I'm thrilled to share my experience at this fantastic spot! The real gem here is Bella, an incredibly friendly and smiley lady who works with the team. From the moment you walk in, just ask for her—she’ll take great care of you from start to finish. The location is also spot-on. It’s conveniently situated with some truly stunning views. You can catch a glimpse of the iconic Address Hotel building and the magnificent Dubai Eye, which adds a special touch to the whole experience. And let’s talk about the breakfast! It’s exactly what you need to start your day on the right foot—delicious, well-presented, and just lovely all around. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my mornings. So, if you’re looking for a memorable place with great service, beautiful views, and a fantastic breakfast, this is it. And don’t forget to ask for Bella—she’s the best! We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights, and all I can say is that it was a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The beds are super comfy and large, with bedsheets changed daily. The location is also excellent, situated in Dubai Marina. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only downside is that the metro station is a bit far, about a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety, and they offer vegan and gluten-free options on demand. All of the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful.

Being our third vacation in Dubai, we thought we knew what to expect from this place, but the people at Wyndham Dubai Marina showed us that there are still things that can surprise us. The hotel offers many facilities, and our room was very spacious and bright, with a superb view. Everything is arranged with good taste and clean. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are excellent. I also celebrated a birthday during my stay in this hotel and the people at the reception were super prompt, Shyam (the one who arranged everything) doing an excellent job! I warmly recommend this hotel! Bravo!

Hey Wyndham team! I want to be very honest with you, with my feedback. The points won't be deducted, but I'll give you my maximum so as not to disrupt your work, but some household tasks definitely need attention. I think you need to work more on the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower heads from above seem like they haven't been touched for years. The mirrors also have cleaning issues. In fact, in the 7 days we've stayed, you've done daily cleaning often and changed the towels, but I would greatly prefer if the duvet and pillow had protectors, it's a standard for good hotels. As for the carpets in the room, I think you've put them as accessories, either wash them more often or remove them altogether as they give a bad feeling. The breakfast is abundant and well-organized except for 2 or 3 suggestions that if accepted, I would be happy to share with you. First, the boiled eggs should be cooked with different timings and not just one type, more variety in omelets. All these points I've mentioned are constructive and not meant to be negative towards you. We thank you for your hospitality and wish you continued success.

Avoid this hotel if you are Muslim/POC. We experienced racism especially at the pool by other guests because we were wearing modest swimwear. We also experienced racism by staff who we caught lying to us and not providing services to us but happily did for white people. We asked chef if meat was halal, we were told no, then we asked someone else who said yes. Felt very uncomfortable during our duration there! Only two staff members made us feel comfortable - Bella at reception and Premsagar at breakfast. We were glad to be leaving for another hotel, would not recommend to anyone!
