The amenities we're phenomenal. Spacious condos. Our kids went wild for all the different pools / water parks. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for rough late night crowd. Had to have security calm BOTH floors above us down around 4am. They were quick in response. Slept peacefully after ;)

Manager went above and beyond for my booking and accommodated my party of 8 in a space that made sense for us. I will forever be thankful to her. Front desk was pleasant every time I needed something. I loved the bar as always but was sad to see them get rid of happy hour. The location to Disney is why we keep coming back. The kids enjoyed miniature golf, the pools and volleyball. They also enjoyed ice cream piña coladas, French fries and wings at the bar. Overall, super friendly staff and we will definitely be back.

Jorge was PHENOMENAL. Immediate greeting upon check in and he made sure my I was able to keep my room (booked for two different stays) for the total stay. I needed an additional room key because I lost one, Jorge made it happen. I also had the pleasure of meeting Claudia (Jorge’s manager). She stopped what she was doing to meet me and see if there was anything I needed. Customer service 10/10. I highly recommend this resort for family travel. Outside of it being a beautiful resort, the customer service is top tier!!!!! Highly recommend anyone looking book this resort. Close to food and shopping!

Great location for Disney no tolls required if you go the scenic route. Convenient travel for fast food, shopping, restaurants and souvenir shops. Amenities are nice. Rooms/suites are spacious 3 bedroom was technically a 4 bedroom has a king size bed, queen, two doubles and two twins. Equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer, soap powder. Full set of towels and pool towels. The downside staff wasn’t very helpful. They seemed lazy and consumed with their conversation. The vending machine is a little old doesn’t accept cc cards, you will have to go across to Holiday Inn for almost everything.

After booking a very last-minute trip to Orlando for spring break, we were happy to find this location, which had enough room for our family of six. We are Marriott owners and used interval to book. Unfortunately, upon arrival our reservation was not in the system. After proving we had a reservation, the team was able to get us into a room in building 23. The room appeared to be clean, however, is not well maintained. Wear and tear in kitchen cabinets, trim, and walls appear to need a fresh coat of paint. What took the cake was going to check out our pool view, which I was excited about, to find the windows were filthy on the exterior, literally obstructing the view of the pool. After addressing this with the front desk, they do not have anyone on property who maintains window cleaning at the third floor level and “that project is being worked on currently”. They were quite apologetic, which was nice but offered no immediate solution. This is a disappointment for sure. The pool area was quite nice. We did unfortunately find mold at the edges around the hot tub as you walk in. It simply appears that deep cleaning or regular maintenance has not been a priority at this property. Though we cannot make a change to a new property we will certainly consider this the last time we visit.
