Superb hotel. The main lobby is stunning. The hotel itself maybe slightly better suited to business that holidays makers but there are plenty of excellent facilities. The splash pool bar being our personal favourite. The views out to the bay are beautiful and watching the sunrise as you have breakfast in the main restaurant is a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we had a lovely stay.

Prices are reasonable too, especially considering the 5* experience. The 4-hour Happy Hour 40% Off is a great touch too.

We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. We had an oceanview room with spectacular sunrise views every morning. The servers at breakfast were wonderful and I especially appreciate Nam for letting me practice my little bit of Thai with her. The staff also brought a cake and sang happy birthday to my husband, which was a lovely surprise. The spa was amazing. I had 3 sessions during our stay. The Panwa area is much more quiet than the popular Patong area, which we liked. We would absolutely stay here again.

A great and quiet hotel in Phuket
The hotel is right on the beach.
The highlight is the large beautiful pool right on the beach.
There are delicious drinks and good food in the hotel.
The breakfast is very good. There is everything you could wish for.
I would particularly like to emphasize the great service. Every member of staff is very attentive and friendly.

Most of the staff were super nice and helpful. Never any troubles. Breakfast table was great. Rooms very big and clean, even though they might not be up to the same 5 star class as in Europe or America, it was acceptable for the price.
The worst case was that we "were sold" on the fact that the hotel was advertised to offer 2 restaurant options, because of the fact that there's only one mediocre restaurant close (Sam's) we thought it was important. The restaurants are essentially the same kitchen with the same menu... False advertisement. In addition to that, restaurant menu is super expensive and not really up to par in quality compared to the local high rated restaurants that are 30-50% of the price. For example we paid 5 dollars for a glass of concentrated apple juice at the bar!
Cocktails were good though!
We brought a 15 months old and a 4 year old. They had a blast, enjoying the kids playroom each day, eating of the kids menu, and swimming in the main pool. The kids pool was far from the bar and facilities, and didn't have any benches close to the pool so we ended up spending all days by the main pool.
All in all, a fine experience, bit bummed out by the location needing a taxi to get everywhere, specially when you have young kids and you want to use the stroller for them to sleep in. And the price of the restaurant, and lack of variety was a killer. It's still a very safe place to stay with kids, if you are looking to relax in the same location for a while and ok with taking taxis to better restaurants.
