Our family had an amazing stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they really made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for families. I booked 2 rooms and one of my room had upgraded to suite room with big bath tub and a outdoor rain shower! My 2nd room for my children is connecting room to my suite room which make us so convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the beach. The kids loved the swimming pools, especially the one with the seaview, and we all enjoyed the private beach area as we can kayaking, beach volleyball and etc. The Andaman sea is calm, clean, and safe for swimming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices — both Thai and international options — and the quality was top-notch every day. We also tried some of the resort restaurants (Aqua, Beach Edge and The Junction Bar) loved the food and service. Special thanks to the wonderful staff especially M.J Liiy who made our stay memorable with his extra kindness in accompanying my children for kayaking every morning! Also the birthday cake for my lovely wife! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Phuket!

What an amazing Resort 👏 We spent 3 nights here, and we enjoyed thoroughly every day here. Beach is so clean with white sand. Sea waves are calm and very kid friendly. If you are a vegetarian and wants to have indian food, you can go to Curry delight which is in front of this resort. Service and staff are very hospitable. Rooms are big and spacious.

Wonderful hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. Rooms are excellent. Very large with lots of space. Food and service at edge beach club is exceptional. Special mention to C-Guest, Nano, John and Nee. We were disappointed that The beach club was closed for dinner. Food and service at Aqua and Tamarind is also exceptional!! Staff at front desk are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. Nyan was especially helpful, very courteous. I would also like to mention Mickey in guest relations and Aun at Aqua restaurant. Both are excellent. The private beach is gorgeous, very calm. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

After staying two weeks in Kata it was such a pleasure to stay in Pullman. We absolutely loved having our own private beach. No waves even on a rainy day. It is remote enough to have a relaxing holiday but having free shuttle to Old Phuket town and Central Shopping center was a nice amenity. The breakfast was sensational with perfect blend of Asian and European food and bakery was next level great. Separate thank you to Anton who was very professional and attentive, always here to help and sort out any concerns. He was always available and checking if we need anything. We were very pleased with our stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. So I would like to tell my experience during I stay in this hotel. On the day for check in, it seemed good until the reception guy who wearing the glasses repeat many times with bad voice that I am stay here with complimentary vouchers and look down on me. I buy the voucher on the Facebook fanpage. If you don’t want to welcome any guests who comes with the voucher then you should not offer any voucher to any pages on the Facebook. After that Mr. Anton take me and my boyfriend to the room, I feel excited because we come to this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and I would like to surprise my boyfriend so i have requested decorating with happy anniversary on bed but it is nothing at all. I request since 21 September, it is a month ago so this is showed that how much you care to the guests. Mr. Anton apologize for this and asking to make it again, so when we come back to the room, we got a beautiful wording on the bed with “happy anniversary” and got a cake. I have to say thank you to Mr. Anton so he made it happen to me. On the next day in the morning, we go for breakfast, we are still not finished with the food. The staff took the chair and coconut from the table. The staff said that they thought we already finished and want to clean the table but it is not makes sense because why you not took a cup of the coffee and a ice chocolate as well if need to clean the table. I back to the room at 10:30 so I clicked request cleaning the room. I go outside and back to the room at 3:30 pm but the room still hasn’t cleaned yet . I called the operator and asking one more time and then we go to the beach and come back at 4:30 pm but still no one show up!! I walked to the reception as I need to talk with the manager. I have talked with Mr. Sun. He is very nice and he tried to help me. He also apologies for many times. I talked with him about my experience here and everything. I almost cry in front of him because I feel so bad for choosing this hotel to celebrate my anniversary so he offer a free dinner to apologize to us. I went back to the room and talked with my boyfriend and crying with him. He said that if I am not feeling good to stay here, we can reject the dinner and check out, but I think the staff also trying to make me feel better so I will give them a chance again. The dinner is nice and has many seafood at there. When we finish with the food, we just noticed that why many table got the menu and it seem like they can order the food from the menu as well. Because my boyfriend cannot eat seafood so if i know it before, i can order something else for him. And the last thing, because I stay here for 3 days but the security team still asking me every time when I drive back to hotel if I am guest or visit or working here. it is really annoying when i need to answer it every time. I just tell about my experience. You will be the person who make the decision by yourself, if you would like to have the same experience with me or if you would like to give a bet for your special time. But for me, only one time is enough to stay here!!
