It’s beautiful and well kept resort. It was maybe 5 star resort 10-15 years ago. But it is still well kept.Most beautiful part for me is grounds and beach Clean and neat, usually rooms are cleaned twice a day . Staff is super nice and welcoming, u feel like u are at home . A la carte restaurants are very good , i would just recommend bigger portions and more decorations for food. Only downside of this resort is morning buffet at World Caffe. Is pretty much basic with questionable food quality and variety and mostly same choices every day . I would like to see some more seafood, local food. Fresh juices not mixed with water. They have couple juice options at breakfast, they were all awful And P.S drinks are not top shelf, jack is best whisky and smirnof best vodka . Generally this is 4* experiences, but i would definitely go back

This is the most wonderful resorts i have visited. Beautiful resort with pools surrounding. Great beach. Several restaurants. The buffet option was very nice and good daily menue. My favorite restaurant was Mexican, not just a food, but working team well. Thank you so much all the workers there! We had butler Martin and it was our second experience to have him. He went above and beyond for us. I can't express how much i appreciate for his wonderful work, always delicate, been around and helping us out. After all, 10 stars. I think we found the best resort to go back over over and over.

What a fantastic place for a winter vacation away from the snow in Canada. You can choose everyday what you want to do, relax, swim, go on some excursions, sit by the beach and watch the ocean, swim in any pool, participate in any of day activities, day shows, night shows, just countless things to do, or do nothing, whatever you feel like doing. The staff is extremely good, the food in all the restaurants is top quality and there's many options that change daily. It's a definite must place to go if your looking for a vacation. Oh! I forgot to tell you, if you like cocktails, this place knows how to make them and they have so many to choose from. Thank you Dreams! My first 3 days have been a fabulous experience.

We had such an amazing vacation at Dreams Royal Beach. The staff are wonderful. There are so many staff that are always happy to help. We were very spoiled by the kindness, friendliness, and willingness of the staff to help with any need. I've never been anywhere with such great staff. Another great feature of this hotel is the location. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. I've read many reviews where the beach was loud, and patrons were constantly being solicited by vendors. That was not the case on this beach. It is very quiet and there were almost no vendors and they left us alone. The beach was wonderful. The pools are also beautiful and quiet. We have three children ages 19, 21 and 23. We were looking for somewhere that wasn't a party scene but would be enjoyable for our family. This place fit the bill perfectly. We also saw lots of animals in the mangrove which was fun to observe and photograph. The restaurants were also very nice. If you have food allergies, they do a great job at the restaurants helping you make good food choices. I would say, however, that the buffet isn't quite as well marked. There are tons of places were you can get desserts, pastries, ice cream, etc at all hours of the day. If you're both gluten free and dairy free, there aren't a ton of desserts for you, but I was okay with the options. We had such a great experience. Everything was clean, quiet, and well cared for. No surprises. Quick check in, quick check out. Couldn't have had a better experience. So happy with our choice to stay at Dreams Royal Beach.

We had a very enjoyable 10 day stay at Dreams Royal Beach, Punta Cana over the Christmas holiday with our family. We loved the size of the resort and walkability to the beach, pools, activities and local nature! The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good and the waiters were very attentive. A special shoutout to our drink servers Ambiorix on the beach, and Jeffry C poolside. They were excellent, friendly, affable servers! We have one complaint! On our last night, we had a Teppanyaki table booked for 7:30 but we did not get to our seats until 20 minutes later. That caused our meal to be a rushed affair as the chef, the server and the supervisor were hurrying to get us out for the next seating at 9. We enjoyed the food but we felt rushed so that was a disappointment!
