I cannot begin to tell you how much my family and I love this hotel. The decor and feel of the entire hotel is magnificent, as soon as you arrive all the staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help make your holiday wonderful. The hotel is full of movie props, simply wandering around and looking at these is an adventure in itself! It’s a brilliant achievement how the hotel has been able to amalgamate a luxurious 5 star resort and be a themed family geared hotel. Honestly the needs and wants and of every member of the family is catered for; it is magical. The food is outstanding; so much variety, all presented and delivered to a brilliant standard. With a number of eateries on site, whatever your stomach desired, it was catered for. Again the staff which care for you in any of the food establishments on site are fantastic. Fantastic location, directly opposite both WB World and Yas Island water park, and all other attractions within walking / brief driving distance. The resort of Yas Island has many travel easy travel options, including a free shuttle bus which stops at the hotel. The hotel has only one swimming pool open to all family members; always monitored by a number of life guards, a swim up bar, and an awesome selection of cartoons to watch on the big screen as you relax, as well as a wonderful splash park for the little ones. Although the offer of a single swimming pool could be deemed as a negative, it must be remembered that the water park is just next door. We cannot wait for our next visit!

One of the most enjoyable hotels , my 5 years old daughter loved meeting and greeting the characters, the room was good but only thing the pictures have scary images for my daughter and asked them to cover it. I would have preferred if the receptionist booked me another room know that I have a little kid. The kids club was amassing and the most enjoyable by my daughter thanks for Kalpana, Kaya and Jaz for their amassing and playful interactions with my kid!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an outstanding experience. The food was a highlight, featuring a diverse and delicious menu that catered to various tastes. Each meal was well-presented and flavorful, with standout dishes that truly impressed. The service provided by Nyarai, Hadi, and Waleed was exceptional; they were attentive. I appreciate them for everything. Overall, I highly recommend this for its exemplary service and excellent dining options. I look forward to returning in the future.

Our second time here and always enjoy the great service from the hotel. Our favourite part of the hotel is the Sidekicks restaurant where they always customize your experience with special care and attention to guest’s needs and choices. We asked about a certain dish from our last stay 6months ago and the chef said he will specially make this for my son tomorrow. Always such a lovely and relaxed time here! And thanks to the supporting staff Gel, Gray, Ganga and Jenni who always make sure you are taken care of very well while you are enjoying a delicious meal after a fun day at the AWESOME theme parks at YAS Island! The best hotel to stay in for kids. Beautiful place with good pools and facilities. The food and room service are amazing. It is steps away from Warner Bros. World. Also, next to hilton double tree hotel if you want a cheaper option.
