Our recent stay here my little family was nothing short of extraordinary, and frankly, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From moment we arrived, we were enveloped in such warm and welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely felt like coming home. For my kids, every single moment was pure magic and will undoubtedly be historical memories for them. The highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible immersion with the Warner Bros. characters. Seeing their faces light up encountering Tom & Jerry, Daffy Duck, and so many more beloved figures was priceless. The character interactions and themed activities truly set this hotel apart and created an unparalleled experience for our little ones. Beyond the fantastic entertainment, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible team. Every single member we encountered was genuinely friendly, incredibly supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their dedication and heartwarming hospitality transformed a great hotel into a true family haven. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough, especially for families looking for an unforgettable getaway. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place where cherished memories are made, thanks to the enchanting Warner Bros. presence and an outstanding team that treats you like family. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

Perfect Family Getaway – 10/10! We stayed here as a family with our child, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hospitality and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, especially when it came to interacting with children and the WB characters — our little one was thrilled! The hotel is truly one of the best in the UAE. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pools are fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, fun, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back,

We have just left the WB with a heavy heart. What a wonderful hotel. Every staff member seems to thoroughly enjoy and are proud of their vocation, seem invested in your enjoyment and wellbeing. The service is exceptional everywhere. A great pool (height is max 1m). The fact a park ticket is included everyday in your stay is ideal and you're right next to them. Also try the Amara restaurant next to the back entrance of the hotel (opp Warner Brothers), amazing authentic Lebanese food. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is good but I'd go for breakfast over dinner if you have to choose for funds etc. I think paying as you go is better perhaps rather than booking a package for the whole stay so less pressure to wake up etc! The rooms are excellent with great amenities. What a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s beautifully designed and perfect for families. The best part for us was seeing the Warner Bros. characters in the lobby ‘ my daughter was so excited and absolutely loved them. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of tasty options. We’d definitely come back again!

A Fantastic Family Stay – Great Package Value & Kid-Friendly! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which perfectly balances proximity to the parks, a family-friendly atmosphere, and great value when booking a room with park entrance tickets and half board included. If you’re visiting with kids, it’s an excellent choice to split your vacation in Abu Dhabi between Yas and Saadiyat like we did! What We Loved: • Location & Convenience: Being so close to the parks made our trip stress-free, and the package deal was a great value. • Spacious Rooms: every room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed despite what the hotel’s website says • Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: My daughter was absolutely delighted by how often we bumped into Tom and Jerry, almost to the point where they felt like her new best friends! • Impressive Lobby: The lobby is stunning, and a must-try experience is getting a cappuccino with a custom design—whether it’s your favorite character or even your own selfie! • Dining & Service: The food was good, and the restaurant staff was excellent. Sheriff (restaurant manager), Rupesh and Naw went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Riya from the fron desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The main pool was closed for refurbishment, which initially seemed like a disappointment, but we were given access to the Hilton Residences pool next door. I thought it might be inconvenient, but it turned out to be completely hassle-free, no need for a detour and we didn’t hear any noise from the renovation. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic family experience with great service, spacious rooms, and a magical atmosphere for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We would also recommend staying during Ramadan season - we observed the culture, the customs and there were hardly any people in the parks (e.g. absolutely NO waiting time for Formula Rossa).
