Not really a 5-star hotel. The hotel staff is really rude when you have any sort of problem. They are not trying to solve it, not even try to apologize for the bad situations that may happen to anyone. Totally disappointed with the level of service they provide. They may tell you breakfast is 12 euros (despite they all have great command of English language), in fact it’s 20 euros per person. The breakfast itself is like 3-star hotel, they have very limited selection and their a-la carte menu is really horrible from cooking quality perspective. Not even close to any of the nearest cafes. Spa was not working when we wanted to visit it. Location is good though. I do NOT recommend this place, and will not stay again in the future.

We had a great stay recently. We got a free room upgrade which was amazing. The facilities (spa, pool, room) were all great. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. I would like more fresh cut fruit available at breakfast, if I had to be really picky.

Really amazing place to stay! Wonderfully nice and helpful staff. The room is high quality, the spa is good, everything is clean and nice. Good location in the middle of town, close to the beach and restaurants, as well as shopping and free parking on the streets (if you can find a spot) nice outside pool area, and overall we had a wonderful stay! Only thing that let me down a bit was the 20 eur breakfast which was nice but felt rather fat and sugary, it could have been better with more vegetables, there was only whole tomatoes and salty olives. Also personally, in the morning, I don't like having to order tea, coffee or warm egg dishes from a waiter, I'd much rather pay less and get stuff on my own. But overall, really nice place!

Our recent stay at Alcudia Port Suites was simply fantastic! As returning guests, we were once again impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The food was consistently good, contributing to the great experience throughout our stay. Overall, our second visit to Alcudia Port Suites was truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! 🏖️

Room was nice enough, but splurging on the rooftop jacuzzi was a mistake. There was a tub on the roof, and with some fantasy you could fit two people in is. The private part ends with not sharing - there are 1m high walls between your private rooftop and your neighbours one. The staff is really helpful and friendly, the surrounding area was not for us: too noisy, too much mass-tourism.
