We stayed at the Zafiro Alcudia Palace for 11 nights and had a genuinely five-star experience. The variety and availability of food throughout the day was fantastic, especially travelling as a family of three with a toddler. The entertainment team really made the holiday special for our daughter — they couldn’t do enough for her and were so warm, welcoming and personal in their approach. She had an amazing time because of them. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, clean and excellent overall. The only improvements we’d suggest would be a better or more accessible booking system for the à la carte restaurants, and smart TVs in the rooms so guests can stream or cast their own shows. Other than that, we had a brilliant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day ! The only downsides were the pools were quite cold and food at lunch/dinner was ok.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been to. The rooms are superb, the choice of food exceptional, the staff are the most cheerful and helpful I have ever experienced and although we only stayed for 3 nights it felt as if we had been there for a lot longer and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special.

My family and I had the most lovely holiday at this resort. I did a ton of research before, and was consistently stuck between two resort chains and I'm so glad I finally decided on this one. The location is very close to the Old Town/Marina. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants and convenience stores for snacks. It made for nice evening strolls and a change of scenery. Nothing can compare or come close to the staff. Every single member was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond in their interactions. The Mini Club workers especially were so silly and kind to my kids (4 and 7) and my kids genuinely wanted to go each morning and participate in the daily activities. My daughter cried when we left because she "wanted to stay forever." It is an incredibly family-friendly hotel, and while there are spaces I think couples could enjoy that are a bit more removed, I'd say it's geared more towards those with small kids. The entertainment was a bit cheesy, but the kids LOVED it and were enamored by the magician and band, and got their wiggles out before bed every night with their new resort gang of friends. We never had dinner at the buffet , but the breakfast had a large variety of options -- from sweet and savory, local delights and healthier options. The staff worked so hard to keep everything clean and moving efficiently. While it was busy in the morning (we usually went around 10:00-10:15) we never had trouble finding a table. I wouldn't say the food is exceptional or Michelin worthy, but I think for a breakfast buffet and for a few lunches and dinners it is perfectly okay. I'm actually shocked I didn't turn into a pineapple, I had SO many virgin Pina Coladas over the course of 5 days. We opted for a swim-up room and while it was neat to walk out the gate and dip in, we weren't in our room enough to justify the cost. The room itself was very clean and nicely appointed, but the layout is a bit odd. The kids are on a pull-out couch very near the parents, and the bathroom stall and shower have frosted glass but are very open to the bedroom leaving little privacy. Again -- we were out at the pool, on our balcony or around the manicured grounds and enjoying the services offered, not the room as much. Overall, we would go back and could have easily stayed an extra 2 days. We will carry these memories with us forever.

A very pleasant experience. I was staying at the hotel with a group of 12 golfers and we each had our own junior suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very attentive and tables were cleared regularly. Bar staff were of the same standard. The reception staff went out if their way to make our stay memorable, from booking taxi's, recommending resaurants and general helpfulness. What's nit to like about the hotel.
