My husband and I had an amazing 6 day stay here during our honeymoon! We loved having direct access to a beautiful beach just a short walk from our room. Although something we were not aware of ahead of time is that the water recedes pretty far out in the afternoon through the evening. If you want to get into the water at this beach make sure you do it in the morning! The food was always great, we tried every restaurant option and even ordered room service multiple times when we just wanted to relax inside. We booked all activities and excursions once we anrrived at the resort and they were great with talking through details, cost, and expected weather for us. Transfers to and from all activities were booked along side the activity so we didn’t have to worry at all about how we would get there and back! Everything ran really smoothly for us. It was pouring rain on a day we were scheduled to zip line and the staff was kind to reschedule us for the following day when the weather was expected to be better. I rated my overall experience 4 stars because I felt like the room was always a little humid even with the AC blasting and our bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I expected all rooms were like that since it was really humid outside coming off of the rainy season so we didn’t ask to move! I would recommend bringing a DampRid bag just in case to trap any excess moisture and will plan to do it in the future if we visit again. Overall we had an amazing experience and loved our stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach resort!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I spent two nights at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort for our anniversary, and it was perfect from start to finish. The team surprised us with an upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite, which made our stay feel even more special. We had an incredible dinner at Tamarind restaurant—great flavours, beautifully presented dishes, and a lovely atmosphere that made our anniversary night memorable. Every staff member we met was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service made a huge difference throughout our stay. The facilities around the resort were also very well maintained, from the pool areas to the beachfront spaces. Everything felt clean, organized, and cared for. Pullman Panwa truly made our anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing getaway in Phuket.

The resort itself is beautiful and looks nice. By the beach, quiet location and nice lobby and bar. Staff were very lovely especially Natty and JB (Duty Manager) who was very helpful at resolving our concerns. We appreciated thier help and patience. We unfortunately did not pursue staying here. When we checked in, the rooms were not to standard as per website photos and we felt it was not worth the price we paid. We opted to change rooms upon the resorts suggestion but the other one we were showed was the same, dated and not good enough. So we decided to leave... General vibe of the Deluxe rooms were old and didn't feel like luxury at all. Pictures were inaccurate from our experience.

Our family had an amazing stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they really made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for families. I booked 2 rooms and one of my room had upgraded to suite room with big bath tub and a outdoor rain shower! My 2nd room for my children is connecting room to my suite room which make us so convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the beach. The kids loved the swimming pools, especially the one with the seaview, and we all enjoyed the private beach area as we can kayaking, beach volleyball and etc. The Andaman sea is calm, clean, and safe for swimming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices — both Thai and international options — and the quality was top-notch every day. We also tried some of the resort restaurants (Aqua, Beach Edge and The Junction Bar) loved the food and service. Special thanks to the wonderful staff especially M.J Liiy who made our stay memorable with his extra kindness in accompanying my children for kayaking every morning! Also the birthday cake for my lovely wife! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Phuket!

Our experience at the Pullman hotel was very good. The welcome at check-in upon arrival was friendly and made one feel appreciated as a guest. The hotel is neither small and boutique nor a massive commercial enterprise with many hundreds of rooms. Personally we found this a great fit for the type of trip we wanted to have. It was the perfect size for us, being large enough provide choices about how to spend one's time: multiple pools and bars, and a sizeable beach etc. Our room was excellent with a large private bathroom with separate toilet, dressing table and a large secluded balcony (where tobacco smoking was permitted). The staff had decorated the bed with flower petals and provided a complimentary dessert. Cleaning was generally good, although there was a minor problem with the shower not draining quite fast enough and the shower gel not being replenished (these didn't really impact our experience). The private beach is nice and the sea safe to walk in without dangerous wildlife or sharp rocks. The only thing to be aware of is that the tide goes out very far when it's low, meaning that it's hard to swim at sometime points in the day (depending on the lunar calendar). The pools are nice and the pool bar does excellent cocktails and offers 2-for-1 during the happy hour from 3pm-4pm which also makes pricing competitive. We enjoyed these at the swim-up bar section. Personally, I would like to see more types of cocktail added to the happy hour menu as they were almost all rum-based. Nonetheless, the standard was excellent. All the staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of Panwa is calm and safe, offering some excellent food options if one is looking to eat out in the evening. There are also a couple of local bars, a 24 hour 7-11 store, massage parlours and a pharmacy. Everything you need is nearby. We opted for bed and breakfast and generally our experience of the breakfast was positive. It was also nice that breakfast remained open until 11am on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate late risers. There is a large selection of different cuisines from around the world (Anglo-American, Continental, Thai, Japanese, Indian etc.). For enjoyers of English breakfast: excellent eggs, bread, and beans. The bacon was OK and still better than other hotels we've experienced in Asia. The sausages sadly could be improved! (grilled breakfast sausages should turn a brown colour!) All inclusive is available but we cannot speak to that since we were involved in dinner in the hotel and evening activities as we mostly went out to experience the island. Phuket city is easily reachable by a Taxi app like Bolt or Grab (the hotel can also arrange your transportation, and offers a completely free shuttle into the city at various times of day). No taxi drivers in Phuket city refused our trip as it's an easy 20 minute drive from old town to the hotel in the evenings. Finally, we would remark that what makes this hotel work is the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff who do what they can to make the experience special. We would like to give our special thanks to Fah and Pan from Lifestyle who made our a great one with their positive attitude and openness. The Thai lesson they gave was very fun and helped make us feel at home in the hotel. It is important that hotels like this one don't only employ staff who are polite, courteous and deferential, but also employ staff who facilitate their customers in having fun when the customers are open to it. Fah and Pan were great at this and it was nice to see them at the poolside, always with a positive attitude and a smile. They helped us enjoy the hotels activities by the highlighting options and showing how to make the most of them. This encouragement and assistance was exactly what we needed to improve our stay, as without it we might have felt a bit bewildered by what the hotel had to offer. Many thanks to them. All round, it was a great stay!
