An absolutely amazing hotel. We stayed here from 28th August to 3rd September. We were given free travel insurance with our booking. We were also given a free welcome drink on arrival and a complimentary room upgrade & bottle of champagne for our anniversary. All of the staff and reception were extremely kind, some of cleaning staff did not speak great English but they were all very very nice. Our room was also beautiful, there could have been a little bit more room for space/luggage but still good. The room was a little bit stuffy as our air conditioning was not very strong. The pool area and cleanliness of the hotel was also great. About a 5 minute walk from all of the top restaurants and great walking access to shops too. Restaurant food also amazing. Could not recommend this hotel enough, 10/10 will definitely return!

Absolutely incredible hotel! The room was modern with an amazing view looking at the beach. The pool facilities are stylish and practical. They have a bar at the main pool and the rooftop pool where they will serve you at your lounger from a huge menu with lots of variety of cocktails and other drinks. The dining room for breakfast and dinner was very clean and modern. The food was absolutely fantastic with a different theme every night and with something for everyone - meat/fish cooked on the spot for you, freshly cooked pasta with whatever sauce and toppings you'd like, a huge variety of themed dishes with meats, fish, and veggie options. Breakfast had plenty of juices, yogurts, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast. At dinner there was a chocolate fountain and freshly made crepes with your choice of toppings (on certain nights only). The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever come across and always check how everything is for you and csnt do enough to help. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back in the future!

A very good hotel, though there were a few things I didn’t like: 1) Mold in the pool (both on the S floor and on the rooftop). 2) At dinner, water and other drinks are not provided for free — you can only buy them at an inflated price. 3) The milk served at breakfast is sometimes expired (both in smell and taste - sour). Overall, I’m glad I chose this hotel and I do recommend it!

Before our arrival, I read several negative reviews about the rooms and the sunbed situation on various platforms, but fortunately, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the room is indeed small, and the bathroom is integrated into the space, separated only by a glass door between the shower and toilet. We were a couple, and none of this bothered us at all. At first, the storage space seemed limited, but we managed comfortably during our one-week stay. However, we had to store our suitcase on the balcony — and from what I saw, we weren’t the only ones. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, and even from the cheapest room, we had a lovely sea view. While the hotel and common areas are beautifully designed and crafted, the same can’t necessarily be said about the rooms. We missed having a smart TV, and it’s worth mentioning that the elevator in our building section was quite poor and not always reliable. I read that some guests complained about street noise, but luckily, we didn’t experience any of that. We stayed here at the end of August and found free sunbeds at any time of day. There may not be enough sunbeds for all guests overall, but physically, I don’t think it’s possible to fit more. The staff tries to combat sunbed reserving with varying success. The pool is excellent for swimming, but due to its depth and lack of seating, it’s not suitable for much else. The rooftop pool, however, is perfect for chilling and reading, and the view is absolutely stunning — probably my favorite part of the entire hotel. It’s a shame that only paid sunbeds are available up there. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few steps from Son Matias beach, and Magaluf beach is only a short walk away. Magaluf’s lively nightlife is nearby, but far enough not to disturb those seeking rest. The hotel’s evening entertainment is quite limited in both quantity and quality, but there are plenty of other options nearby. We were very satisfied with the food at both breakfast and dinner. The selection is huge, the presentation is appealing, most dishes are freshly prepared in front of us, and nothing ever runs out — everything is replenished immediately. A few dishes were undercooked, with some meats and vegetables left raw, which slightly affected the overall impression. Thanks to the themed dinners, the selection was never monotonous or boring. My partner is gluten-sensitive and received excellent care. Allergens are marked on every dish (quite accurately, though we did encounter one or two errors), and the staff was always helpful and able to provide gluten-free pasta, pizza, fries, tortillas, and desserts. The gluten-free bread at breakfast was a bit dry, but the amazing freshly squeezed orange juice made up for it. We arrived late at night and missed dinner, but a fantastic cold platter awaited us in the room — which also accommodated the gluten sensitivity. The cocktails deserve a mention too — they were delicious, and the sky bar offered a breathtaking view to go with them. The staff deserves praise; they were kind, helpful, and cheerful — especially in the restaurant. Overall, we had a really great time, but that fifth star shines a little dimly. If we hadn’t booked the stay at such a favorable price, the shortcomings might have bothered us more.

Had an amazing stay here. Staff are so friendly and willing to help with any and everything. Great location, right next to the beach with lots to do in the surrounding area. Room always clean, however I did find them to be a bit small. Food was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Pool areas were nice and the drinks at the bar were lovely.
