The hotel has beautiful gardens and is in a good location for beach. Lots of reasons why I would not stay again. I found the food average and not catering much for English. Entertainment mediocre - went out for better. Tried to use a bike at the hotel and was told only pm? Had to hire elsewhere. Only coffee in the room no tea !!! Zero atmosphere not even soft music around the pool. I never received a complimentary drink on arrival?

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were welcoming with warm smiles. We arrived late at night, and they kindly offered us a light dinner. On a thoughtful note, it was my partner's birthday, and the staff somehow knew without us mentioning it. They surprised her with a thoughtful gesture, which we appreciated. The lobby had a pleasant scent. The breakfast was extensive. It's a quiet and relaxing place. We would definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

We arrived very late on the 12/07/24 as we walked into the hotel we could tell immediately that it was a very nice hotel, then we walked into our room Amazing with a massive balcony & walk in shower room, pool view. Pool & gardens are very well maintained & clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. We were bed & breakfast & on our second day we decided to upgrade to half board as in the travel agents it worked out at £900 each for the week instead of £600, but direct to the hotel it was 18 Euros each p/night. BUT my only thing with this is that the food is very similar each night so I have informed the reception that I will be going back to bed & breakfast. PLUS on the first night of our arrival we found a silver fish in the bathroom. We are still here as I'm wrighting this review & leave for England on 21/07/24 See how things go.

We’re here now with our 18 yr old son. It looked a great hotel from the description however in reality, there is no day time entertainment because the clients are so old none of them want to take part! It’s so quiet here it becomes a little boring. The evening entertainment is rather low key so not much excitement there either. If you’re looking for any sort of life or any real entertainment then this is not the hotel for you!! Another review described this as gods waiting room, and I might tend to agree. However the staff are lovely, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modernised and the shower and beds are second to none. So the facilities are great just no atmosphere!

A really beautiful hotel in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach & public bus stops outside the entrance. Upon arrival, Sharon in Reception greeeted us & without doubt provided exceptional customer service upon checkin. This is a relaxing & quiet hotel & always a sun lounger to be found. In house entertainment every evening with tribute acts to suit all tastes. Buffet has a decent but delicious assortment to suit everyone, even the pickiest of eaters. The only con in the dining room is that a single glass of wine can't be ordered during dinner (bottles only) - a small thing I know but not everyone wants or is able to drink a full size bottle. The pool is fabulous, quiet but be warned as the water is very cold & during our stay here we only ventured in once.
