If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfas, lunch and dinner, all buffet style (6am to 10pm), served in the main restaurant. After staying two weeks in Kata it was such a pleasure to stay in Pullman. We absolutely loved having our own private beach. No waves even on a rainy day. It is remote enough to have a relaxing holiday but having free shuttle to Old Phuket town and Central Shopping center was a nice amenity. The breakfast was sensational with perfect blend of Asian and European food and bakery was next level great. Separate thank you to Anton who was very professional and attentive, always here to help and sort out any concerns. He was always available and checking if we need anything. We were very pleased with our stay.

I’m truly grateful for my stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, with a stunning view and an atmosphere that feels both relaxing and refined. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional — my heartfelt thanks to all of them, especially Julian at the front desk and the wonderful ladies at the spa. I had such a lovely experience and would love to return soon. The housekeeping service was excellent, the amenities were outstanding, and my dining experience at the restaurant was absolutely delightful. The Pullman Panwa has a great set of rooms with an ocean view, and on top of it all, it's such a wonderfully quiet place. The beach for this resort is a lovely one with beautiful clear water that is gentle and cool. I cannot describe the beauty of the place in words. The Pullman Panwa resort itself has some amazing food, right from breakfast with the local street-style options, to the Thai food restaurant Tamarind. Ms. Nan, our host at Tamarind, was especially thoughtful in this regard. One of the most satisfying aspects though was the care with which Ms. Jane took care of the check-in procedures, extremely helpful on what was a very hot and humid day!

Everything about The Pullman Panwa Beach was amazing! I had a spectacular and spacious Sea-View room with a balcony. Breakfast was excellent- large amount of choice. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and daily dishes at the noodle bar. Iced coffees in the morning were great as well! The pools were beautiful and sunbeds cushioned and very comfortable. Cape Panwa is a quieter location compared to other locations in Phuket such as Kata Beach but it has everything you would want on a holiday - restaurants, massages, 7-eleven, boat tours all close by. Previous reviews that I read mentioned nearby construction noise, I did not hear any of this when hanging out by the main pool/beach area, you don’t need to worry about this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Pullman at Cape Panwa, met some lovely new friends as well at this resort. I can’t wait to return to this fabulous resort soon, a wonderful oasis and the escape I very much needed. Thank you to all of the staff for making my stay the most perfect holiday!
