food was edible. nothing really stand out about the breakfast buffet or room service. I think if you are wanting a safe place for your things and a bed, then this will due fine. I would like to hope there are more luxurious places to stay in Phuket.

Very beautiful 5 star hotel clean rooms well equipped which are cleaned on a daily basis including bedding. There's 2 restaurants very high class food and service with the main one on the roof of the hotel with outstanding views of the beaches sea and surrounding area. There are 2 pools one virtual main pool which is situated vertical to the second floor with a bar to order drinks in the pool itself. There's a gym at the rear of the hotel well equipped with free weights running machine and boxing bag. The staff where very friendly and are always there to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel my only gripe was it's on a hill and it's a ten minute walk to patong beach or 3 minutes in a taxi which are available outside the hotel.

I have to update my review because of the positive experience with Abner. He was always very polite and helpful, resolving all issues immediately to our best satisfaction. A master in his field, Kalima can be glad to have a man like Abner here. By far the best man, and I wish him and the hotel all the best. For this positive experience, I give 5 stars. Thank you! The rooms definitely deserve five stars. They were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - centrally located yet quiet with a magnificent view. It was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some staff members were not very accommodating and did not seem interested in helping us with questions or concerns. This clouded our experience somewhat. However, there were, of course, also very good people!! There were some difficulties at the beginning, but the staff responded quickly and resolved the issues immediately. After that, everything went smoothly. The spa and massage were definitely highlights of our stay. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was professional and friendly. We really enjoyed relaxing there. Overall, our stay was mixed. While the rooms and the location of the hotel were great, the service was disappointing.
