Alvin is the absolute greatest, as everyday he shows the utmost genuine care and love of his job, he always has a smile and is so kind. Our family will definitely miss him. The rooms are beautiful and very well kept. The pools, gym, plethora of options at the breakfast and dinner buffets and activities offered are all amazing! I highly recommend this hotel because of the staff, service, rooms, location, amenities and value. We wish Alvin all the best too!!

It's good place for family stay within 3 days but the service is too slow since the staff is not enough to support on the time. we need to wait service around 20-40 minutes after made request such as Buggy service to lobby/ bring the stuffs to the room or back to lobby. However, the staff is quite good and friendly, they also willing to help every time that I requested. I would suggest the hotel should improve the service waiting time.

Just loved our four night stay here. There isn’t much around so it’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying this gorgeous view. Kids club was fab and my six year old loved the beach games. A big thanks to Nat at reception for helping me out with a range of questions and things I needed help with. The room was spacious and there was always plenty of room at the pools to laze. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay. We will be back!

As an Executive Chef, I have a deep appreciation for culinary creativity and quality, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the food choices and overall quality at this establishment. The lack of innovation and attention to detail in the cuisine was quite surprising and, frankly, a major letdown. The one saving grace was the Tamarind restaurant, where the dishes were both flavorful and well-executed. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the hotel’s accessibility is another significant issue. The property’s location on a hill, coupled with the complete lack of elevators, makes it extremely difficult for anyone who is disabled, elderly, or traveling with a baby stroller. This is a serious concern that needs to be addressed to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests.

great service especially by Sun during check in and check out. wish the rooms were a little more updated and also i think the room needs to be fumigated.. spent the nights on a bed too soft and being itchy and bitten… the bunk beds were too hard but thankfully with an additional topper it was slightly better. breakfast was great and the food there in general good! like to specially mention the staff at kids club and the pool for making my kids feel so welcome! love the beach ◡̈
