Great facilities and rooms. Bike facilities and kid pools are fantastic. Rooms are kept well and housekeeping does a great job. But the general restaurant is a disaster, the most unpleasant dining experience we've had yet, and not worthy of five stars (insufficient food during the rushes, overcooked and worryingly undercooked food, including meat and seafood). Coffee is watered down and undrinkable. Lack of service during meal services. Unfortunately the food soured the rest of the experience for this family.

We had the best time This resort offered everything we wanted. It’s my first time travelling to Spain and going to an all-inclusive resort. And it was everything I hoped for. I’m a single dad and travelled to this hotel with my 6 year old son. We were welcomed by super friendly reception team. Our room was clean, modern and had plenty of space to store and hang clothes. There was even a mini kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine - I like my coffee just as I wake up and don’t want to be missioning to a cafe. The bed was big and comfy and a cute single pull out bed from under the sofa for my son at night in the lounge area - with sliding doors on the bedroom for some privacy so he could play in the morning before I wake up. My son is used to soft close toilet seats (privileged boy) so constant slamming of the toilet seats became a thing every time he went to the toilet - I do feel like most hotels have these in now, but alas, a small thing for the hotel to put on its future to-do list. I did pay for all inclusive. So made use of the Market restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was great and extensive. Grilled fish and meat options which is perfect for me. And lots of pasta and pizza options for my son to have as a treat from time to time. Plenty fresh fruit and unlimited deserts too. We didn’t drink any alcohol but people around us didn’t hold back. Dirty plates didn’t sit on the table for longer than 60 seconds and tables were always kept clean and ready for more residents to sit down. Any queue we had to get in was short lived - just a few minutes. There were some other restaurants available by pre-booking on their hotel app but I didn’t make use of these. I eat a lot of meat, and my son eats very little of few things, so the Market as a buffet was just ideal. There’s like 6 or more swimming pools all within a minutes walk from our room including one with loads of slides for kids and another with a big bouncy bubble slide and fountain which my son became obsessed with lol The gym was small, had bare minimum weights and machines but adequate for the 4 nights for me. Thankfully not too busy this time of year with only one bench and one cable machine. There’s a kids club open for 1-2 hours in the morning and the same in the afternoon. I used this for my son while at the gym and he loved it there. Staff were super friendly and attentative and given the choice my son would probably rather go back there in the afternoons than go swimming with me lol Gloria in the reception team really stood out. We had a couple of small mishaps (like a birthday cake I ordered to the room with Happy Birthday Grandpa on it rather than the name). She always smiled and put things right. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her colleagues. And to be fair all of the staff at the resort had the same customer-centred attitude. The taxi to the hotel was €70 from Palma airport. I will come back here stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Great spacious rooms. Lots of pools, although as we visited in October, all the outside pools were very, very cold. Found the inside pool, which was warm, so we spent the time there as we had a 6 month old. Food great. Entertainment was a little late, but ok. Had a great time.

If you go with family you’ll likely have a good time. Food was generally good, excellent in places, service was warm and efficient and the rooms were spacious and comfortable although our view was of a car park. The weird bathroom layout was fine with a young family but wouldn’t work with teens! The immediate surroundings aren’t great but the nearest beach is ideal for kids, there are a handful of nice restaurants on the jetty and Alcudia town, which is a pleasant 20 min walk or 10 min bus, is really nice. However, the layout of the hotel seems designed to induce sensory overload! The pirate pool (which smells of urine constantly) is right in the middle of the property, next to the adult pool and veranda restaurant, so it’s impossible to escape the sound. Similarly, the evening entertainment was very loud and very late. Luckily we couldn’t hear it from our room but we tried to have a quiet drink one night (grandma was babysitting!) and couldn’t find a single spot away from the sound. So, if you’re searching for peace and quiet or romance I’d go elsewhere, but if you want to have an easy time with young kids and not feel judged for screaming toddlers, this is your place!

It's a nice hotel, but not up to 5 star standard I don't think. The good: location is excellent and the grounds have lots of swimming pool options. The rooms have a kitchenette. The bad: all rooms contain a window from the bathroom into the bedroom, there is no blind on this window. There is also no door to the bathroom. I just don't understand this stupid feature. It removes all privacy and also means that whoever is sleeping is awoken by lights going on whenever someone uses the bathroom at night. They obviously have received complaints since their solution was to bring us a self-fitting shower curtain to cover the window. This resolved the privacy issue but the curtain didn't block any light so that was still a problem. Shower door leaked onto the floor and our bath mat was never replaced. Only one sunbed on the balcony. Lots of screaming children. Thankfully we were off peak season, but it's definitely not a couples hotel. Breakfast buffet is plentiful but food quality varies. Some staff were lovely and super friendly and helpful, but we encountered a couple of very surly and abrupt people who gave the place a bad name.
