Very good, excellent all inclusive package that caters for grown ups and the kids. The buffet is actually high quality and service friendly. Many pools to swim in. Perhaps the only criticism is believe it or not, there's not that much for the kids to do other than post in the pools. There's a kind of a kids club but it could be way better. The evening 9pm show is a single act of varying standards, but overall the hotel tries hard to keep everyone happy.

Excellent family holiday. The hotel was very pleasant, restaurants served nice food, staff very friendly, variety of pools with plenty of loungers. Evening entertainment was great for both adults and children. The hotel gym and spa facilities were great. If you fancied a stroll out of the hotel, there we're plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and stalls along the port and beach front. A very family friendly resort.

Great hotel, swim-up one bed suite is the room to go for, block 2 probably the most convenient. This hotel is a great blend between something to occupy the kids for days on end whilst being quality enough so that parents don’t suffer!! Food offer all good, the breakfast buffet the usual belly busting array of options - the evening buffet similar. Nice Asian restaurant- expect to pay 200 EUR for 2 kids and 2 adults. staff all very friendly. Best option in port Alcudia.

Went to the Zafiro Hotel with my cousin for a week to relax and enjoy an vacation. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. The room service was to a high standard, with the possibility to clean everyday. New towels for shower and pool every day. The staff was lovely, and the breakfast met our expectations. Lots of variety for a healthy or more sweet breakfast. The 18+ pool area was a great way to relax away from children, although it was close by the other pools (not noice canceling). The spa massage was very nice, but expensive. Recommend only eating breakfast at the hotel, and the rest of the meals outside of the hotel. Close to restaurants and markets, and only 40 minutes away from Palma with bus. Would definitely recommend, especially for families.

So delighted with the welcome we received, which is beyond anything we have experienced at a host of international 5-star hotels (NYC Plaza, London Savoy and Lanesborough and many others). As we were a late arrival after 9.30pm, and too late for dinner, they put on a very nice cold buffet with named tables for late arriving guests. We seemed to be the only takers, but it was greatly appreciated.
I disagree with a few other negative reviews saying the room are old - the hotel was opened only around 2015! Nicer suites are very good - I recommend the small private pool rooms as you get two large daybeds, small pool and large patio. No complaints so far at all. I do get others comments about the hotel needing to be more strict with people reserving sun beds but not using them - it’s one of my biggest pet hates that stopped me returning to other resorts. Less of a problem when your room is big enough to have private loungers etc, but I get the irritation for other room categories.
