Express check-in and check-out. We had the opportunity to choose the type of pillows and air freshener smell upon check-in. Very relaxing and luxurious. Used the shuttle every time we wanted to go in/out from the room as the villa is 3-4 levels uphill, quick pickup within 5min. We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. 1 room was with a living room and free mini bar and another room was separate. There is a roof deck upstairs. The view is amazing for sunset facing Pa tong beach. No noise from neighbors as we were in Villa zone. As in all tropical villas, lizards and butterflies are expected, don't worry they will not follow you or hurt you. The hotel offered us a free in-room breakfast with a floating basket which was amazing, special thanks to Mr Gulf. Overall, relaxing place to enjoy the infinity pool with awesome view with family or friends. Spa is very good as well, must try. Definitely will comeback as kids loved it.

We stayed for 6 nights. Pros: -The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. -The rooftop area is a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. Cons: -The location is quite far from the city center and Patong area, making transportation a bit inconvenient. -The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was a persistent bad smell, and we encountered ants in several areas, even after switching rooms and cleaning. -The breakfast was just okay, but the dining area was often overcrowded, which made it less enjoyable.

Kalima Resort was an excellent experience! Upon arrival you are immediately helped with your bags and given refreshments while you proceed with getting your room key. You are given the option to choose your type of pillow as well as an aromatic smell which they use in the room. You are welcomed with many smiles and happy faces. My wife and I stayed at this resort for roughly 2 weeks. We were in the private villa on level 9 for 12 days and a single bed room on level 5 for the last two days. The rooms were always kept at a high standard of cleanliness and our cleaning lady was very nice and accommodating. Whenever we needed anything we were able to use the room phone to get anything we wanted and they always answered with a happy tone and ready to help. The service of Kalima resort is fantastic, they have great management supervising guest satisfaction and the staff are well trained and very kind and accomodating. I personally found that Lek went above and beyond for us during our stay and made the whole experience great, he definitely deserves praise from management as he did a lot for us when and had a smile on his face every single time. The front desk girls were on point and always ready to help with guest needs. The location of Kalima is around 15 minutes from Patong beach, there is a regular free shuttle service that the hotel provides that takes you to and from Patong beach at the designated times which gives you options. Although it is not within walking distance the quality of the resort is worth the 15 min drive. It also allows the guests to have some peace and quiet while you might not be able to get that if you stayed in the centre of Patong. Overall, Kalima resort preformed well. Very happy.

I stayed here for 12 days, the place is really nice, beautiful views and service is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very diverse and in a pleasant atmosphere. The pool bar is very nice too, when it is not too crowded.

Beautiful resort and I highly recommend a sea view! The staff were very kind and their smiles are contagious. They have activities like mini golf, amazing pool, pool table, etc. Rooms are cozy and the restaurants at the resort are pretty tasty. We ate there for a lot of meals because we didn’t have the energy to find a place for dinner after excursions lol. It’s just far enough from all major attractions (about 30 minutes by grab), but the resort does offer a free shuttle service to Patong. Overall I highly recommend!
