Overall experience, very, very good. Location of hotel brilliant, within a short taxi ride to Phuket Old Town, with all its brilliant restaurants & bars. Amenity levels & facilities of the hotel brilliant. In the whole service wonderful, however speed & consistency of the Edge pool bar & restaurant indifferent depending on which team were on duty. Stand out team were Thomas & Audi, both attentive & service delivered with charisma & personality. Audi made us smile every time we interacted with him. JB on the Guest services desk/reception desk was knowledgable & welcoming always. Tamarind restaurant was outstanding. The food quality amazing!

Had a wonderful time here! Jane, the member of the team was so great! She was so sweet and nice! We had a room upgrade which we really appreciate and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The resort had 2 pools areas which is nice and direct access to the beach. Checkout was smooth as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a resort that caters to families. My kids enjoyed their time here very much. We will definitely come here again the next time we visit Phuket!

Warm service, beautiful setting, and a relaxing stay. We had a great family vacation at the Pullman Panwa Resort. The resort is clean and modern with a lovely beachfront and large pools (though I wish the pool were a bit deeper for adults). It's a quiet, tucked-away spot—perfect if you want to unwind, but about 30 mins from most excursions. What really made the experience shine was the exceptional service. Huge thanks to Aey, Tiara, Aun, and Ice—each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food, daily happy hour, and overall atmosphere were all great. A great choice for families looking for calm and kindness in Phuket. Would definitely recommend.

This resort exceeded our expectations in every way possible! Not only is the resort itself beautiful, every member of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. If I could rate this resort higher than a 5/5 I would. I had noted it was my boyfriend’s birthday when making the reservation, and upon entering our room they had written a birthday card, had a beautiful small cake, and flower petals on the bed! Talk about above and beyond service! Fuhad at the front desk was wonderful!! He was great when he helped us check in. Also, a few days into our stay when I was on my way back to the hotel after visiting the pharmacy across the street to get band aids for my boyfriend, he had come to say hi when he noticed the pharmacy bag and offered to send someone to the room to help clean the wound. I declined the offer and he offered to send more medical supplies so that we could do it ourselves, which we accepted. This interaction alone showed me that the staff at this resort truly care for their guests! A few more shoutouts to Jang from housekeeping, and Nan at Tamarind for exceptional service. Also Bale, Tong, and Farn were a great help with our luggage during check in and checkout! We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit to Phuket!

Service was great in particular JB at Reception. He was so welcoming, genuine and set the tone for a lovely holiday. The special Thai tea in our room after we called the doctor for our daughter was a nice touch. The pools and kids club were good as were the kayaking and paddleboarding. Alcohol wasn’t great - missing several beer options, wine options not great and cocktails not well made, too much alcohol. The high end restaurant Tamarind was good Thai food. Breakfasts were good. Beach bar food was average.
