Yes the staff was very helpful she provided recommendations and reason behind this. Also we stated our budget and she worked closely with us to achieve this. Also stay clam with all the questions and little check we asked her to do nothing was too much effort. Kirsty Fox was her name

Used Destination 2 many times without any problems, however upon checking in at our hotel in Orlando we discovered our hotel booking was for 2019 instead of 2018. We were faced with a cost of almost twice the amount paid to Destination 2, plus the amount already paid to Destination 2 for the online booking. I called Destination 2, the offices were closed due to the time difference so I sent an email explaining the problem. First thing the following morning UK time, Destination 2 emailed a response to me, contacted the hotel and swiftly dealt with the problem and followed it up with a phone call to my mobile to confirm everything had been resolved. Outstanding Service and I highly recommend this organisation!
