What an absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect rooms with everything you'd expect and spotless. The location is central for everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is so varied, and incredibly fresh. Nothing is too much trouble here. I can't wait to visit again.

NOT A FIVE STAR. But a decent 4 star hotel and I’m sure reviews would be more favourable if this was made clear upfront. Lacking the touches of a 5 star: - Rooms are nice but small - No evening entertainment - No spa - No cava at breakfast - No group exercise classes - Trying to make extra money off you at every given opportunity e.g. €75 for a double sun-bed by the pool with 6 drinks. I also ordered an off menu drink of iced coffee (nothing special at all). Coffee prices on the menu are €2. For the addition of ice I was charged 3x this! The breakfast/dinner buffet however is comparable to 5 star hotels we have stayed at before, so was the highlight for us :-)

This is not a 5 star hotel. No air conditioning in the rooms. It's very convenient where it is located and is clean. I would never stay in this super touristy area ever again.

We booked this hotel because we wanted adults only. The staff are very obliging and friendly, couldn't find fault with any of them. The cleanliness was exceptional and the food was spot on. However I would not rate it as a 5 star, 4 star at the most. It's been refurbished and because of this it was not built as a 5 star luxury top end with wow features. The rooms are small and we personally were not big fans of the open bathroom arrangement. You need to have the light on in the toilet compartment all the time when in use. Which is not ideal in the night as it disturbs your partner. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a terrace room which did give us a feeling of a bigger room area. The pool area is in shade quite a lot of the time so be aware if you're just wanting to sit and sunbath. This hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and prom area. Nice and flat for walking. The entertainment area is very lacking when it comes to having entertainment inside. Acts perform around the corner from the very small seating area. However we did enjoyed our overall stay.

Amazing hotel. Very clean rooms, quiet street but in walking distance of many outdoor places. Great view from some rooms.beach across the street
