Pros: The app was great for requesting extras for the room such as additional free water. Staff were all so friendly. The beach was lovely and there were free activities to do. Breakfast was good there were so many options it was almost too much to choose from! Location was good, quiet but plenty of choice of cheap and tasty restaurants outside the hotel, would highly recommend Sawasdee as the best! Pool table in reception was nice with a great view. Cons: Our balcony view wasn't great, we had opted for a sea view but were upgraded to a junior suite. This meant we had lots of room but were on the first floor directly in front of the back pool so people were always walking past and we weren't directly in front of the sea. Only ate here once when we were too tired to go out after arriving as although the food was tasty there is just as good if not better outside for a fraction of the price. The room was a little tired and didn't feel 5* but was perfectly adequate for our needs. Gym was okay but a bit basic and although was air conditioned was still very hot in there.

I could not ask for a better holiday. The staff and the resort activities never stopped looking after us. The Chef and the whole team day after day had this wonderful smorgasbord of all different sorts of food, from fresh fish to curries a different theme every night. Totally satisfied. would highly recommend. Totally took you away from the day-to-day grind. We had 8 nights and that was perfect. Great for a relaxing holiday.

Not sure how this hotel has a 5-star rating...it is far from it! Pros - good view from the room, halal friendly items on all the restaurant menus. Cons - poor check in experience (Ted needs better training), extremely restrictive all-inclusive (more like full board), old rooms, far from all the tour piers, town etc.

We’ve been here for the second time and we still live the place. We have booked a Pool Villa Garden View which is fantastic. You can enjoy the pool anytime, which is a big plus. The only thing to improve for the room would be the air conditioning, which was a bit noisy, for both stays. The resort itself is kid friendly but very quiet at the same time, with private beach. It is a bit far from the airport (between 1h30 to 2h), but that’s the price to pay for a very quiet location. It is not that far from the town though, so you can easily visit the island. There are 2 big pools, one on the sea side, and another one, quieter, on the land side together with the children’s pool. We also went to the kid’s club with our 4 years old son, and he was very happy about it. The service is great as well, all the staff was lovely. We tried the Tamarind restaurant, which is very good. We went for the thai buffet. It was good, even if the choice was not that extensive. The buffet for the breakfast is very good, and offers a lot of choice for all budgets.

We had a lovely time in Pullman Panwa Beach. It is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. The hotel is soo good that you don’t want to leave. Everything is excellent, amazing pool with breathtaking view, delicious food, incredible beach. People who are working in the hotel are the nicest, kindest people I have ever met. They made my holidays 10 times better, they are always smiling and making you feel special. A very special thanks to Eve, she was always serving us a delicious, fresh fruits and being the most wonderful person, I will remember how kind she was for a very long time. Also a very special thanks to Nicky from lifestyle team, he had such an amazing energy during aqua gym in the pool, perfect person for this job! I highly recommend this hotel. Just incredible. I would definitely come back in the future!
