I had the pleasure of staying here in the suite with the seaside view and wow did it not disappoint. The room was huge and felt very luxurious and comfy. The suite: It was separated by a door and had a nespresso machine, two tvs, a king sized bed, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Plushy robes and slippers also provided and a cute straw bag to put your stuff inside and towels. The AC/Air conditioning was also functional but only on one half of the room. It was enough to bring our room fron 25°c to 23.5°c. The couch was also so soft and comfy. The balconies were also spacious and provided a great view of the sea and beach. The shower gel etc also was very nice :) The one thing that did bother us was the confusing light function, we turned on the lights near the bed and it was flickering until I took the hotel card out to turn the power off. The fan and tv remote were also not functional, which I do not find acceptable, especially if we are spending a good amount each night. Hence the star deduction for the rooms. Service and food: The employees were very helpful and friendly and the food at breakfast was good. Decent selection and I loved the detox juice. Carmen is really helpful and friendly and even booked us taxis there and back. Bonus that its adults only. Location: Central to everything, 3 mins by foot to the beach, infront theres markets and stores and even a ben and jerrys ice cream vendor. Really amazing. The cafe behind the hotel is also amazing, I highly recommend it if you like patisseries. Amenities: Pool outside was nice and the seats also comfy. The pool could be a bit colder especially when its 30°c or hotter. We ended up going to the beach more often because it was colder there. We also tried the spa area and same thing, water was lukewarm and the saunas were not functional. Not acceptable for a 5* hotel. I would come back to this hotel, maybe even try the presidential suite, but the hotel really needs to fix these issues.

I have now stayed at this hotel for two birthdays now and I can say NOTHING short of excellent ! It was my second visit this time a solo trip and standards are still very high it was a pleasure to stay here again and I’m extremely happy I returned. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful the hotel is lovely the food chefs kiss all in all an amazing stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the [highlight a specific feature, e.g., spa, rooftop pool, or restaurant], were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Very good experience all in all. The hotel was very stylish, clean and fresh from the entrance, through the common areas continuing to our room. Breakfast was very good and high quality with the à la carte options. The highlight of our stay was the service. And the highlight of the service was Carmen. She welcomed us late evening with such a warm and joyful presence. She was the best hostess we have seen in a while and we travel a lot in different countries and continents. Carmen made our stay extraordinary - a huge thank you. 😊

I had a wonderful time here. The room was large and spacious, with a great view. I enjoyed lying on the outdoor lounge chair, feeling the breeze, and watching the stars. The port is just a few minutes' walk away. I would especially like to commend the housekeeping staff. They were the most meticulous and careful I have ever encountered! They tidied up the room for me, and I was truly surprised and extremely satisfied! However, there are still a few things that need attention: 1. There is no valet parking service. To get to the parking lot, you need to walk around, and you can't access it directly from the hotel. I noticed there is a side door that could shorten the distance to the parking lot, but it was not open. 2. The water in the bathroom tends to spill out easily. 3. There is no master switch for the lights, so you have to turn them off one by one. It would be much more convenient if there was a master switch by the bedside.
