First of all, the service is excellent, although they did not let me in early, even though I asked them to enter before 3 o'clock because I arrived at their place at 12 noon. The place is very big and on a mountain, and transportation to the hotel is by private car. The rooms have old furniture. I stayed in a villa with a pool. The room is big and spacious. The air conditioning is old. The pool does not have enough lighting, some of the lamps are broken. There is no door that closes the bathroom from the pool, which makes insects enter the bathroom constantly. Insects are their friends in the room. The complete service in the room is excellent, with all things available. The massage service is crowded. I did not like the pool. The view is very, very beautiful. There is a part of the room above that has a dilapidated dining table that is not cleaned well, so I did not sit in it at all. And also June she is very kind

We were so lucky to meet Mr. Jib Joe during our stay! He was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with our bags with such kindness and a warm smile. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you Mr. Jib Joe! In general, the hotel was very nice — great service, tasty food, and super comfortable. We really had fun and felt like home throughout our stay. There were some bugs and little geckos here and there in the outside area, but that’s totally natural given the beautiful, tropical setting of Thailand. It was all part of the experience. Thank you kalima! Worth it

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The room with the sea view was absolutely stunning – I loved every inch of it. Waking up to the breathtaking view was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, stylish, and so comfortable. Everything about this place made our honeymoon special. Special thanks also to sir Tony, Abner for the very warm hospitality, we really feel cared and welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Absolutely amazing stay at Kalima Spa Resort Phuket – Highly recommended! Our experience at Kalima Spa Resort Phuket was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped down to the smallest detail – you can tell a lot of thought was put into making every guest feel comfortable and pampered. The service is simply outstanding – from the hotel manager Lip, who leads by example, to every staff member including Toni, Lek, Joe, Sordy, and the wonderful Pang who gave us a tour around the resort and introduced us to the endless activities the hotel has to offer. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The views? Absolutely breathtaking – no matter where you are in the resort, you're surrounded by stunning scenery. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the facilities are top-notch. The food was excellent – a wide variety of tasty, fresh options that kept us excited for every meal. The resort is located in a quieter area, which gives you the best of both worlds – peace and relaxation, yet only a short ride from the buzzing center. There are shuttle buses to town every two hours, but we highly recommend using the Bolt app to get around anywhere in Thailand – it's easy and affordable. Kalima also offers great attraction packages for families, and there’s no doubt – we’ll be coming back! 10/10 – an unforgettable experience.

I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience! The property is stunning, with a beautiful pool that includes a bar—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and was halal, which was a big plus. The staff were amazing, special thanks to Joe, who was super helpful during the checkout process and made everything seamless. While the resort is a bit far from Patong, they offer a free shuttle bus service that runs back and forth, which made getting around very convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!
