Wow! A beautiful hotel with top quality service food amenities and 10/10 service. This place is vibrant, a resort to calm your nerves , stress levels, it's relaxing. You will need to hire a car, the towns nearby are historic and beautiful. Mallorcan's are very friendly, It is a great place to relax for some quality quiet time and appreciating the beautiful views.

This hotel is incredibly well ran and has the best views in all of Mallorca. Highly recommend staying here. Prices are steep but worth it. We stayed here in July and it was a highlight of the trip. This hotel has all the things to offer: store, multiple pools + restaurants, insane views, art gallery and a shuttle service to where ever you need to go. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

This is a beautiful hotel that makes you feel very special right from the welcome through to check out. The staff just cannot do enough for you. The setting is standing with a hotel being on a cliff top overlooking the beautiful bay of Port Soller and surrounding mountains. This was our second stay and we will certainly return as do many other guests whom we met.

This is a 5 star hotel where the kitchen cant get eggs right. Pray that it all goes well because they also do not respond to complaints. The level of service from the moment that we checked in was chaotic and disorganised. Check in was incorrect, room service wrong twice (2 hours waiting on it, sent to the wrong room, sent a poached egg instead of a boiled egg - twice), hours at breakfast waiting on eggs, they don’t have a functioning lost and found, staff at reception lost and confused. Most of all, the hotel kitchen threw our wedding cake in the bin without telling us. What was supposed to be a once in a lifetime stay was completely ruined by the service in this hotel. No response to individual complaints or acknowledgment of their faults of service.

Great location which incredible views and very friendly and inviting staff. Service was impeccable, and again, go rooms are drop dead gorgeous. Very short walk to one of the best restaurants in Port as Soller, and very easy access to the Port area for activities. Would definitely stay again!
