We hosted a week-long conference at Dukes The Palm, with our guests staying at the hotel, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Alondra and Ramesh provided truly amazing service — they were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Thanks to them, everything ran smoothly and stress-free throughout the week. Our guests were very happy with their stay and shared great feedback about the rooms, stunning views, quality of the food, and overall service. The hotel created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that was perfect for both work and relaxation. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are already looking forward to coming back again next year. Service throughout our visit has been excellent from breakfast through to evening, with all servers being extremely attentive! Our rooms our tidy and taken care of to a high standard everyday - provided by friendly staff. For our final day, we visited the Khyber Indian Restaurant for my dad’s birthday and they were brilliant. Akshay took care of us all evening and even provided a slice of birthday cake as he noticed my dad’s birthday cards. It was greatly appreciated and very thoughtful. The reception staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, providing some birthday treats for my dad at short notice. Thank you!

We visited Dukes for the dinner buffet and honestly had such a great evening. The food selection was amazing — so many choices, and everything we tasted was fresh and full of flavor. Every time we thought we were done, we spotted something else we wanted to try! It’s definitely a buffet that doesn’t disappoint. The highlight of the night, though, was the service. Romany was incredible — so friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. He made us feel really comfortable and looked after us throughout the evening without ever being overbearing. It felt like he genuinely cared that we were having a good time, which made all the difference. We also want to give credit to the rest of the serving team. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and quick to help. Plates were cleared promptly, drinks were topped up, and the whole team worked so smoothly together. You could really see the effort they put into making sure guests are taken care of. We’ll definitely be back for another buffet night. A big thank you to Romany and the entire team at Dukes for such a memorable experience!
