Perfect hotel for it’s location, close to restaurants shops and bar. The service was excellent. Room is a little small but the views were stunning service excellent all the staff really looked after us with free bottle of Cava, cleaning and making sure we could check in early. Roof too bar was nice with excellent views, we didn’t use the pool because the water was too cold in April. The nearly beach was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our relaxing stay. Would recommend this adults only five star hotel.

Here now for Easter break(desperate for some sun). This is a really nice hotel with great food. The rooms are well appointed but very small, an upgrade would cost €160/200 a night extra so we stayed put but still very happy. I’m here for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by a knock at the door to be presented with champagne and a cake,FANTASTIC and a massive thank you. Also a BIG shout out to The gorgeous MONICA in the pool bar who is fabulous and a great asset to the company.

Nice hotel, fab location and superb breakfasts. Bathroom in the rooms very strange though, open plan and not very practical or private. Beds were really comfortable though and the pillows were lush. We were shocked about the 4 euro tourist tax though per person per night then VAT on top of that ! a tax on a tax ! It cost us 54 Euro for 6 nights. Other places in Europe are not as expensive with a ceiling of 5 Euros in some countries. This would certainly be something to consider when booking our next holiday. Also, I don't know why there were signs up around the pool about not leaving towels on sun loungers. There was a member of staff on duty around the pool. Towels were being put on loungers from 8am! This is grossly unfair for someone who wants to have a relax when all the loungers were taken with towels and no one on them. Why don't you do what your sign says and remove them and take them to reception. They wouldn't do it again the next day then would they...!!!! When we did go to the pool we couldn't relax together. We had to be separated as they were the only loungers free. I paid as much as the other guests so its not unreasonable to get the same facilities. So have some strength and do what your sign says !!

Excellent food and the staff could not do more to make an excellent stay. The roof top bar gave simply the best views of the bay. We asked for a see view and it did not disappoint. (if you ask for this make sure at check-in that you get on floor 6 or above to make the most of your view) The only point of attention is the sun beds around the pool. The hotel had free beds in non-optimal sun locations and premium Bali beds at 50 euros per bed . The 50 euro Bali beds generally got sun all day and the free bed got sun realistically for 4-5 hours a day. Some people may like the shade period but when the Bali beds took the premium sun locations it felt like the hotel was charging you for the sun. Also, if they removed the 9 Bali beds it would easily give enough space for an extra 20 plus beds. The other little issue was there was very limited entertainment on the evening. The food was excellent with a great great range of cuisine with a rotational theme across the week. The location was exceptional with a walk of less than 1 minute to the beach. What we liked about the area was that at 12am all the region shut down and what with the quite rooms it made for a really quite night. The ultimate question is would we stay there again..... and it is a definite yes! Great job to the Ferus Style team - what a great holiday!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for my solo 30th birthday trip. On arrival I was able to check in early and was given the most beautiful sea view room (floor 8, room 1810) absolutely stunning.. My room was immaculate, and was cleaned daily. Meal times food was always fresh and presentation was good. Rooftop bar with the views were beautiful. My only complaint would be the main pool area which I would say let’s the experience down, which many have complained about on the reviews, when you pay for a 5 star hotel its to be treated well and for the luxury and to not have to worry about extra costs of things like this, so to pay for a 5 star hotel and to pay for the beds around the pool, (even though this is an option), to get some sun because of the location is a bit disappointing, as when it comes to the free sun loungers the sun isn’t always guaranteed. Other than this I was treated very well and was made to feel very welcome. Staff were always polite and friendly and anything I needed they were there. I couldn’t unnotice how hard the cleaners worked as the hotel was immaculate and I always arrived back to my room clean and fresh so gave the cleaner who was allocated to my room during my stay some money. On my birthday i came back to a bottle of Prosecco and cake delivered to my room by the hotel staff which I loved. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would return.. Thankyou ✨🌴🫶🏽
