My husband and I recently visited this resort for our honeymoon and we have had the best time! We are avid cruisers so it was nice to try something similar. Each day we were here the staff have been friendly and caring. The food at the dinner restaurants have been delicious! The food at the lunch and breakfast buffet has been good overall. There have been a few hit of miss items but overall the food is good and the service is great! The one thing that we noticed is that the bars and pools do not stay open late which was disappointing but overall we can’t wait to come back!

This is an adults only hotel. I had a junior ocean view room which was spacious. The room had a balcony over looking the pool area and the ocean. It came with a hammock that was a nice touch. The pool was quite loud at times with music and activities. Things calmed down around 10 pm. The room came equipped with a refrigerator that was restocked daily with 2 waters some beer and some soda. The hotel is on the beach, but the beach is not really usable as it's quite rocky and not great for swimming. You can easily access a nicer beach, however, other hotel chains have chairs right down to the high water mark so finding space is a challenge and guards patrol the chairs. Hotel staff was very helpful and we easily got reservations at two of the fine dining restaurants at the hotel. This is an all inclusive which was a good value. They have a coffee bar with pastries open pretty much all day as well as a room with self serve to go options like fruit and sandwiches. The all you can eat buffet had a huge variety of choices for each meal. The few downsides were the noise from the pool which one afternoon was so loud we opted to go for a walk off property. While you can easily get alcohol, getting bottled water can only happen if you call room service. There is no self serve option for water. Also, apparently, they don't have face cloths. I asked three separate times for one and never got any. They have hand towels and bath towels only, which makes it a challenge to wash the sunblock off your face. We were easily able to book excursions with pick up at the hotel. We also were within 5 minutes of 5th Avenue which was chock full of dining and shops.

Pros: - Overall very delicious food, especially at the Brasas restaurant. - Well connected with the city center if you want to engage in activities during the day. - Amazing poolside bar service; the guys working there are the best. - Super tasty buffet breakfast; they make omelets and bacon on the spot. - Very friendly and fun entertainment and sports staff. Cons: - Some rooms should have "ocean view" but don't. Be careful with the room you pay for and the one you get; we had this problem and had to go through the entire check-in check-out process to move to a new room. - Very low water pressure. In the first room, it took a long time to get hot, and in the second, we had a problem of no water for half an hour (they had to come in and fix it). - Pool beds get taken quickly; people leave towels to reserve them. It's very annoying if you want to wake up peacefully. - The beach area is not well maintained, lacking a bit of the sea experience in the resort. - Some cocktails are made well, others poorly. Overall, a very nice experience and I would recommend it 100%!

I was here this past week for a girls' trip. This place is wonderful for adults. My highlights of the resort were the staff and the food. Every single staff member from the front desk, to bartenders, dining service, and housekeeper were wonderful. All greeted with a smile, even just passing in the halls. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Big enough for two friends to share a space without crowding each other. Negative was the pool swimming closed very early, around 8pm. Bar closing at 11pm
