Great experience during a 5-night stay, the week before Christmas. Hotel was overbooked due to big groups of guests, so we were upgraded from a standard room to a villa with private pool! A traveller's dream come true — villa did not have a view, because it was secluded and private, but very spacious villa, very comfortable. Service was good in the hotel although it was peak season and the hotel seemed very full. All requests were attended to promptly, including calls to housekeeping department for ice bucket, extra blanket etc. Many staff available at breakfast, everyone very efficient. The fire show was awesome, don't miss it on Saturday night. Staff are well-trained to follow the sustainability policies — towels were not changed when we left them hanging up on the hooks. Great work! Compliments and many thanks to 3 outstanding staff in particular: 1) Mos: very efficient when we checked in. Helped me sign up to be a member of Accor in a very quick process, to get benefits. Also very helpful on other occasions when we visited the front desk with questions or requests. 2) Jane: fantastic at the front counter. Always ready to help, superb personality and great customer service, wonderful at giving tips — for example, upon arrival, book the van to go to town for the Sunday market, as there are limited seats in the van! 3) Micky: Great at guest relations, friendly and hard-working — I could see him going around to the guests at their tables during breakfast asking if they needed anything, and how to make their stay more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort from Tuesday, January 20 to Thursday, January 22, 2026 (Booking: QBRSFRGR). This was our special babymoon trip, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Julian and the reception staff gave us the warmest welcome, setting a perfect tone for relaxation. They surprised us with beautiful babymoon decorations in our room – thoughtful touches like baloon arrangements and celebratory notes that made us feel truly special. As elite members, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to a stunning pool villa, where we spent blissful hours in our private pool and lounging right on the beach – pure paradise! We also appreciated the staff accommodating our request for a quick photoshoot; Miss Cindy, the trainee, did a fantastic job capturing our joyful moments with professionalism and creativity. Checkout was seamless, thanks to Mr. Anton's efficient handling. A special shoutout to Chef Raju, who personally guided us through the dedicated vegetarian menu – his recommendations were spot-on, and every dish was flavorful and fresh, perfectly suited to our preferences. Overall, this was a pleasant stay filled with outstanding hospitality. We loved every bit of it and can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and overall service standards were excellent. Specially i want to thank Khun Aun of Tamarind restaurant, who always treats everyone like special guests. Housekeeping maintained high levels of cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again.

We had an outstanding stay at Pullman Hotel and Resort in Thailand, and we would like to give special recognition to the incredible bellmen Tong, Yang, Pon, Dew and Nat. They truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were absolutely perfect — always ready to assist us whenever we called for a buggy to take us back to our room or over to the front of the Hotel. They were consistently accommodating, very happy, easy to talk to, and made us feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. What impressed us most was their reliability and punctuality. They were always on time, which meant we were always on time everywhere we needed to go. Their professionalism combined with genuine kindness made such a difference in our experience. Thailand is a beautiful place, and Pullman Hotel and Resort did not fail to satisfy everything we needed. We had a lovely stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa. The resort is peaceful and beautifully located, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool and ocean views are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm and uncrowded. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing resort in Phuket. 🌴✨
