⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Thank You Jane! We had an amazing experience at Pullman Panwa Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exclusive and relaxing. We were so grateful to receive a villa upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The villa was spacious, clean, private, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. A special thank you to Jane for her outstanding service. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. She made us feel truly welcomed and valued. Her hospitality really elevated our entire experience. The beachfront atmosphere is beautiful and serene, the breakfast selection was great, and the overall service from the team was top-notch. If you’re looking for a relaxing luxury stay in Phuket, this is definitely the place. We will absolutely come back again!

Went to the Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The Pullman made the experience very enjoyable - the staff were very friendly and assisted with return transfers to and from Phuket airport. The staff were also very kind in assisting me move the dates of our stay by 1 day due to a flight cancellation. Breakfast at Aqua was always fantastic and Aun, Noona, Kate and Yah and Nanny were very friendly and provided excellent service! They were always very nice! As a Platinum Accor member the team at Aqua always offered sparkling wine or sparkling water and offered special breakfast dishes. The Thai Kitchen night at Aqua was amazing - the chef cooked up a pad Thai which was delicious. The resort has everything you could want and has its own private beach which is really nice. Super highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort! We booked a Private Pool Beachfront Villa for 5 nights, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious with a breathtaking view, and having our own private pool made it even more special. Everything was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed room dining several times, and the food was excellent especially the mango sticky rice, which is honestly the best in the world! We also visited Talay Spa twice. One of the treatments included the coffee scrub and massage, and it was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend it! Housekeeping service was outstanding, and the staff throughout the resort were warm and friendly. A special thank you to Takky from reception and Tommy from the front desk for their kindness and professionalism they truly made our stay even more memorable. We used the resort’s airport transportation service to and from Phuket Airport, and it was very organized and smooth, which made our trip stress-free from the beginning to the end, thanks for Rungsawat. There is also an activity reservation desk at the resort. We booked a trip to Phi Phi Island and another city tour, both were well organized, on time, and very convenient. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!

Great experience during a 5-night stay, the week before Christmas. Hotel was overbooked due to big groups of guests, so we were upgraded from a standard room to a villa with private pool! A traveller's dream come true — villa did not have a view, because it was secluded and private, but very spacious villa, very comfortable. Service was good in the hotel although it was peak season and the hotel seemed very full. All requests were attended to promptly, including calls to housekeeping department for ice bucket, extra blanket etc. Many staff available at breakfast, everyone very efficient. The fire show was awesome, don't miss it on Saturday night. Staff are well-trained to follow the sustainability policies — towels were not changed when we left them hanging up on the hooks. Great work! Compliments and many thanks to 3 outstanding staff in particular: 1) Mos: very efficient when we checked in. Helped me sign up to be a member of Accor in a very quick process, to get benefits. Also very helpful on other occasions when we visited the front desk with questions or requests. 2) Jane: fantastic at the front counter. Always ready to help, superb personality and great customer service, wonderful at giving tips — for example, upon arrival, book the van to go to town for the Sunday market, as there are limited seats in the van! 3) Micky: Great at guest relations, friendly and hard-working — I could see him going around to the guests at their tables during breakfast asking if they needed anything, and how to make their stay more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay with stunning sea view We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our Junior Suite with sea view was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The pool area was lovely, although there were a bit too few sun loungers at times. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.
