Great experience during a 5-night stay, the week before Christmas. Hotel was overbooked due to big groups of guests, so we were upgraded from a standard room to a villa with private pool! A traveller's dream come true — villa did not have a view, because it was secluded and private, but very spacious villa, very comfortable. Service was good in the hotel although it was peak season and the hotel seemed very full. All requests were attended to promptly, including calls to housekeeping department for ice bucket, extra blanket etc. Many staff available at breakfast, everyone very efficient. The fire show was awesome, don't miss it on Saturday night. Staff are well-trained to follow the sustainability policies — towels were not changed when we left them hanging up on the hooks. Great work! Compliments and many thanks to 3 outstanding staff in particular: 1) Mos: very efficient when we checked in. Helped me sign up to be a member of Accor in a very quick process, to get benefits. Also very helpful on other occasions when we visited the front desk with questions or requests. 2) Jane: fantastic at the front counter. Always ready to help, superb personality and great customer service, wonderful at giving tips — for example, upon arrival, book the van to go to town for the Sunday market, as there are limited seats in the van! 3) Micky: Great at guest relations, friendly and hard-working — I could see him going around to the guests at their tables during breakfast asking if they needed anything, and how to make their stay more enjoyable.

My family spent an absolutely unforgettable week at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, and we feel compelled to leave this well-deserved 5-star review for an outstanding experience! 🌴🏖️ The resort is beautifully located on a quiet, private beach, perfect for complete relaxation and far from the busy tourist areas—truly a hidden paradise in Phuket. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a stunning terrace with a sea view—ideal for enjoying morning coffee and breathtaking sunsets. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes, while the pool areas and spa were impeccably maintained and very relaxing. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service. I would especially like to mention Julian, Anton, and Cyndi—three incredibly dedicated and professional people who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Julian welcomed us warmly and handled the check-in perfectly, Anton was always attentive and offered great recommendations for activities and dining, and Cyndi impressed us with her kindness, professionalism, and constant care throughout our stay. Thanks to them, we genuinely felt like valued and special guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful stay with authentic Thai hospitality. We will definitely return! 🌟✈️

in this hotel , it is very nice . It has a lot of variety for their breakfast buffet including sushi and donuts . You could also get an in room dining experience with 70+ menu foods. It has a nice view of the beach , has nice restaurants nearby and also has one in the hotel. The room is very spacious and has a shower and bathtubat the same time . Also a toilet and amenities. Has a wardrobe with 2 robes . The service is very good . Your in room dining food always comes in 30 min or less (depending on how much you order ) . The people are very kind :] CREDITS TO MICKY AND CINDY. (Also I left my poor watermelon floatie. R.I.P watermelon floatie 2026-2026)

I've absolutely loved my experience here! Everything, from the clean rooms to the friendly service, it has been nothing but exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and so welcoming. I've personally had the pleasure of having Fah, Fon, Darren and Dan as the main people who have made my stay top tier, being so kind and efficient in helping anyway they can. In saying that, literally everyone I've come across have been so lovely. The food is divine and I'm in awe of the talent, especially with presentation and how the menu not only incorporates Thai food, but 5 other cuisines too into the buffet menu which has been a highlight to try. Not to mention the views are truly picture perfect as well as the activities available are always keeping you busy if you're wanting something to do. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely consider returning.

The Aqua restaurant is an easy 10/10 for me. To the family friendly service to the food itself is incredible. The staff, especially Dan who I have had the pleasure of seeing everyday makes the experience more memorable. Having a laugh every morning starts the day off right. The food has also been amazing. By having different cuisines everyday the chefs do a tremendous job. Everything is so delicious. Would defiantly recommend to anyone.
