Booked a last minute get away for the wife's Birthday. Staff were all great. They surprised us with a lovely gift for my wife on her Birthday. I hadn't mentioned anything to them, so it shows great attention to detail. The location is great, close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 mins away. The rooftop bar is great, but book in advance if you can.

Had an amazing stay here. Staff are so friendly and willing to help with any and everything. Great location, right next to the beach with lots to do in the surrounding area. Room always clean, however I did find them to be a bit small. Food was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Pool areas were nice and the drinks at the bar were lovely.

My wife and myself came away for relaxing break with 2 other couples for a chilled and relaxing break, we got quite the opposite. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and very friendly. The Fergus hotel location is superb Beach across the road, shops, bar's and restaurants all around you. The food is lovely with a wide range of everything. The rooms are very small but cleaned every day and towels changed daily. We were very surprised the pool closed every day at 6pm, this is the 1st hotel I have ever experienced this in. The restaurant opens from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and if the hotel has internment it starts at 8pm and finishes around 9.15pm, the time that most people are having dinner, come on. We arrived on Tuesday 3rd June for one week and I have never seen as many men in one hotel, this hotel was over run by men which made everyone in hotel feel very uncomfortable including the hotel staff. Chatting to other guests in Fergus during our stay this hotel hasn't covered its self in any glory . The Fergus is advertised as 5star, its definitely not, its more 4star nothing more. It's sad for me to say we will definitely not be back to this hotel.

Without doubt the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was amazing. The staff were even better. Very friendly and accommodating. The location was right beside the beach with wonderful views. The food was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I honestly can't wait to go back.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel. Perfectly situated next to the beach with amazing views of the bay. Superb food and friendly staff. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Definitely deserves it's 5 star status.
