We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday at the Director’s Club and Emilia was looking after us. Very attentive, kind and with smile each time. The staff in general made sure we had a great evening. This is our 3rd visit and definitely not the last. Thank you.

I booked the hotel through the reservations team. I informed them that I would be celebrating my son’s birthday, and they promised to provide welcome amenities and characters. Unfortunately, when I arrived the hotel, the rooms were not ready, and when they were finally given to me, the birthday welcome amenities were missing. I also informed them that my sons have special needs and that I required a fast pass for the entertainment, which they promised but never provided. As a result, my trip to Ferrari was very disappointing—I had to wait in long queues, and my sons were crying a lot. Additionally, the service was very poor, especially during check-in. When I asked some questions, the staff just told me to scan the QR code if I needed more information. This is not professional at all. I also called the operator to request a dental kit, but instead of being helpful, he tried to make jokes, which I did not find appropriate. On top of that, he delivered kits only to one room and not to the rest of my family’s rooms. Overall, the staff needs more training, and I did not feel comfortable during my stay and the money that we paid is not worth it for this service What I like only my breakfast and well done to chef and F&B team.

I loved the hotel which have special vibes. Not just the kids enjoyed even adults had fun. Very good size of rooms and access to the park. Breakfast was good and service is great. Was very busy time but well managed. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable 💕

Seeing their faces light up encountering Tom & Jerry, Daffy Duck, and so many more beloved figures was priceless.
