A truly beautiful resort! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of the bay. The pool area is truly charming, and its location at Cape Panwa feels like a hidden gem compared to the busier areas of Phuket. Especially Yogi, who is always smiling, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed in the breakfast area. It’s attentive service like this that turns a good stay into an extraordinary one. Highly recommended!

I am honestly not the type of person who sits down to write reviews, but the incredible experience at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort completely compelled me to do so. Having traveled to over a dozen countries in recent years and stayed at numerous properties, I can confidently say that this hotel is easily in my top three favorite stays worldwide. What truly sets this resort apart is its team. The service standard across the board is phenomenal. More importantly, they handle everything with an incredibly genuine, flexible, and human touch rather than just following rigid protocols. It’s this warmth that added a beautiful touch to my Phuket holiday. I would like to extend my special thanks outstanding staff members: 1. Jane at the Front Desk 2. Packy, the Duty Manager 3. We stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa during our trip to Thailand and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout the entire stay. The rooms, facilities, and overall ambiance of the hotel were very enjoyable, and the property feels calm and well maintained. Breakfast and service were also very good. The only downside for us was the sea at Cape Panwa. Compared to some other beaches in Thailand, we personally did not enjoy the beach and sea experience there as much as we expected. Still, we had a lovely stay overall and would like to thank the entire Pullman Phuket Panwa team for their hospitality and care.

Uthit and Bank, who were part of the water sports activities crew, were very helpful and friendly. They helped my 70+ year old mom get into a kayak during high tide and made us feel incredibly well taken care of during the process. This happened on multiple days. Thanks so much for providing this experience. The resort itself is very nice, and the pool and gym are good. I would recommend staying here if you want to stay mostly at the resort and not do many excursions, as it is quite far from the happening spots. Very nice place to zen out and recharge.

A perfect weekend staycation at Pullman Panwa especially during the rainy season. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A great buffet breakfast, and we also loved the rainy day promotion at the lobby bar—every time it rained, drinks were buy one, get one free, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What truly made this stay special, was the staff warm and hospitality. A special shout-out to Khun Nat, who was amazing, attentive and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay.
