The food in the Great British Restaurant is excellent, especially in the breakfast buffet and evening buffet. Though the options for lunch were limited (especially for a vegetarian) the staff were very accommodating and helped us! The service in the restaurant is also excellent and efficient. Our server, Ednah, was delightful and very helpful! We purchased a deluxe room, but on arrival we had a balcony, which was an amazing surprise, with a nice view. However, the room itself was lacking in storage space, especially for two women for two weeks. In particular, the pool facilities (the indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, and lazy river) were incredible, and very much value for money.

The establishment provides an enjoyable environment for vacationing. The accommodations are spacious, well-appointed, and have a contemporary design. The staff is exceptional, demonstrating utmost kindness and helpfulness. Our server, Aman, was particularly obliging and pleasant, promptly attending to all our requests. The only drawback of this hotel is the inconsiderate behavior of certain guests who reserve sunbeds at the pool with their towels in the morning but do not utilize them.

Loving our stay at Dukes the palm hotel, everything is amazing! They surprised us with a small cake and beautiful decorations for our anniversary, and even upgraded our room. The facilities were top-notch, the location was perfect, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend! Plus a huge variety for breakfast!! Kind and helpful staff, very clean. Thank you 🙏🏼
