I came to the hotel with my 4-year-old son and husband. We stayed in a King Room facing the pool and cinema. We chose this hotel because my son adores Tom and Jerry, and it made his day to see the characters in the lobby every day. We are eating at the breakfast buffet; it is okay and has everything you would need. It gets very busy and can feel a little chaotic. The staff are attentive and friendly. We ate at the director's restaurant but felt the standard breakfast place had more choices. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and designed with kids in mind. They have a massive cinema screen that plays movies at night and cartoons throughout the day. We could watch these from our room, which my son loved. The rooms are a decent size; our room had a shower and no bath. One downside is that the rooms have very little soundproofing, and we were regularly woken throughout the night. I would strongly recommend earplugs for any light sleepers. We ate at both the steak restaurant and the Lebanese restaurant, which were both great and very child-friendly. On our last day, I unfortunately hurt my back and had to be attended to by a doctor in our room. The staff went above and beyond, regularly checking on me throughout the day. Guest services brought me a care package full of treats and games for my son. The customer service really is what made our stay 5-star. If you are expecting a 5-star experience, please bear in mind that it’s a child-oriented hotel designed around children. It’s a 5-star kids' hotel (not the 5-star version us adults are used to). We used our park passes with no hassle, attending WB and Ferrari World, which were both excellent for adults and kids. I would definitely return and can’t thank the staff enough for looking after me while I recover in my room. ,

Overall, our experience was enjoyable and fun, especially the activities, the hotel’s cleanliness, and the movie night. The hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. However, what negatively affected our stay from the moment we arrived was the attitude of the receptionist, specifically the staff member who handled our check-in. By mistake, I had made the reservation for one adult instead of two adults and our two children. Yet, he only provided us with two tickets and told us to purchase the remaining ones. I checked the hotel rate for the same day for two adults and two children (7 years old), and it was actually cheaper. However, he insisted that these were the rules and that he could not modify the reservation or provide more than two tickets. Regardless of the rules, even if the mistake was on our side, it does not justify the lack of a smile, friendliness, or flexibility. His attitude was inappropriate and lacked the basic courtesy expected from a front desk employee welcoming guests, especially those traveling with children or from other emirates. We hope he receives further customer service training, especially considering that the hotel is full of families and children. A welcoming and polite attitude is the least we expect. What made the situation even more stressful is that no one informed us that the checkout time was at 11 AM. As a result, we had to rush to pack and prepare the kids under unnecessary pressure. This information should have been clearly communicated at check-in. Additionally, we received a call from a staff member asking, “How many more minutes do you need to leave?” in a way that made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Since we were not informed of the checkout time beforehand, this approach added stress instead of offering support.

Had an unforgettable experience at WB Curio by Hilton – Director’s Club! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere was vibrant yet elegant, making it the perfect spot for brunch or catching up with friends. Highly recommend for an exceptional dining experience. We had an amazing experience at The WB Hotel Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is stunning — full of creative Warner Bros. touches that make it fun and unique for both adults and children. Everything feels fresh, modern, and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic attention to detail and a great view of Yas Island. The facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the convenient access to Warner Bros. World next door. A special mention goes to The Director’s Club restaurant, which was a real highlight of our stay. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, The WB Abu Dhabi exceeded all our expectations. It’s the ideal place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. We can’t wait to return!

Great hotel for kids and kids-at-heart with direct access to WB World! My sons had an amazing time, altho dinner and breakfast buffet could do better considering the lux status. Overall, my sons loved it too! They also have kids club behind the pool, able to welcome accompanied toddlers. Wonderful service from reception, concierge and room service too. Worth every dirham!
