Stayed her for three nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly and work really hard. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Very close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Real Comedy

A really good place to stay. Very friendly staff from the reception you get a warm welcome and the people are very helpful. We had one of the host ‘sky’ that was very friendly and guided us around where to go every day in Phuket. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. All the facilities provided was well maintained. I had my flight moved and the staff were very helpful to access me to stay at the resort a little while longer. Much love to the people at this place.

We are currently staying at this resort and it has exceeded all expectations in every way. Walked into a clean room, very spacious and a fantastic view. From the minute we arrived, hotel staff had beautiful customer service and welcomed us so warmly. It was an easy check in. Nan then took us (and all our luggage) up to our room, showed us around and was super kind and welcoming. We had the buffet brekky on our first morning where March had the best customer service and has continued to be so nice. I'm not sure the names of the ladies at the check in desk the night we checked in but they were so beautiful and welcoming too. Brought us drinks and icecream whilst we were checking in. The location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to beautiful Kata Beach! This is an awesome hotel and we highly recommend. We will be returning again and again!

Recently stayed for a few day vacation in the area. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would recommend for others to stay. I’ll have some positive and negative comments: Positive: - Location. The location was down the street from several food venues, a couple markets, and the beach. The hotel also has a taxi service where you can book travel to various locations, right at the front of the hotel. - Amenities. The hotel has quite a few amenities, with a couple large pools, a bar, a restaurant, and various daily dinner deals. - Staff. The staff was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Negative: - there were quite a bit of bugs in our room initially. We understand because of the season and the room can be a bit humid at first, so we didn’t bring it up as an issue. After our room was cleaned, no bugs so resolved! - The blow dryer would work for about 20-30 seconds and then shut off, need a 5 minute break, and then work again for another 20-30 seconds. Not a huge deal but it was an issue - After our first round of room service, the sliding door was left slightly ajar. We are on the second story so it wasn’t a big deal but it could have been if we were on the first story. Overall, good stay and we’d stay again if we came back in the future. We recommend this to any traveler who wants to stay in Phuket, especially the Kata area.

We had a wonderful stay at Chanalai Flora and felt very welcomed for the entire stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the facilities are looked after. In general you can tell they care a lot about detail and outstanding service. Location is also great, with the beach and loads of restaurants and amenities just a short walk away. Value for money is outstanding so I highly recommend it! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs on the premises.

It's a nice hotel with a pleasant area, but keep in mind that it's located on a slope and has multiple levels, so you'll need to walk up and down stairs. The downside is the hotel's location, which is not very convenient. On the other side of Karon Beach, there are more interesting places, and this side is more peaceful. If you're looking for more entertainment, consider choosing the further side of the beach.

Having a great stay here once again Everyone that works here is very good polite warming nothing is to much trouble. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable Only thing i can suggest is at night time for your dinner meals in resteraunt could you dim the lights so bright that puts me off eating in i like a more ambience setting and i would think most would . I stayed at the BW Phuket Ocean Resort for 2 weeks with my mother, and I was truly delighted with our experience. What really stood out to me was the incredible warmth of the staff. Every morning, Su and June welcomed us with genuine smiles and such attentive service. Their kindness and professionalism made each breakfast feel enjoyable. I also want to thank Yu whose constant smile and helpful attitude brought such a positive energy every time we crossed paths. The hotel itself was clean, well located, and the breakfast, though simple, was perfectly satisfying. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to diversify the dinner options a bit more. In addition, be aware that there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel !

A great property near Phuket’s beautiful yet less crowded Karon beach. Booked a hotel near Karon beach as Patong beach is usually very crowded. Wouldn’t recommend the place for people using wheelchairs as the property has a whole lot of stairs. They have 2 - 3 pools along with restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent but very limited choices for a buffet. They offer towels to use the beach which have to be returned. They give out a ticket or token which can be used to get a towel. The coffee machine in the reception is a very nice addition. I had a hot chocolate after every time I went to the beach or the pool which was comforting. The hotel has a good view of Karon beach.

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and cosy, has a convenient location close to the beach and the centre of Karon. Its amenities were all that we needed. And the best thing about the venue was its friendly, helpful, cheerful and always-smiling staff. We especially felt well taken care of by Mr John Ervin Gulfan, who made our stay even more pleasant with his readiness to help and his positive disposition. Highly recommended!

For a 3-star hotel, this place really delivers. It’s clean, well-kept, and has everything you need if your plan is to be out exploring most of the time. The location couldn’t be better if you’re a beach lover, and the pools are just perfect for cooling off. The real star of the show, though, is the staff super friendly, fast, and always willing to help. Special shout-out to Lucky at the pool bar! We ended up there almost every afternoon for a swim and a beer, and he made our stay extra memorable. Everyone else was great too. With a bit of a room upgrade, I could easily see this becoming a 4-star spot if they want too.

Staff lovely. Food amazing and well priced. Rooms large. Beds a bit hard. No beach access, but not too far to walk to beach, shops and good restaurants. Disappointed as daily happy hour advertised but there isn’t a happy hour. Cocktails at swim up bar served in paper coffee cups. Just not the same so only had 1 cocktail which is disappointing as I always like to book a swim up bar to relax and have a cocktail or two. Overall great value for price.

It's a good family resort, breakfast was great, most of the staff spoke a little English. Pools are good. Our bed was not very comfortable but rooms were clean. Situated in the centre of Kata which is great. Would have been phenomenal if the hotel had a shuttle. But all in all you won't be disappointed staying here

Stayed at Kata Sea Breeze Resort Phuket for 5 nights and received exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was great although the options didn’t change much from day to day. Rooms are spacious. There are many pools available. The hotel is conveniently located a walking distance from beach, shops and night markets. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A very average budget hotel. It was below our expectation but many others staying there seemed to enjoy it. We did not find the food to be very good - breakfast buffet was disappointing. The bathroom was not the quality we expected, and the rooms were very dated. However staff were lovely and helpful.

My partner and I stayed here and the hotel is amazing! It’s designed like a temple and surrounded by nature. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms are spotless and spacious, and there are three large swimming pools. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a lovely night market only 5–6 minutes on foot. The manager also gave us great tips for the next stops on our trip through Thailand The hotel has everything you could need, we truly recommend staying in this little palace. You won’t regret it, and we hope to come back soon!

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in Krabi and still should be much cheaper than what we paid. Upon check-in the staff are very rude and not friendly, you also have to pay 3000 baht deposit for the key which i’ve never seen it this high before but luckily we had some extra cash. On the first night we got to our room and there was a rat in the toilet, it was very capable of climbing out so we had to close the lid and call reception. I went to the phone and realised it wasn’t working, why? Because someone had snipped the cable in half. Very weird. So i walked the long distance to the reception and it took a very long time for the man to understand me even after translating. He came to the room and laughed and said he’d see what he could do, then showed me a room even further away to move into. It was a room with 3 tiny single beds. I’m not fussed about the type of hotel rooms but I feel as though I should’ve been offered an upgrade? The pool was dirty and not clear, needs cleaning. It really looks like they wanted to build a big fancy resort but gave up halfway, that’s the only way I could explain it. There is no bar at the hotel but they sell some beers in a fridge at the reception. The only good thing about the location is it’s nearby the landmark night market. there is loud music and noise late at night though. If you’re budget travelling like we were then it’s the cheapest hotel in the area, but you’re better off getting a hostel in my opinion :) They never apologised for the rat or broken phone btw.

The hotel is very grand but very worn, expect this and you will have a wonderful stay. We booked two nights and extended to four, staff were polite and helpful. Far enough away for a quiet night sleep but close enough to walk to and from main areas each night. Great to have pool access but remember, not 5 star! I will return when next in Ao Nang

Every aspect of the hotel is poor. The pictures explain for themselves. This is also no place to bring children as the pool area is very unsafe. As of April 2025 there is a bees nest in a water feature in the main pool area. Every towel is either stained or has holes it. About 3 members of staff work here. God knows what work they’re actually doing. This place needs to be shut down

I don’t know how to describe this place but it felt very very eerie. The hotel is huge yet there was only 3-4 rooms that visibly had people in them. It is very run down and old fashioned and really needs some TLC. The upside is the location and the pools. . Other than that i would say there are multiple different hotel that are the same/similar price that offer a more pleasant stay
