A very pleasant experience. I was staying at the hotel with a group of 12 golfers and we each had our own junior suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very attentive and tables were cleared regularly. Bar staff were of the same standard. The reception staff went out if their way to make our stay memorable, from booking taxi's, recommending resaurants and general helpfulness. What's nit to like about the hotel.

We stayed for a family holiday and it was our first time here. What an amazing place!! The hotel was superb in every respect. The food was outstanding, level of service was excellent and the facilities were brilliant. All the staff were excellent, polite & couldn't do enough for us, well done to them all. It was my wife's 60th birthday whilst there and the hotel went above & beyond as they gave her a bottle of prosecco & a lovely heart shaped cake, amazing ❤️ Thankyou for making our stay so special and we look forward to coming back next year for our summer break. The location of the hotel is excellent, sitting in an elevated position giving wonderful views of the area. The staff at every level are excellent - from reception , restaurant and cleaning staff. All had a welcoming attitude and treated everyone as a valued customer. They couldn’t have been better. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Saved the best to the last. - the food. It was incredible, the range and quality and presentation was very, very satisfying. It was our second year to stay at the Zafiro and we are already thinking of returning next year. Overall my rating for this excellent hotel would be 10/10.

Our second visit this year. As always the staff are amazing. They work long shifts but always are happy to see you. Food and drinks excellent. Great location just 5 min or so walk to the port. Booked an excursion with reception through No Frills to Soller. Was stunning. We really love this hotel

We’ve just returned home from a weeks holiday at Zafiro Palace Alcudia. After a very long day travelling there, delayed flights, then hotel transfer we didn’t arrive until 2am. The check in was faultless and staff friendly. They had put on a small buffet for us in the market restaurant which was a lovely touch and they gave us a bottle of water each. Our room was amazing. Spacious, modern, very clean. Bed huge, and very comfortable. The open bathroom situation didn’t bother us as I’d read other reviews but we have been married for 24yrs so not shy about these things! Our room was a swim up room 4006. And the pool was quiet compared to the other pools. This was mainly because it was quite cold as it didn’t get much sun which suited me perfectly as it was so refreshing. The weather was hot all week so it was nice to cool down in. We had a lovely large outdoor area with table and chairs, sun loungers and a sun bed. My husband was very happy as it was in the shade which meant he could sit out all day, he is red headed so burns very easily. The room was cleaned perfectly each day by a lovely maid. We chose to stay bed and breakfast. The breakfast was always very busy but the food selection was great with lots of lovely fresh food to choose from daily. We had a short wait to be seated but all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We didn’t use any of the on site restaurants we walked the short walk to the harbour and beach where we had a large choice of places to eat dinner. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, lush and green and beautifully kept. We had a very relaxing, wonderful holiday which is what we needed. Staying here made it all the more special and we will definitely return.
