I cannot begin to tell you how much my family and I love this hotel. The decor and feel of the entire hotel is magnificent, as soon as you arrive all the staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help make your holiday wonderful. The hotel is full of movie props, simply wandering around and looking at these is an adventure in itself! It’s a brilliant achievement how the hotel has been able to amalgamate a luxurious 5 star resort and be a themed family geared hotel. Honestly the needs and wants and of every member of the family is catered for; it is magical. The food is outstanding; so much variety, all presented and delivered to a brilliant standard. With a number of eateries on site, whatever your stomach desired, it was catered for. Again the staff which care for you in any of the food establishments on site are fantastic. Fantastic location, directly opposite both WB World and Yas Island water park, and all other attractions within walking / brief driving distance. The resort of Yas Island has many travel easy travel options, including a free shuttle bus which stops at the hotel. The hotel has only one swimming pool open to all family members; always monitored by a number of life guards, a swim up bar, and an awesome selection of cartoons to watch on the big screen as you relax, as well as a wonderful splash park for the little ones. Although the offer of a single swimming pool could be deemed as a negative, it must be remembered that the water park is just next door. We cannot wait for our next visit!

We booked our reservation on the phone for 2 rooms with connection door . Room service are very quick to pickup the phone . Even when my son fell and hit his chin on the table … I request a bandage the receipt and security came upstairs to check if everything is fine 🩷🩷 The bed sheets are clean and the toilets too We have used the swimming pool.. I was relaxed the whole time because the lifeguards are very alert . In the end of the day 7:30 there is a big screen on the wall , they put a moive for the kids to see. The restaurant are very active , and the food is great and stuff are very friendly . Thank you for making my vacation worth every dirham I have spend .

We had the best experience at WB for the evening. We had a couples massage, which was incredible! They talked us thru the different options and asked about pressure and areas we wanted to focus on. 5/5 would recommend the spa We followed the spa with dinner at Director’s Club. We shared the Seafood and hanger steak, both were incredible. Finished with dessert that was light. Amelia gave us great service and we will be back!

It was a good stay meeting our expectations. With so many kids around, it's difficult to create a 5-star experience, which is understandable. The place is obviously intended for kids to have lots of fun, which was the main reason we went there. The lobby can get so loud and busy. We got access to a theme park. It was disappointing that it didn't come with flash passes. The gym was great and the rooms were spacious.

Didn't stay at the hotel but went to The Directors Club restaurant. Food was incredible as was the service from Clementine and Nessa (I think). Was also very warmly welcomed by Chris. Very good vibe with the saxophone player and jazz singer. It is pricey but would recommend.
