The hotel is amazing... the service is above and beyond with many great staff always being available to help at any time with anything. Also the views were very nice it offered stunning views of the palm Jumeriah. Beach, pool, and lazy river were well maintained. Just need to improve the seat availability issue. The free breakfast was amazing. So much varity in the breakfast to serve every pallet and dietary needs... all I can say is yummy. Definitely would recommend this place.. mainly because of the wonderful and friendly team of staff.

Amazing stay – we didn’t want to leave! We spent a week at Dukes The Palm – A Royal Hideaway Hotel and honestly, we would have loved to stay longer. The rooms were always beautifully prepared with so much attention to detail – we felt comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. A very special thank you to Derrick and Jane at the reception. They were incredibly kind and helpful, explaining everything to us patiently, even though our English isn’t perfect. Their warmth truly made a difference. The beach and the pool area were fantastic – clean, relaxing, and great for families. The only downside was that food and drinks were quite expensive, especially for a family of five. Sometimes it was a bit too windy in the restaurant area, which made dining outside slightly uncomfortable, but that’s just a small detail. One thing that could be improved: the staff promoting yacht rentals and water activities were a bit too persistent. Even after saying “no, thank you,” we were approached several times, which was a little annoying.

Rooms are lovely, clean. Lack enough storage space/hangers for a family of 4. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Shout out to Roman and Ajay in the restaurant for great service. Given UK holidays. Kids club wasn’t very interactive and kids left to on devices but only visited once during our stay because of this. Although in Dubai there is plenty to do. Soft play and trampolines in the mall opposite hotel although with arcades. Overall great stay.

A great stay with standout service! The staff at Dukes are truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast at the British restaurant is a highlight: delicious food and a lovely setting to start the day. While the rooms could use some updating and the layout and electrical setup aren’t the most modern, the overall value is unbeatable. The location, beach, and pool are all fantastic—and the infinity pool is actually better than the pools at Atlantis. For the price, Dukes offers an experience that’s hard to beat!

The hotel is very great the service with many great staff always being available to help at any time with anything . Also the views were very nice it offered stunning views of the palm Jumeriah. The facilities were amazing for example the gym and the infinity pool which offered stunning views. And the beach was also amazing you can see all sorts of marine life in there. And the food and the Buffett and the restaurant ext to the infinity pool were super tasty. My one any only concern is that the infinity pool was a bit dirty I always found little bits of dirt and sand in the water while I was swimming underwater also at one point I found a freshly chewed piece of gum at the bottom of the pool. But the overall experience was great and would come here again
