Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we checked in, everything felt seamless and welcoming, with every detail carefully thought through to ensure comfort and ease. What made our experience stand out most was the incredible service from the staff—especially Anastasia. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations or going the extra mile to accommodate requests, Anastasia’s professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. The hotel itself is stunning, with immaculate facilities and excellent dining options, but it’s the people—Anastasia in particular—who make it such a special place. Thanks to her, our stay wasn’t just enjoyable, it was memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service paired with luxury and comfort.

Great holiday here in WB hotel. Room is nice and comfortable, swimming pool was amazing and food is delicious. My daugther really had fun especially in kids club. Lot of activities such of musical chairs music disco face faint and many things. Thank you to miss Sharmine who made my daughter happy and also Miss Kaye, Jaz and Kaplana you amazing. Will definitely come back here

The hotel was of excellent standards. Staff was brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. Noise level was quiet. Hotel was close to attractions with regular shuttle buses. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back, just a few staff to mention, rooftop bar, Chris and Dee, very friendly and happy to serve. Farkhanda, Elyse, Nikhil, Lawrence and Grandad in the restaurant friendly and had a laugh , even gave us cake on our last day. Deborah the cleaner was excellent nothing too much trouble and Charlie Ann guest relations came from behind the desk to help with some photos

I had a wonderful stay at WB Hilton Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making our experience truly special. A special thanks to Elizabeth from the front office/concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us – her professionalism and kindness really stood out. The hotel itself is fantastic, with amazing amenities and a lively atmosphere that makes it perfect for both relaxation and fun. The added bonus of the Yas World Pass was incredible, giving us access to great attractions and making our trip even more memorable. Overall, WB Hilton Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended! 🌟

I had a wonderful experience at The WB Abu Dhabi. I want to give special thanks to Laurence, Farkhonda, Htoo and the whole team for their professionalism and kindness. A special appreciation as well to Sami, the manager, for the excellent service and attention to detail. All the staff made our stay very enjoyable and welcoming. One small note for improvement: in the guest rooms, the bathroom design could be made more child-friendly. I suggest adding a small sink for kids and reconsidering the bathtub, as it might pose a safety risk. Overall, it was a great stay and I truly recommend this hotel
