Really amazing place to stay! Wonderfully nice and helpful staff. The room is high quality, the spa is good, everything is clean and nice. Good location in the middle of town, close to the beach and restaurants, as well as shopping and free parking on the streets (if you can find a spot) nice outside pool area, and overall we had a wonderful stay! Only thing that let me down a bit was the 20 eur breakfast which was nice but felt rather fat and sugary, it could have been better with more vegetables, there was only whole tomatoes and salty olives. Also personally, in the morning, I don't like having to order tea, coffee or warm egg dishes from a waiter, I'd much rather pay less and get stuff on my own. But overall, really nice place!

Our recent stay at Alcudia Port Suites was simply fantastic! As returning guests, we were once again impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Beautiful boutique hotel well renovated, situated in the best part of Alcudia! Our room (suite) was amazing, very quiet and big. The food is excellent : from the breakfast (wich was one of the best one I have experimented) to the dinner (we had our best paella ever)! Thanks a lot to the staff which has been so nice during our stay! The outdoors are nice too but slightly under our expectations : the swimming pool is small as well as the garden and sun beds area which make the space quickly busy. Views are not amazing, the sea being hidden by buildings. However, those points are secondary, we had an overall amazing stay, highly recommend it!

The Hotel is very nice, also is the staff. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was super fresh and the variety was perfect. It was super clean. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and all other customers who want to have a wonderful holiday in Alcudia. Thanks a lot and see you next time.

Don’t usually leave reviews but we had to for the AMAZING staff! From arriving to checking out the experience was made magically because of all the incredible staff. As a young family on our first holiday we were made to feel so welcome and safe. A few points if you’re reading this as a young family looking for the right hotel! - We booked the suite as our daughter is 9 months and sleeps in her own room so we were able to pull the doors closed for her to sleep in the lounge area - we use MAM bottles and dummy’s. We took them down to breakfast with us and the staff microwaved them to sterilise - The hotel is right opposite a pharmacy and supermarket so you can get any extras/urgent things you need - Breakfast has loads of weaning friendly bits and baby chairs with trays so you can put bits out for them if your babies are feeding themselves - Whilst the hotel is family friendly there is no ‘child’ area around the pool etc. Our baby is very chilled but if your baby isn’t or is older and wants to jump and play in pools etc I wouldn’t recommend the pool area as there are adult couples etc chilling
