Overall, our experience was enjoyable and fun, especially the activities, the hotel’s cleanliness, and the movie night. The hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. However, what negatively affected our stay from the moment we arrived was the attitude of the receptionist, specifically the staff member who handled our check-in. By mistake, I had made the reservation for one adult instead of two adults and our two children. Yet, he only provided us with two tickets and told us to purchase the remaining ones. I checked the hotel rate for the same day for two adults and two children (7 years old), and it was actually cheaper. However, he insisted that these were the rules and that he could not modify the reservation or provide more than two tickets. Regardless of the rules, even if the mistake was on our side, it does not justify the lack of a smile, friendliness, or flexibility. His attitude was inappropriate and lacked the basic courtesy expected from a front desk employee welcoming guests, especially those traveling with children or from other emirates. We hope he receives further customer service training, especially considering that the hotel is full of families and children. A welcoming and polite attitude is the least we expect. What made the situation even more stressful is that no one informed us that the checkout time was at 11 AM. As a result, we had to rush to pack and prepare the kids under unnecessary pressure. This information should have been clearly communicated at check-in. Additionally, we received a call from a staff member asking, “How many more minutes do you need to leave?” in a way that made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Since we were not informed of the checkout time beforehand, this approach added stress instead of offering support.

We had an amazing experience at The WB Hotel Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is stunning — full of creative Warner Bros. touches that make it fun and unique for both adults and children. Everything feels fresh, modern, and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic attention to detail and a great view of Yas Island. The facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the convenient access to Warner Bros. World next door. A special mention goes to The Director’s Club restaurant, which was a real highlight of our stay. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, The WB Abu Dhabi exceeded all our expectations. It’s the ideal place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at The WB Abu Dhabi for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is not only beautifully themed but also perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to Warner Bros. World, which was ideal for us since our child is a big fan of the characters. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a Yas Island shuttle, which made it easy to get around to other nearby attractions. What really stood out was the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. My child loved spotting all the movie posters and props, especially the Wizard of Oz one, which is his favorite. He was over the moon getting to meet Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Robin during the character meetups at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There were so many great options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was fun, family-friendly, and packed with little details that made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Mohamed greeted us with a warm smile, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and kept the coffee coming without missing a beat. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made our morning truly enjoyable. The food was excellent, and Mohamed’s recommendations for the best dishes were spot on.
