I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless throughout, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with plenty of variety and great quality, and the evening entertainment really added to the experience. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming hotel.

Fabulous family friendly hotel right in the middle of a lovely spot with beach/fan restaurants and close to Palma airport for transfer. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is amazing, pools are spotless, gym has state of the art equipment. Daytime and evening entertainment is fabulous with early kids disco and later entertainment options. Have been back twice and would definitely return!

Great experience in Zafiro Palace Alcudia -hotel in May 2025. Food in Buffet-restaurant is fresh and very good. The whole personnel is efficient and friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished and they are quiet. The whole hotel area is well maintained and clean. Bike station fulfilled well our needs. The minuses are 1) the view from streetside rooms - straight towards a parking lot 2) don't expect too much from spa-premises (talking about pool and sauna, didn't try the treatments).

Great facilities and rooms. Bike facilities and kid pools are fantastic. Rooms are kept well and housekeeping does a great job. But the general restaurant is a disaster, the most unpleasant dining experience we've had yet, and not worthy of five stars (insufficient food during the rushes, overcooked and worryingly undercooked food, including meat and seafood). Coffee is watered down and undrinkable. Lack of service during meal services. Unfortunately the food soured the rest of the experience for this family.

Our second visit to the hotel with our son and it was even more fun than the first. The hotel is great, comfortable rooms, great facilities - but the staff, wow, they are simply wonderful. From our first greeting by the porters through to anyone you meet around the hotel at any time. Just brilliant, loved our visit.
