Love this hotel. Fantastic staff. Our lovely host Snow up in the club lounge offered exceptional service. She took the time to chat with us each night, asking about our day and offering advice and information about our intended plans. It was nice that she connected with us and all the guests in the lounge. The food and free flowing drinks were so tasty and it was so appreciated after long days of shopping and sightseeing. Highly rate this hotel.

Check in experience was good. The suite was comfortable and I had a great view of the canal. There are plenty of eating spaces on the canal front. Dubai Mall was a 20min comfortable walk. Taxis were very easily available in the front porch. Breakfast in the executive lounge was good. The only negative - I asked for gluten free bread at breakfast time. And the chef sent up some frozen packaged rolls the next day to the executive lounge which of course I couldn’t eat. They were frozen solid.

The Spa at the Pullman Hotel Downtown is fantastic. Mimi gave me an incredible deep tissue massage, could not give her a more positive review! Highly recommend her, so friendly, knowledgeable and her massage services were amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at Pullman downtown.
The stay was pleasant.
Staff was welcoming… always with a greet and smile. We planned to celebrate our anniversary in Dubai and as soon as the staff to be particular CHRIS got to know that, he made it more special for us with a little surprise. Thanks a lot to him specially.
The pool was fun, breakfast menu was amazing and location is a huge plus point.
I will highly recommend this place for anyone any day.

I requested two weeks ahead to have interconnected rooms and they said they were not able to confirm but they will note it as high priority. Then I called a night before our check in to confirm if they can accommodate what I requested and they still weren’t able to confirm. Then I called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm and they still weren’t able to confirm. During check in they said they weren’t able to accommodate my request even though it was high priority for two weeks ahead… they gave us rooms next to each other which was fine but not convenient for us.
The hotel service is slow. Slow valet service better to call for your car in your room before leaving. Slow service to collect luggage had to call twice. Slow room service. Asked for more water and had to call twice.
Rooms were OK. Aesthetic wise it was decent. However, comparing to other 5 star hotels in the same area, there are nicer options if you are looking for more luxury.
Had issues with the A/C and we had to change the room which was inconvenient. And they were reluctant to change the room at first saying they are no available room until they found one somehow.
Location is good! And price range was OK comparing to other 5 star hotels and I used the Accor membership.
In conclusion, I will definitely book for other hotels in the same area next time.
