If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfas, lunch and dinner, all buffet style (6am to 10pm), served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer and spirits. (except during meal times).

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights and loved it so much that we didn’t want to move to another hotel. We were upgraded to a beachfront pool villa, which came with a private pool – absolutely perfect for staying with kids. Big thanks to Nathan to upgrade our room to make our holiday even better! Julien gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the resort, and most of the other staff were very friendly as well. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but especially loved the variety of the lunch buffet by the pool. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool area and the kids club. We loved it so much here that we didn’t even feel the need to go on tours outside the resort – we spent all our time right here. The food was great overall, the sea was shallow and crystal clear with plenty of fish to see, and the water temperature was just perfect for swimming with kids. The fire show in the evening was fantastic, and the 90-minute massage I had at the spa right in front of our villa was incredible. Therapist Ya was professional, friendly, and highly skilled – the 90 minutes flew by and completely relieved my fatigue while allowing me to fully relax. If you stay here, I highly recommend trying the spa. Our family loved this place so much that we’ve already decided to book a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday, staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was superb, fresh and delicious- more than ample to please everyone. We loved the beach and pools and we were close to the street cafes and little market. We stayed in room 1304, the ocean view was perfect, the room however is a little tired and needs a refresh. A coffee machine would have been a good addition. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room Services were a little slow and house keeping a little bit hit and miss. Overall it was great with just a few minor issues. We will definitely return one day.

Pullman is an excellent resort. Husband and I had a king bed with sea view. We added the buffet breakfast. We ate soup noodle bowls every day, which changes daily, an array of fruit, and found the chickpea curry to be awesome. The room was spacious, with a balcony that had a couch, table, and chair. We enjoyed the private beach and one of the two pools. The beach cafe had good food and brought lunch to our beach chairs when asked. If we come back to Phuket, we'll come back to this resort.

The resort was very nice and holds amazing views. All employees were super helpful and friendly. Bale Tong, Kew, Pun and Champ made us feel super welcome and offered huge amounts of support and brilliant service during our stay. The security team were so kind and provided great service. The Bar staff also offered amazing service however we found drinks took quite some time to arrive at the pool bar and upstairs bar.

Had a good stay at Pullman Panwa. Love the location, away from the business of other beaches like Patong. Also 15 minutes drive away from Old Phuket Town which has many shopping and food destinations. There were also complimentary water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding at the beach which was enjoyable. Staff and went above to make birthday cakes and decoration for us. Bale, Tong, FARN, Pun, Kew were great in helping us transport our luggage to and from luggage. Highly recommend to stay here at Pullman.
