Had a very pleasant stay. Outstanding customer service with a commitment to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Breakfast at 9 seven 1 was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. Room with the city view was spotless and the facilities were well maintained. Highly recommendable Hotel

I went for a conference only so didn’t see the rooms. The facilities are nice and the buffet at 9 Seven 1 was very good. I walked there and they don’t have an entrance from the street level for pedestrians so I had to trudge up two levels on the vehicle ramp. When I left, I asked the staff if there’s a street level entrance and they sent me down to the parking lot. Ruined what could have been a good experience but I won’t be going back if I can help it.

We had a fantastic time staying in the hotel. Perfect service, especially Sirila, he is the best! The food is very diverse, from all over the world. The rooms are always cleaned. And the people are very friendly. I deeply recommend! 🏆

We stayed at the hotel 5 nights and had a great experience!upon arrival we were greeted with traditional tea and dessert! The rooms are very big and the bathroom is amazing! The view at the pool is very beautiful! Manager Julia made us feel very comfortable and her hospitality every day was exceptional! The whole staff was excellent! Special thank to the lady at the help desk that booked us last minute tickets for the future museum! Our warmest thanks to Jeffrey for his kindness! Overall the hotel , the location , the quality of the staff was great! Mario
