Love this hotel! Not just a pretty building, but also great service and comfortable bed! We stayed here for a night, hope it was longer! Great venue for relaxation, etc. If you are visiting, hiring a car is recommended.

Please don't stay here, it's a lovely property with such terrible management and staff you'll wish you'd never booked. The service is shocking and not 5 star. The hotel keeps promising to improve but these issues have been in reviews for months and still remain. We complained whilst there and got no apology. - room wasn't ready on time despite it being clean, had to escalate with a manager who immediately deemed it ready - staff are so overworked they're grumpy, rude and get orders wrong - not all inclusive, there's set menus for everything but breakfast. Very limited menus and we were only there for 5 days - have to book to eat dinner in the only restaurant and if you don't the grumpy waitress won't let you in despite it being empty - not relaxing being on a schedule on holiday with a baby. Dinner from 7pm too, late for children - events manager is very unhelpful, why is he a manager or has he just checked out? - family pool near the bar so loud - only one small shack for day time food, lunch and drinks so big queues, no poolside service - no allergens on the menus and labelling vague and incomplete, we were given the wrong thing many times - you have to sign for everything including a water bottle which makes service slow - room service 8 euros despite being all incl - no security and reception tucked away so no wonder there's been thefts - you need a car to do anything else - inaccessible property, very cobbly - devoid of any kind of customer service, staff hide away or are so busy you never see them Worst hotel we've been to in a long time but so easily fixed, Hyatt - sort yourselves out or limit guests until you can, stop taking in money when you can't deliver what you're promising!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and some of the staff are lovely. But, there were a few prominent staff members in the restaurants that always seemed overwhelmed and then rude with customers as a result. We waited over an hour for a table for breakfast. We also booked a massage in the spa, checked in for our appointment, showered and changed in the spa and then were told we couldn’t be seen for another 45min past our booked time. Very little concern from the staff as well about unhappy guests or attempts to make things right. It’s almost amazing but wouldn’t return.

Beautiful place. Off the beaten track, so great for relaxation. The spa was great. The place is spread over a good-sized area. The rooms are fine, but maybe a little basic for 5 stars. The food was good and the staff were lovely, but it felt like a few more bodies or a more organised system would have helped.

We had a lovely time in Zoëtry. The Hotel was clean, safe, and welcoming. The overall vibe was great. The gym was nicely kept, but the equipment was just enough. The food was nice. The pool bar was really busy. The service could be better. It’s not bad, but they seemed overwhelmed all the time. Everyone was super nice and tried their best, it also gave me a chance to practice my Spanish.
