The lobby is relatively small, BF area has a beautiful garden. Hotel rooms are cozy but a little bit nosy if you are on the main street side. however, bed is comfortable. The location is great, and the value of the money is super.

A simply perfect place for a vacation in Phuket. Good rooms. The best room service you can get. The people and the hotel staff are kind in the best possible way. I'm sure I'll go back there because it's the best hotel I've been to in the world. The people and the staff are just perfect and it's fun to be there. The pool is great and clean and is on the roof of the hotel. There is a good and quiet gym. I'll be back there I'm sure

This is a beautiful hotel located just at the edge of the chaos of Patong. The inside courtyard rooms are a must if you're a light sleeper or don't like hearing about the night's Thai boxing match! The lobby is open air and fits with the Indigo brand with local boxing and tuk tuk features. Elevators are secured with your key. The halls are open air and parallel the main commercial street along Patong. There are two suites per floor on a unique "pod." The suite was well equipped and furnished and the bed was an instant sleep machine. The room and bathroom kind of blend together, but in a manner that offers some privacy. The balcony had a love seat and some stools for dining. The main pool is on the roof. Please note that there is very limited shade and if you're looking at photos of the hotel, the garden pool is private and only accessible via pool access rooms. The 24 hour gym was nice and it had a boxing ring and gear you can use. The staff was attentive and friendly and efficient. I would stay here again. Wish list for the management, a shaded section of the pool and a half hour later evening swim schedule. 1900 seems to be the norm, but it's so nice, leaving is hard. I'm impressed with the eco details like reusable glass bottles in rooms and the mounted amenities instead of single use shampoos etc...

We recently spent 10 wonderful nights at a hotel in Patong Beach, Phuket, during our visit from Virginia, USA, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their hospitality continued throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the breakfast spread, which was simply unbelievable, a delightful array of dishes that catered to every taste. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, and we appreciated the serene ambiance it provided despite being in the heart of Patong Beach. Overall, our stay was made truly special by the exceptional service and amenities offered by the hotel. We can't wait to return!
