An absolutely amazing resort! Beautifully designed in modern, unique furnishings in turquoise and white, which seamlessly blend with the sea. A warm and professional team which makes you feel welcome and at home. Gorgeous eclectic suites with huge wraparound balconies. The breakfast buffet is delicious and healthy with a large variety of selections. The lounge upstairs is chill and classy and the hummus is unique and a must try! Cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great staycation and our mini honeymoon. The hotel made our stay extra special for this occasion.
The beach has the most beautiful sand in UAE that’s for sure.
Gifted bottles at reception, free canned water in an iced bag and Jumeirah beach bag are nice little touches that will be remembered.
Amenities in the room are high end and well noticed as well.
It’s all about those little details for me.

Lovely location on a beautiful beach. The staff were superb. A special mention to Jonathan in the main restaurant, who went above and beyond to help us with 2 young kids, always warm welcoming and there to help. Chandi gave a lovely warm welcome too on arrival and departure. Excellcent food in the buffet although maybe not quite as well staffed as the Dubai location.
Kids club is so welcoming, flexibility is amazing. Wonderful staff.
Lovely spacious room, upgraded our room on arrival. Only annoyance was that it was dark and my husband asked does it overlook any building work and is it a sunny aspect, he was reassured on both accounts. But the aspect was shady and there was work below. Disappointing as everything else was faultless.

Great conference facilities, nice big ballroom, with good number of staff on duty to support the event capacity.
The food was tasty, served hot and at a good speed I couldn’t see anyone getting impatient I commend that. Good job.
Valet was quite smooth and fast exceeded expectations well done.
It was notable however that banquet staff has a mix of very courteous and polite staff mixed up with others that are more than happy to fight their guests.
And NO, am not talking about difficult guest, just random regular request that one colleague assists with ease and goes the extra mile to ask if you need anything else while for another colleague it’s and IMMEDIATE NO! Atleast have the ability or patience to only Listen for customer facing role 😌
Overall was a great experience I highly recommend

In the end we unfortunately didn’t get to stay at Jumeirah so I can only review the booking process and customer service.
When checking out hotels in Abu Dhabi for a trip in April, I found the Jumeirah for a reasonable rate (approx 350 € per night). On the website it stated that the kids club is only open until 31st March (it still has that information on the website). The kids club was essential to us, so I had to reach out to the hotel first, in order to decide about the booking. A leisure manager got back to me, reassuring that the kids club was open in April as well. However, I was neither offered to book a stay nor to be referred to the reservations team.
Next time I checked the prices, the rate per night for the exact same room and time period had gone up from 350 to 1.200€. When calling and explaining the situation and circumstances (confusing information on the website), nothing was offered and no apology was given either.
We only know such dynamic pricing maybe from Las Vegas during major trade shows .. but there is nothing happening in Abu Dhabi during that time period, it’s not even a holiday week. So just saying they are busy doesn’t justify the price increase for the same room and same service but it feels like massively overpaying and a rip off.
It’s very unfortunate as we picked this beach hotel as our 2nd and last stop in UAE but now have to go with a different hotel. Other 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi show very stable prices which feels much more trustworthy from a customer point of view.
