If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfas, lunch and dinner, all buffet style (6am to 10pm), served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer and spirits. (except during meal times).

The Aqua restaurant is an easy 10/10 for me. To the family friendly service to the food itself is incredible. The staff, especially Dan who I have had the pleasure of seeing everyday makes the experience more memorable. Having a laugh every morning starts the day off right. The food has also been amazing. By having different cuisines everyday the chefs do a tremendous job. Everything is so delicious. Would defiantly recommend to anyone.

My family and I (6 adults) are currently loving our stay at the Pullman! The resort is spectacular and from the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Dan, Yah at the Aqua Restaurant has looked after us every day so far and is outstanding! So friendly and helpful, he always has a smile and has helped make our experience even better! The food is always extremely fresh and so delicious. The fact that they cater for so many diverse dietary requirements is wonderful. Cannot fault anything so far! Such a beautiful place, relaxing and the entertainment is so much fun! Highly recommend!!!

My family of five (2 adults and 3 children under 12) stayed at Pullman Panwa Phuket for two nights, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful lobby with a lovely view—first impressions were definitely strong. The staff were warm, friendly and genuinely happy to assist. The service throughout our stay was excellent, especially from Tong and his team – Yang, Tom and Farn. Tong clearly runs a tight ship at the front, and his staff were consistently ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really elevated the experience. Breakfast was a buffet and generally very good. The only suggestions I’d make would be for the resort to revisit the oatmeal recipe and toppings, and possibly upgrade the coffee machines and beans. Aside from that, it was a pleasant start to the morning. Where the resort could improve is mostly in the room aesthetics and the kids’ double bunk beds. A fresh repaint to more modern colours and refinished room doors would make a big difference in bringing the resort up to date. The kids’ mattresses were also quite uncomfortable—you could feel the slats through them, which definitely needs attention. On the positive side, the fire show on the beach was fantastic, and the kids’ club area was a huge bonus for our family. Overall, Pullman Panwa Phuket is a solid resort with truly excellent staff. With a few updates to the rooms, it has the potential to be exceptional.

Great view and in a quiet bay. Large and warm, clean pools. However, many improvements need to be made to make it a perfect stay. Rooms and facilities are dated and look tired. Hotel has a sewage problem with a smell from toilets(Rm 1301) and brackish water(on one day Rm 1304) as well as non function fridge(Rm1304). Many staff lacking in service and warmth. But there are some excellent, friendly restaurant staff. Special mention to Patrick who gave a talk on sharks to my kid which my family of adults enjoyed even more. Keep up the great work Patrick! Food options generally expensive. Average in terms of value for money-USD230 per room during peak period. Booking through loyalty Accor is even more expensive-makes no sense. Unlikely to stay again at a Pullman Hotel unless improvements are made.

We had an amazing experience at Pullman Panwa. The resort itself is beautiful and very family-friendly, but what truly made our stay special was the hospitality from the staff — especially Micky. Micky was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He was fantastic with our kids — patient, playful, and genuinely caring. Our little ones absolutely adored him, and his warm personality really added to the whole holiday experience. Thank you, Micky, for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and welcoming resort in Phuket.
