I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, it was such a nice experience! The whole place is super clean and they have fun daily activities that make the stay even better. My room was really tidy and the view was amazing – I could see both the pool and the beach from the balcony. The pool area and other spots around the resort are great, lots of things to try and enjoy. The gym’s also a nice bonus, open 24/7 and has everything you need. Location-wise, it’s perfect – close to everything like coffee shop, restaurant, and even a pharmacy if you need one. Overall, I think this resort totally deserves a high rating. It’s definitely worth trying out, and I’d love to come back again! 👍🏼

The hotel is a great place just besides the beach, there are many activity available provided by the hotel as well. We spend most of our time playing in the hotel, the breakfast is great as well. The only issue is the room have too many mosquitoes, my kid wake up with bites all over his face the first night, the hotel provided us an electronic repellent not sure helpful or not and I spray lots of the repellent I bought along, the next day onwards is better a bit. The playrooms are great as well, we went everyday while staying there and my kid even make new friend there. Grateful there is Leena to help the kids have fun with available activity and play with them as well. The kids really happy there and don't want to leave every time. Appreciate the service by hotel porter Bale and Tong as well, always greet us with great smile when arrive hotel and help with the luggage when arriving and leaving. If you need free ride provided by hotel to the old town, you can arrange with them as well. Overall is a great hotel that is away from the noise with a clean beach, convenient store is within walking distance just outside the hotel as well. The bamboo sharks conserve by the hotel are cute as well!

Had a wonderful time here! Jane, the member of the team was so great! She was so sweet and nice! We had a room upgrade which we really appreciate and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The resort had 2 pools areas which is nice and direct access to the beach. Checkout was smooth as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a resort that caters to families. My kids enjoyed their time here very much. We will definitely come here again the next time we visit Phuket!

Warm service, beautiful setting, and a relaxing stay. We had a great family vacation at the Pullman Panwa Resort. The resort is clean and modern with a lovely beachfront and large pools (though I wish the pool were a bit deeper for adults). It's a quiet, tucked-away spot—perfect if you want to unwind, but about 30 mins from most excursions. What really made the experience shine was the exceptional service. Huge thanks to Aey, Tiara, Aun, and Ice—each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food, daily happy hour, and overall atmosphere were all great. A great choice for families looking for calm and kindness in Phuket. Would definitely recommend.

We love our experience here. The room is spacious and quiet, perfect for a family of 3. However our only complaint is that there are too much mosquitoes especially if you leave the balcony open. The breakfast spread is extensive, with halal options. We also enjoy the other facilities- the gym, pools, private beach and the kids club. Our highlight would be all the staff who attended to us. From the staff at the reception counter, the servers and runners at Aqua, the concierge and the wonderful ladies at the Sapparot- we are truly grateful by how friendly and attentive everyone is to us. A special shoutout to Bale, Yang and Farn who helped us with our items during check-in and checkout! We will definitely come back. Thanks Pullman Panwa Beach for the wonderful experience ❤️
