We went during Spring break in March. This is a family resort so there wasn’t too much college kids. We requested a quiet room and we got it. Food was great, staff was amazing and we had a great time! The resort is super clean, didn’t see any dirty dishes/room service dishes left anywhere. At dinner they never let our water cups get below half full. As soon as you were done with your plate they took it. Very attentive. My whole family is gluten free and it was super easy for us to find things to eat. The gluten free pasta was amazing at the Italian restaurant, but the gluten free pizza was terrible. Would not get that again, taste like it was heated up from microwave. They had gluten free bread, rolls, muffins, buns, so we were able to have a good variety. This resort is shared by Secrets adults only resort and it was nice at night to leave our teen daughter in the room and have a little date with my husband at the coffee shop and do a little gambling at the casino within 1/4 mile from our room. The hotel has a large gate at the front and the resorts were towards the back away from the street. We always felt super safe. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

First off, I am a tad biased as I just proposed to my now Fiancé there so... The rooms, design, and layout were absolutely stunning. They have a plethora of pools from kids, kid friendly, and Adults only. 3 swim up bars. The staff are wonderful. Shoutout to Isabel, Lowys (sp?), Mr. Wonderful, and Esba(sp?) They were kind, helpful, accommodating and friendly. The spa was fantastic and relaxing. Food was good overall. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming but dinners were really good! The only thing for me is I wish the shows had a little more Dominican music, I understand you cater to the crowd but we traveled to come to you, show off more of the culture!!! But great trip and facilities. Will come to this resort again!!

Dreams Royal Beach is the best vacation location ever! Super clean, delicious food, and very friendly staff! Billy Sano (concierge) is the best! He consistently checked on our large group and made sure that all the details and requests were taken care of for us! There is good entertainment every night, plenty of mocktails for the kids, and no fighting for beach chairs or pool chairs. Nice store on site. The restaurants were beautiful & the food was delicious! 24-hour room service! All of the water used for consumption & ice was bottled! Daily refills in our room refrigerated, and a complimentary bottle of rum daily. Dinner at the wine cellar for Mom was perfect, and members received a 25% discount. Every room has a balcony and a jacuzzi!

We had a fantastic stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful—lush gardens, clean pools, a gorgeous beach, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The food was consistently good, with a wide range of options and friendly service at every restaurant. A special shoutout to our concierge, Junior, who truly elevated our experience. He was helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. His thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. Dreams Royal Beach is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and we’re already dreaming about our next visit!

In late March 2025, I went to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of my pastor and her husband... And it was a wonderful thing to celebrate! From the momentI arrived at the resort, the attention to service, was just top tier! Being greeted the moment I stepped out of my private transfer, to a seamless check-in process with a complimentary chilled hand towel for my face and hands, along with a glass of bubbly was certainly an excellent start! The room was clean, climate-controlled, and spacious, with a bottle of bubbly on hand, as well as a stocked mini fridge filled with sodas, water, juices, and beer! My second floor balcony had a hot tub that I really wanted to use, and never had the time for. My concierges were Emmanuel and Mayker (VIP and Personal, respectively) who always made sure I knew the days events and took care of any little needs that I had...especially keeping me stocked with bottled water and informing me about karaoke! Kudos to them! Even my housekeeper, Yasmin was so helpful with keeping my room tidy, stocked with towels and of course snacks! With a selection of restaurants, along with room service and a 24-hour cafe, there was no way you're going to go hungry. I really loved the mixed grill at Seaside Grill and the breakfast buffet at the World Cafe. Service with a smile and accommodating manner just felt a bit unreal, yet I was grateful for it. Dreams Royal Beach is situated on prime real estate with soft sand and turquoise blue waters. As the beach is public, there will be vendors offering all types of hair braiding, photo ops, and jewelry. If you want to buy, buy... if you don't just say "no thank you." Somehow, someway, I'll definitely be back❗💖
