Seaside serenity can be found on the shores of Loh Ba Gao Bay, the secluded spot that’s home to SAii Phi Phi Island Village. Traditional Thai-style bungalows are nestled amongst fragrant gardens and verdant greenery to create this taste of paradise, that enjoys a private beach and spectacular sea views. In fact, water-babies will be in their prime here, with an impressive list of boat trips, water sports and a PADI certified dive centre. Or you can simply choose to relax on the silky soft sands and let your worries drift away in the sea breeze. SAii Phi Phi Island Village features an array of fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness centre and a tranquil spa. There’s four restaurants to try, with Api Restaurant serving an irresistible spread of Thai specialities and international favourites for three meals a day. Later, you can kick off your flip flops and enjoy toe-tapping live entertainment at the Beach House Grill and Chill. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect holiday hideaway for a dream honeymoon or exotic romantic getaway to Thailand’s picturesque islands.

Distance from airport

Phuket International Airport is the nearest, with a ferry transfer service available to SAii Phi Phi Island Village, which takes approximately 1 and a quarter hours. Phuket pier is approximately 37km away from the airport, where you will pick up the boat transfer. It’s also possible to take a public ferry to Phi Phi Island from Krabi, Aonang and Koh Lanta, where you’ll take a long-tail boat ride to connect to the hotel.

The resort offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was excellent—fresh, varied, and something we looked forward to each morning. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn’t included by default, so you’ll need to pay extra for it. Getting to the resort is an adventure in itself. You can arrive by ferry or speed boat. Ferries dock at the main pier, but if you're coming by speed boat, you'll likely transfer to a smaller boat near the resort. Depending on the tide, you may need to walk a short distance in knee-deep water to reach shore. It’s all part of the island experience! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort restaurants served very good food, though prices are on the higher end. The fitness center was a pleasant surprise—well-maintained and a great option for those who want to stay active while traveling. Overall, SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivers a relaxing, tropical escape with excellent service, great amenities, and a family-friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the SAii resort (2 adults and 2 kids) for 5 nights. Everything was great, from the reception desk to the hotel and restaurant staff. The room was clean, and drinking water was free for 24 hours. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a great variety. The restaurants on the resort are ok. You can always find something on the menu, even for my picky kids. The beach is fantastic, with clean water. The pool was big, with a lot of shade to rest in. You can get a paid shuttle to the main town, but it doesn't happen often. The way back is easier but more expensive.

Our trip was off with a rocky start but Ms. Nora and her team made sure that our stay here was as comfortable as possible. The rooms newly renovated were very homely and comfortable. The views from this property and their private beach give you an experience that you won't be able to get anywhere else. My favourite thing has to be the cycles that you get to rent here. Its simply therapeutic to cycle through the pathways here in the midst of nature. The best thing about this place is truly the people. So hospitable and positive makes you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation.

Our 3-night stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and felt completely taken care of by the attentive staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible spa experience. Nok provided the most relaxing treatments, including a wonderful massage, an Indian scalp massage, and a rejuvenating facial. Her skills and professionalism made it a truly blissful experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and renewed. Beyond the excellent service, we truly appreciated the resort’s commitment to environmental awareness. It was wonderful to see the care they put into sustainability while maintaining such a beautiful and serene atmosphere. Everything—from the stunning beachfront location to the exceptional service—made this trip unforgettable.

It’s difficult to put into words how idyllic and magnificent this place is. We stayed Monday to Friday and could have stayed another week easily. From our arrival by boat to our departure, this is by far the most lovely resort holiday we have had. The resort staff do absolutely everything they possibly can to make your stay as perfect as they can and we were so sad to leave our wonderful, wonderful Sandra from reception who cared for us in every way we needed. She is a credit to Saii and I look forward to seeing her again next year. I enjoyed an excellent afternoon at the Spa looked after by the beautiful Ausy, who pampered me for two full hours. She is the best. The village behind the resort is the cutest thing and the villagers are very friendly and accommodating to the resort goers. We had multiple massages every day in the village as they are much much cheaper than the resort, and the food and bars are really great too. I can’t wait to come back here… I think this will be the first of many many visits in the future. I would say that if there was anything that could be better, it would be that the prices in the restaurant and spa were more reflective of the fact we were in Thailand.
